“THE ROOT OF THE CAUSE”

Not too long ago, the leaders of the land were pressured to address the border crisis…

.

…in which millions of unknown foreigners were allowed to flood into the United States.

.

Some claimed a particular political party merely wanted more voters.

.

Many others claimed they were merely looking for low-wage workers.

.

Still others claimed it was the merciful thing to do.

.

And still others claimed it was the attempt by anarchists to destroy the former Christian nations, the western nations.

.

Truth-be-told, it was probably a bit of all the above reasons.

BIBLE FAVORS STRONG BORDERS

Many who favored this invasion claimed that Jesus would be in favor of allowing poor people to come into a wealthy nation.

.

“It’s the compassionate thing to do!”, they claimed!

.

But actually, God warned His people to jealously guard their borders… 

“But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land,

those you allow to remain will become barbs in your eyes

and thorns in your sides.

They will give you trouble in the land where you will live.”

Numbers 33:55

.

The Lord only allowed individual foreigners to come into The Promised Land on the condition that he renounced his former gods and instead, embraced the religion of Yahweh, the God of the Hebrews.

“And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter” Isaiah 59:14

But today, millions of citizens of the western nations are perplexed, even horrified by the moral/political/financial breakdown of society!

“Why have we become so lawless?” is the question of the day.

Yes, God in His mercy gave this nation His manifold blessings…

…knowing how His people suffered so greatly through the centuries of the Dark Ages of Europe!

And He allowed the Reformation nations to grow and thrive.

But nations rise and nations fall.

And though God greatly blessed The Reformation Nations their material abundance eventually became a curse to them.

…decriminalization of street-drugs…

…corrupt justice-system…

…corrupt political system…

…censorship of free speech…

…decadent-school-systems…

…increasing brotherly-hate…

The general populace is greatly confounded by the government allowing the borders to be flooded with anyone and everyone crashing into the western nations.

Many are deeply saddened to see all the lawlessness abounding.

And yet, God’s people knew that lawlessness would abound in these last days before the 2nd Coming of Christ.

Now, the so-called “party of compassion”, in their perverted understanding of compassion…

…lawlessly pride themselves that they are showing mercy to those from poorer countries, allowing them to crash through the borders of the western nations.

.

And yet, while they “showing compassion” to one group, they are trampling on other groups who must suffer the consequences of allowing millions of non-citizens to come in and deplete the jobs and recourses of taxpaying citizens!

We must get a fuller understanding of the underlying cause of the breakdown and collapse of the western nations.

We must realize that the above verse from Psalms 9:17 is now being applied to the western nations which once embraced the Christian Reformation.

.

Yes, the nations which once rejoiced in the Protestant Reformation have now turned their backs on Heaven and have pursued materialism, hedonism, secularism, and other related endeavors.

Just as the citizens of Nineveh turned away from their wickedness and were given 100 more years…

…Nothing short of the very same national repentance is probably what would be required to avert the total collapse of the western nations.

Just as God brought judgment upon Sodom, upon Babylon, upon Old Testament Israel, upon Rome, and every other great society which turned to wickedness, so too, judgment is now falling upon us!

And this dragon is spewing a wave of water out of his mouth.
