Jesus foretold of a day in the future when it would not be safe to have children…

“For, behold, the days are coming,

in the which they shall say,

‘Blessed are the barren,

and the wombs that never bare,

and the paps which never gave suck.’

Then shall they begin to say to the mountains,

‘Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us.’

For if they do these things in a green tree,

what shall be done in the dry?”

And what does Jesus mean when He speaks of a green tree and a dry tree?

A BEAST IS RISING

.

Right at this very moment (2015), the world is going through a metamorphosis, a great paradigm shift, like never before in history! All of a sudden, the world is beginning to show its fangs! And Christians are beginning to feel the heat!

.

And Sodom and Gomorrah seems to be rising up all around us! Even our school systems are beginning to promote unnatural and perverted lifestyles (along with their longstanding indoctrination into atheism and socialism).

What in the world is going on!?!

Has the world gone mad!?!

.

It sure seems so!

WOE TO THEM WITH CHILD!

But here’s another similar passage in which Jesus expands on this theme concerning not having children…“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come….And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:” Matthew 24:14, 19, 20

.

Here again, Jesus is pronouncing woe upon those who are with child or who are nursing. But He says this in connection with the day that God’s people are warned to flee from Judea to the mountains.

THE FINAL BATTLE

.

We are now entering the final battle between the forces of good and the forces of evil. We do not know just how long this will last! But one thing is for sure! Satan is not slumbering! He is going to make life very difficult for all those who resist him!

.

It was never a good thing to allow our children to be educated in the public schools. In spite of the good aspects and some very good teachers, atheistic philosophies and constant contact with secular society has never been conducive to raising our children to love the Bible and Jesus, its Author.

But Satan is now turning this entire world into a totalitarian system, so that it will become nearly impossible to resist his will.

BRING CHILDREN INTO THIS MESS?

Yes, this present world-system is becoming so anti-Christian, that any young Christian would have to ask his or her self… “Do I really want to raise a family in this present world environment? Do I really want to see my children have to endure the tyrannical forces which are beginning to show their teeth, not only in western societies, but also in the other societies around the world?”

“COME OUT OF HER, MY PEOPLE!”

Right now, God is calling His people to come out of Babylon. Our present-day church-world is becoming so apostate, that it is no longer safe to fellowship with our families there.

And our school-systems are now so pro-actively raising our children to become anti-Christ, that home-schooling them is just about the only way to raise them to love Jesus.

“LET HIM THAT READETH, RUN!”

Habakkuk 2:

.

In so much of the Bible, God speaks of the day when His people must take flight from the forces of evil. And the New Testament Gospels likewise speak of this day… “And ye shall be hated of all men for My name’s sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved…But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!  And pray ye that your flight be not in the winter.” Mark  13:13, 17, 18

.

This above passage is speaking of the very day we are now in. And yet, it is impossible to take literal flight, at least in the western nations. Satan has locked up the wilderness areas, often by seemingly just laws. And so, at this present hour, our only escape must be a spiritual flight! We must flee to the mountain strong-hold of a total surrender to Christ! Nothing short of a total surrender will do! And it is only by totally immersing one’s self in Christ’s Word, that there will be a place of refuge from the approaching storm! (And now, in 2020, 5 years after the writing of this article, it seems as if the day may soon arrive, when Christians may be literally forced to flee from their homes!)

“BLESSED ARE THE DEAD!”

.

This coming storm of persecution will not be like the great persecution of the Dark Ages. It won’t go on for hundreds of years, as the first persecution of the Dark Ages did!

.

But it will be far more fierce than the previous persecution, so much so, that the Bible says…“And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.” Revelation 14:13

.

And so, from reading this above verse, it does appear that the coming persecution may (or may not) go on for a little while. There is no more peace and safety for true Christians! We must hide ourselves and hopefully hide our children from the great indignation coming upon the whole world!
