The god of this world is a killer…if I’m Your son, I must be brave!

But if I face that evil Dragon…without Your power, in one dark hour,

I’d lie a coward in my grave!

So when I face that heartless killer!

Then through Your power and mercy showers, I will slay that dragon dead!

MICHAEL, THE SOLDIER

Last is Michael the Soldier, who battles against the Dragon…

…”And there was war in heaven:

Michael and his angels fought against the dragon;

and the dragon fought and his angels, 

And prevailed not;

neither was their place found any more in heaven.”

Revelation 12:7, 8.

Contrary to popular opinion, Michael here represents Christ as He battles this dragon.

.

No, Christ is not merely an angel.

.

Christ is very eternal God.

.

But Christ is often represented as various entities, such as a rose, or a burning bush, as well as many other things in the Bible.

MICHAEL: CHRIST

This concept of Orion the Soldier battling the Dragon who is spewing water from his mouth is found in Revelation Chapter 12…

…”And there was war in heaven:

Michael and his angels fought against the dragon;

and the dragon fought and his angels,”

Revelation 12:7.

Of course, it doesn’t say that Michael is Christ, but it obviously is speaking of Christ.

Listen to Isaiah as God reveals just who it is who fights against this dragon/serpent…

“In that day THE LORD with His sore and great and strong sword

shall punish…crooked serpent;

and He shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.”

Isaiah 27:1
