“Do Replacement Theology Christians Hate Jews?”

“And when He (Jesus) saw a fig tree…said unto it,
Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever!

“But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.”
1st Corinthians 2:14

As this above verse reveals, it is one of the great purposes of “the god of this world”, the Devil, to keep churchgoers from understanding the spiritual nature of the Bible.
.
But the fact is, the Bible is a spiritual book. And yet, the natural man does not receive the spiritual instruction, because he scorns the spiritual nature of the Bible to a great extent.
.
In other words, many in the church-going community do not seem to understand, nor do they care, that the Bible is largely a book of types and symbols and proverbs and allegories.

REPLACEMENT THEOLOGY?

One great area of the Bible that Satan has worked overtime to annul, is concerning the Jews and how the Bible New Testament relates to the nation of Israel.
.
As a matter of fact, there is a false doctrine which Satan has whispered in the ears of theologians to condemn those who believe that New Testament Israel is actually a “spiritual Israel”, made up of both Jews and gentiles! And to further weaponize his attacks, this chief-slanderer even slanders them with a derogatory tag known as “Replacement Theology”.
.
And part of attack which that new and unbiblical name and doctrine mandates, is that all those who believe that the church is made up of both Jews and gentiles actually “hate” the nation of Israel. You can hear this false accusation often repeated via radio and Internet Bible teachers.

“That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel…”
Ephesians 2:12

Now, this website has given many biblical proofs that all those who love Jesus are the true “Israel of God”, and the reader is invited to explore those articles (some being suggested at the end of this article).

But this devotional is likewise dedicated to refuting the ridiculous accusation, that those who realize the spiritual nation of Israel, established after Christ’s ascension, would or even could ever hate Old Testament “Israel-after-the-flesh”. 1st Corinthians 10:18
.
And this false charge against so-called “Replacement Theology” Christians actually originates from that wily old Accuser, Satan, who strives to keep the Church from realizing the true spiritual nature of the Bible, thus depriving the Church of the “Hidden Manna” found throughout Scripture in the form of parables, allegories, types and shadows!

Romans 9:3

Oh yes, a Christian may reject the notion the Bible ever condones the idea that God has once again begun to miraculously work within the corporate nation of Israel over there by the Mediterranean. But this in no way proves that any such, so-called, “Replacement Theology” Christian despises the Jewish people!
.
Oh yes, there are, no doubt, many pretenders who probably do hate the Jews! But no true Believer hates Jews, but rather, loves them intensely, and prays for their salvation!
.
Paul wished that he himself would be condemned if he could save his brethren Jews “according to the flesh” (see Romans 9:3). And this should be the same stance that any Christian should also maintain!

“Destroy this Temple and…I (Jesus) will raise it up.” John 2:19

Jesus said, “destroy this Temple and…I will raise it up.” John 2:19
.
Jesus was not talking about a physical Temple, but he was speaking of the Temple of His body. And while today’s Bible teachers are mostly misdirecting their sheep to the idea that a literal brick-n-mortar Temple will be rebuilt in which sacrifices of animals will once again be resumed, the fact is, this will never happen! Oh well, they might attempt to do this, and yet, God will not be in it!
.
But rather, the Bible reveals that Christ’s body, the church, along with the godhead will be the true Temple which will go on forever. But if Satan can convince God’s people that the book of Revelation concerns only literal Jews, then he has successfully cut off the true understanding of the book of Revelation.
.
And so, in order to further demonize the believers who see the church as spiritual Israel, made up of both Jews and gentiles, “the god of this world” causes the church world to point the accusing finger at us, saying that we hate the Jews.
.
But God is the searcher of hearts, and He knows who actually loves Him.
.
And He knows who it is who desires, truly desires the Salvation of every Jew who is a member of, “Israel-after-the-flesh”! (1st Corinthians 10:18)

HEAVENLY OBJECT LESSON

“Then the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed, when the LORD of hosts shall reign in mount Zion, and in Jerusalem, and before his ancients gloriously.” Isaiah 24:23
.
When God created the Moon and the stars, He ordained them to “rule the night” (Gen. 1:16). The Moon, especially when it is full, can light your pathway through the night, as it reflects the light of the Sun.
.
So too, the Christian is to be a light to the world: to this sin-darkened world. But as the Moon must reflect the light of the Sun, in order to be a light to the world, so also must the Christian reflect the light of Jesus, to be a spiritual light to this planet in rebellion. Listen…

“Ye are the light of the world…Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 5:14-16
.
However, during an eclipse, the Earth passes directly between the Sun and the Moon, preventing that sunlight from shining on the Moon’s face. This is an incredible object-lesson about when the child of God allows the world to come between him and his Lord. Like the eclipse, that person no longer reflects the light of Jesus, because his or her love of this dark world of sin has eclipsed the light from the “Sun of Righteousness” (see Malachi 4:2).
.
