“So What’s Wrong With The “Trinity”!?!”

CITY OF CONFUSION
.
Babylon was given its name during the building of that infamous Tower of Babylon, because God confused their speech…
.
Listen… “Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the LORD did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the LORD scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth.” Genesis 11:9
.
And so, the name, Babylon, actually means, “City of Confusion”.

“COME OUT OF HER MY PEOPLE”
Revelation 18:4

The call is now going out to anyone who will listen… “Babylon is fallen is fallen…Come out of her My people, that ye partake not of her sins, and receive not of her plagues” Revelation 18:1, 4

Yes, the time is come for God’s people to make our Exodus out of the “City of Confusion”, the various Christian organizations. And this is a literal Exodus!

BABYLON IN MY HEART
.
And yet, before we can completely come of her, we must come out of her in our minds.
.
In other words, we still have great confusion about what is truth and what is merely the wine of her false doctrines, which we have been drinking for so many years.

PRIDE: THE DESIRE TO BE LIKE GOD!
.
Since the day that Eve decided to eat of that forbidden fruit (whatever that fruit happened to be),
humans have desired to be like God.
.
In every area of life, humans are trying to immortalize ourselves by some invention, creation, talent, or attainment!
.
Oh yes, there may be other motives involved. But pride has always been one of the greatest of all motivators in Man’s achievements!
.
And we all have foolish human pride!
.
And so, we’re all guilty, aren’t we?
.

ESTABLISHING MY LEGACY!
.
Therefore, it’s a constant temptation for theologians to invent some church-doctrine 
or perhaps coin their own name for a church-doctrine, which they think will give them some sort of exalted standing in the church-world!
.
Thus, there is an on-going effort in the theological world to make some contribution for which they will be remembered.
.
Maybe even get a study Bible named after their own self!

OUR GOD IS A JEALOUS GOD!
.
Now, besides the “pride” aspect of this pernicious endeavor, is the fact that God is
very jealous for His Word. He wants to keep His Word very pure!
.
And so, God warns us a number of times in Scripture…“Every word of God is pure…Add thou not unto His words, lest He reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.” Proverbs 30:5, 6
.
Now, just as Abram and Sarai surmised that they could assist God, by bringing in outside help to conceive a child for them (see Genesis chapter 16), so also, we humans think that we can somehow improve on God’s Word, by inventing our own names for our supposed church-doctrines!

THE TRINITY
.
One such unbiblical name which has been in the apostate churches for many centuries is, “The Trinity”.
.
Now the concept behind that name is not the problem. Yes indeed, the Bible speaks of three Persons of the Godhead, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. That’s not the problem.
.
Be-that-as-it-may, God never, ever, even once called the Godhead by the name, “The Trinity”!

So where did that name, “The Trinity”, come from?

HISLOP’S, “THE TWO BABYLONS”
.
Well, in Hislop’s great work, “The Two Babylons”, he documented that name back to ancient pagans who called their Trident fish-god by the name, “The Trinity”.
.
So once again, the apostate churches of yesteryear, brought in a pagan name from the ancient cultures, incorporating it into Christianity.

“TRINITY” NOW A BELOVED & REVERED NAME
.
And now, that paganistic name, “The Trinity” is so beloved and exalted within today’s Babylonish churches, that whosoever dares criticize this most “revered name”, is often censured and sometimes even regarded as being an abject infidel and heretic!

So right here, the heresy already begins as this non-biblical name, such as “The Trinity”, becomes a test for one’s fidelity/infidelity to being a true Christian!

THE GODHEAD: THREE DIVINE PERSONS
.
Now, as already stated, the concept behind the correct God-given name, The Godhead, is that
there are three separate and divine personages, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. No argument with that! That’s what Scripture reveals!

But then, to presumptuously surmise that we can, “help God out”, by concocting our own name for something which has already been named by God is sheer madness and folly!

“WELL, WHAT’S WRONG WITH AN ‘INNOCENT’ LITTLE NAME?”
.
Now many readers may be asking themselves, “Well, what’s wrong with theological names? Don’t they help us define a Bible truth?”
.

FOR EXAMPLE, TAKE “SOUL-SLEEP”
.
Well, in answer to that question, let’s take a theological name for some Bible truth, which is NOT so well-beloved by today’s so-called orthodox churches. Let’s take the name, “Soul-Sleep”.
.
Now, “Soul-Sleep” is never ever found in the Bible. But it merely refers to the “Sleep” spoken of many times in Scripture, when a person dies…“And many of them that SLEEP in the dust of the earth shall AWAKE, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.” Daniel 12:2
.
And so, the Bible quite often refers to those who have died as “sleeping”, and who will eventually “awake”. And, because the physical body will eventually return to the dust, this term, “sleep”, must be referring to the soul, as it sleeps until it is raised up, “at the last day” John 6:40
.

UTTER HYPOCRISY!
.
But because some theologians have concocted the term, “Soul-Sleep”, this has created division in the Church. And opponents of the idea that the dead are “sleep(ing) in the dust of the earth”, throw this non-biblical name right back in the face of those who use that term, “soul-sleep” to describe the dead.
.
And by so-doing, these opponents of “soul-sleep”, reveal their own utter hypocrisy, while criticizing the inventors of the name “soul-sleep”, and at the same time clinging to such unbiblical names as, “The Trinity”!

ERRORS EMPOWER SATAN
.
And let’s face it! Satan has used this erroneous name, “The Trinity” to empower some of the so-called, “cults”, who correctly point out the folly of this ancient pagan name for the trident gods!
.
And thus, Satan takes full advantage of our doctrinal errors, and uses them to give credence to these false gospels, resulting in much division and much confusion in the church-world!
.

“He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.”
Luke 16:10

And one last reason for not using this term, “The Trinity”. It has opened the door for other unbiblical names to be invented! It sets a bad example for more and more occurrences of this same folly!
.
This above proverb spoken by Jesus, lays down the following principle: that unfaithfulness in the smallest of matters will result in unfaithfulness in many things!
.
And with just one glance at today’s church-world, it becomes apparent that it has accepted many other unbiblical doctrines and non-biblical terminology over the past decades and centuries!
.
This is the wine of Babylon! This is the poisonous wine of her false doctrines!

TO GLORIFY, WE MUST BE PURIFIED!
.
In these last days, God will glorify His church before the entire world. And so, He is right now working day and night to purify His church.
.
Thus, a major part of that purification process will be to cleanse His Church from every impurity and worldly defect.
.
Therefore, God must remove from us every unbiblical trait which only divides and confuses His people more than they already are!
.

“COME OUT OF HER, MY PEOPLE!”
.
And therefore, O Stranger and Pilgrim in the earth, God is now calling His people out 
of the “City of Confusion”! (Isaiah 24:10)
.
“And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, My people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto Heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.” Revelation 18:4, 5
.
And so, to fully come out of the apostate religious system which God has named, “Babylon, Mother of Harlots”, it is required that God’s faithful remnant must discard all the unbiblical terminology, and false doctrines, and Babylonish holidays.

And of course, those who love Babylon’s wine of falsehood, will have no part in this separating process.

THE WORLD WILL TAKE KNOWLEDGE!

And though it is not our job to point out all these errors to the world (nor to the worldly church), yet we can share these truths with any soul whom we believe to be ready and willing to receive these truths.
.
But regardless of whether we speak or keep silent, the Christian nevertheless must let his (or her) holy and pure light shine for all the world to take knowledge that…“they had been with Jesus!” Acts 4:13
.

LOCATING THESE TWO CONSTELLATIONS
.
This phenomenon begins in late October, in the pre-dawn hours. It then begins a little earlier each night, and lasts for several months, until they both appear to lie down once again.
.
This Wikipedia star-chart to the left, has this Orion Constellation sketched in. You must locate Orion, when it is mid-sky, between east and west. You’ll be facing southward most likely, unless you are far south. Try to imagine it as a Cross on a steep hill. The 3-star belt of Orion becomes the crest of the hill. The 3 very faint stars that make up Orion’s head become the very top of the Cross.

Next, locate the 7 Stars Constellation. This 7 Stars Constellation is seen by facing northward. It stands upright a little later in the night. Eventually, Orion will lay down and no longer be seen as an uplifted Cross! Beginning in November, the 7 Stars (AKA Big Dipper) can be seen as a Cross a little bit later in evening.

When you are comfortable in locating Orion & The 7 Stars Constellations, then show a friend. This can be a great witnessing tool!
