Eternal Torment?

Part 15:

“How Satan Steals Bible Truths”

“And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish;

because they received not the love of the truth,

that they might be saved.

And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion,

that they should believe a lie:”

2nd Thessalonians 2:10, 11

Can Satan steal Bible truth?

.

Well obviously, Satan does that every day!

.

Yes, there are many false gospels made up of truth, mingled with error.

.

HOW DOES SATAN STEAL TRUTH?

.

But is there is a special way in which the Enemy of Souls steals Bible truth, and makes it very difficult to recover these truths?

.

Oh yes, this clever arch-deceiver does have a special way!

.

But just how can Satan steal Bible truths, making it very difficult to recover these lost truths?

.

“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy…”

John 10:10

You see, when the mainstream church-world abandons any Bible truth, and replaces it with an erroneous belief, Satan is right there to grab that discarded truth and make it his very own!

.

But just how can the Enemy of God’s people accomplish such theological larceny?

.

FALSE GOSPELS & “CULTS”

.

You see, in these last days, Satan has raised up false gospels and so-called “cults” and gives these discarded truths to such counterfeit gospels and “cults”.

.

And so now, the great majority within the Church point to these obviously false gospels, and says, “Now, you don’t want to be like these cults, do you?

But if you insist on believing such-and-such doctrine, you will be just like them: a heretic! An infidel! An enemy of the Church!”

ETERNAL TORMENT

.

“Eternal Torment”, is a prime example of how this false doctrine has become firmly embedded in mainstream Christianity!

.

And because most of the so-called “cults” teach that Hell is merely “death”, it is almost impossible to convince mainstream Christians that “Eternal Torment”, is a false doctrine!

.

TRUTH GIVES CREDIBILITY TO FALSE GOSPELS

.

And in this way, Satan not only gives credibility to these cults by giving them some discarded, actual Bible truth.

.

But he also stigmatizes that abandoned Bible truth even more, when false gospels embrace those Bible truths!

.

And that discarded Bible truth now becomes an abomination in the minds of the apostate, so-called, “orthodox churches”!

.

“YOU’LL BE JUST LIKE THEM!”

.

And thus, the end result, churchgoers are now afraid to embrace that abandoned Bible truth, for fear of being branded as a heretic, or fanatic.

.

Because now, all the so-called, “mainstream orthodoxy”, needs to do is to simply say to any inquisitive parishioners, “You don’t want to be like that heretic preacher, do you?

You don’t want to be like that group, do you?

After all, the cults teach that ‘false doctrine’!

And if you believe that ‘false doctrine’, you’ll be just like them!”

OUR LEADERS CAUSE US TO ERR

But what most Christians do not realize, is that it is not so much the so-called cults we need to fear.

.

No, but mainstream Christianity has become the false Gospel to fear the most!

.

Yes, God warns us…

“O My people, they which lead thee cause thee to err,

and destroy the way of thy paths.”

Isaiah 3:12

.

**It has always been the so-called, “mainstream orthodoxy”, which has misled God’s people, as Isaiah points out in this above verse.**

.

Whether back in Old Testament times, or in the days of the great apostasy of European churches, it was the so-called mainstream religious body which had taught the greatest errors.

THE END OF THE CHURCHES

And today’s churches are no exception! Listen to Paul’s prophecy concerning the last days…

“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine;

but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

And they shall turn away their ears from the truth,

and shall be turned unto fables.”

2nd Timothy 4:3, 4

.

Here is foretold a total church-wide apostasy.

**And in this great apostasy, sound doctrine will be replaced by false teachings, which the itching ears of the apostate parishioners love to hear!**

PRAY DAILY FOR LOVE FOR TRUTH!

And so, it is imperative that we pray daily for a truth-seeking heart.

.

Because the love of truth is the gift of God and should not be taken for granted.

.

And of course, this website is dedicated to restoring those discarded truths.

.

May the Lord bless His chosen and elect people! Amen.

ORION, THE GOOD SHEPHERD

“The LORD is my shepherd;

ORION, THE GOOD SHEPHERD

.

This star-chart from Wikipedia, has Orion sketched in by the editor of this website.

With the addition of a single star, Theta Geminorum (the left hand of the Castor twin of Gemini), the sickle in Orion, the Reaper’s hand (see sketch), now extends the blade, thus transforming that sickle into the hook of a shepherd’s rod and staff.

And so now this little Gemini star becomes the tip of Orion’s Shepherd’s rod & staff.

.

**Thus, with this additional star, Orion the Reaper Constellation now becomes the 5th personality of Orion: The Good Shepherd (sketch below right).**

.

**Theta Geminorum is a class A3, 4th magnitude star, which means it is much fainter than either of the stars, Castor or Pollux.**

.

But faint as This little star may be, it nevertheless presents a giant concept, turning Orion’s sickle into a shepherd’s rod.

.

**And this is a very wonderful and beautiful Bible truth: namely, that Jesus is the Good Shepherd, as is written…**

.

“As a shepherd seeketh out his flock

in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered;

so will I seek out My sheep,

and will deliver them out of all places where they have

been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.”

Ezekiel 34:12

And so God has placed this Starry Shepherd in the winter-night heavens to remind us of His great love for a planet which has wandered away: just like sheep that wandered to where the grass looked greener.
