For those of us who have lived five or six decades or more, we a
re witnesses to the dramatic change which has come over this society, since our youth.

It is not the same society that it once was, is it?
.
Has not a great paradigm shift taken place?
.
Oh yes, and it’s becoming more pronounced with each passing day!

THINGS JUST KEEP GETTING WORSE!

Oh no, this nation has not been a moral nation for a very long time!
.
But things just seem to be getting worse and worse!
.
As of late, our poor sin-sick nation’s “Slippery Slope” of immorality has seemingly morphed into a 90-degree drop-off!
.
And many concerned individuals and societal spokespeople are beginning to think that it’s too late for this society to ever recover from our moral free-fall.

Well, the question to be answered is this: “Is there a bottom to this pit?

Is there no stopping point to the depths of sin in which we seem to be falling?

Or is there no reversal to the direction this society is going?”

“THE HEART IS DECEITFUL…AND DESPERATELY WICKED”

Well, the Bible speaks about these things.
.
Such verses as Jeremiah 17:9 reveal that indeed, sin is a bottomless pit…“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?”
.
Yes, this grim commentary on the condition of the human heart reveals that our society may just now be heading into the depths of sin which might even make the inhabitants of Sodom blush if they were around today!

“BECAUSE INIQUITY SHALL ABOUND, THE LOVE OF MANY SHALL WAX COLD!”

Just look around at our society. The television, radio, and Internet are filled with all sorts of filth and decadence and hedonism!

Even our public-school systems are beginning to promote sodomy, child-mutilation, and even racism to youngsters!
.
Both private and public behavior has never been so perverted as it now is!
.
Unthinkable and heinous crimes are now being committed on a daily basis!
.
Dishonesty is getting more and more commonplace!
.
Divorce rates soaring! And most people don’t even bother to get married anymore!
.

“And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.”
Isaiah 59:14

And just look at what society is doing as they discard the laws of God and even some of the laws of nature! Crazy and abhorrent laws and maxims are now replacing the most basic fundamentals of God’s Word and nature’s mandates!

The Justice Department turned into a political “attack-machine” by corrupt leaders.
.
Men now claiming to be women, and visa-versa.
.
Children being violently cut to pieces and heartlessly torn from the sanctuary of their mother’s womb!
.
Sodomy now being encouraged by atheist teachers upon their young and impressionable students!
.
Demon-possessed doctors ruthlessly mutilating the body organs of confused children at the behest of applause-seeking parents, all in the name of that insane ideology called “gender-fluidity”!
.
Television/Internet shows becoming increasingly immoral, causing further decadence of the western societies!
.
Thieves and brutes allowed to burn, loot, and destroy, being sent away free by unjust judges, returning once again to ravage and terrorize their own crime-infested neighborhoods!
.
Judges caring more for their own political party’s interests than for the rule of law!
.
Congressmen willing to recklessly spend their nation into financial suicide!
.
Life-destroying street drugs becoming legalized, killing millions!
.
Corrupt politicians facilitating millions of non-citizens to overrun unprotected national borders!
.

THE BOTTOMLESS PIT

Considering all that’s been said, just listen to this next verse…“And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.” Revelation 9:1
.
Could it be that this bottomless pit has already been opened?
.
Are there no limits to the depths in which western societies are now descending?
.
Well, many believe this is exactly what we are now sadly witnessing (including this website!)

SATAN CAN CHANGE DIRECTIONS INSTANTLY!

Nevertheless, whether or not this society keeps sinking into the bottomless pit, remains to be seen.

Satan being the side-winding snake that he is, could instantly change course for a time, if it suits his deceptively evil purposes.

GOOD NEWS! A HIDING PLACE EXISTS!

The Good News in all this is, that no individual is required to sink into the bottomless pit of sin along with everyone else!

Listen to Psalm 91:7-10…“A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.”

Here is the hiding place of refuge for all who make the Lord their hope and trust and daily guide!

LOCATING THIS CONSTELLATION GROUP…

Look eastward in the early summer through fall. Find the Cassiopeia Constellation. Cassiopeia is the Mount of Blessing. In the sketch, it is the farthest mountain to the left. In the sky, it is the northern-most of these three mountains when facing eastward. It resembles a pyramid.

Then find the second pyramid to its right (south).
.
Then go a little further south to the next third pyramid. The third snow-cap is the Destroying Mountain Constellation.

These three pyramids are the snow-capped portion of these three mountains in this sketch. (of course, you won’t see the snow-caps in the sky. They are just an embellishment in this sketch to present a concept-EDITOR).

THE VALLEY OF DECISION CONSTELLATION GROUP.
.
They appear in mid-summer in the eastern skies in pre-dawn hours. These are made of Cassiopeia (mount on left), and various stars from the Andromeda Constellation (valley) Pegasus (Mount of Cursing (middle mount) & Destroying Mount (right)), and Pisces (Broad Way to Hell). The galaxy which appears to be climbing the Mountain of Blessing is the Andromeda Galaxy.

The above Wikipedia star-chart shows this amazing constellation group as it appears from June to fall, just prior to the winter constellation group. Actually, these Valley of Decision Constellations appear in early summer in the pre-dawn hours. (Editor of this website has sketched in this constellation group onto this above Wikipedia star-chart.)
