KEPT FROM THAT HOUR
.
(CONTINUING) …Now the Bible does say that, “Because thou hast kept the word of My patience, I also 
will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.” Revelation 3:10
.
Okay, so it says in this above verse that those faithful ones will be kept from the hour of temptation which will come on the whole world.
.
But it says nothing here about rapturing them out of the world, prior to this great time of trouble!

HIDE THYSELF FOR A LITTLE WHILE
.
Listen to Isaiah…
“Come, My people, enter thou into thy chambers,
and shut thy doors about thee:
hide thyself as it were for a little moment,
until the indignation be overpast.
For, behold, the LORD cometh out of His place
to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity:
the earth also shall disclose her blood,
and shall no more cover her slain.”
Isaiah 26:20, 21
.
Now these two verses counsel God’s people to go into their chambers and hide there until the “indignation be overpast”. Does this sound like Christians are removed from the earth, prior to the Great Tribulation? Or does it rather sound as if we are to hide ourselves in our chambers, until God’s wrath passes over?
.
It sounds like we are to hide ourselves, much like people going into a storm shelter, to hide from a whirlwind (tornado), doesn’t it?

MANY TIMES OF TRIBULATION
.
The fact is, God has allowed His people to go through many tribulation periods throughout history.
.
For instance, when God poured out various plagues upon Egypt, He did not remove His people from the earth!
.
While the plagues were poured out all around His people, but not on His people!
.

WHY BE HIDDEN?
.
Now, there are those who will ask the question, “Well, if God’s people are to hide themselves during the time of Jacob’s Trouble (the Great Tribulation), then just what is the purpose for them to go through this period?”
.
Well, listen to the prophet, Zephaniah…
“Seek ye the LORD, all ye meek of the earth,
which have wrought His judgment;
seek righteousness, seek meekness:
it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the LORD’S anger.”
.
Here is a very revealing verse which calls on those meek ones, who have already been doing the will of God, to seek even more meekness, and to pursue even more righteousness!

IT “MAY BE” YE SHALL BE HID!
.
And then it continues to say, “It may be, ye shall be hid in the Day of the Lord’s anger!”
.
Notice it says here, “It MAY BE ye shall be hid in the Day of the Lord’s anger.”
.
So, there is no guarantee that we shall be hid in the Day of the Lord’s anger; but there is a possibility, as it says in the above verse.
.
And so, those who are wise will not wait until the Time of Trouble, to purify their hearts; but will seek God early, for repentance and for Christlike transformation!

TIME OF JACOB’S TROUBLE
.
But the Bible calls this Great Tribulation… “The Time of Jacob’s Trouble”.
.
Listen… “Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child?
wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins,
as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?
Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it:
it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble;”

MEN GIVING BIRTH!?!
.
Now why in the world does it say… “wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?”
.
You see, this coming tribulation is a time specifically designed for God’s individual people to bring forth Christ!
.
Listen to Paul… “My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,” Galatians 4:19
.
Yes, this coming tribulation will cause God’s people to give birth to Christ, in their individual heart, as well as in their collective lives as His true Church!

OUR NIGHT OF WRESTLING!
.
Just as Jacob wrestled with the Angel of the Lord through the night, so too, God’s people will have a one-on-one wrestling match with God, during this “time of Jacob’s trouble”.
.
And because God’s people do not give up, during this great tribulation period, they too, like Jacob, will prevail with God!
.
Yes, the great tribulation before us is specifically designed as a training ground, and a proving ground for God’s people, to be brought to perfection!
.
And so, we may give thanks, even for the coming Time of Trouble, knowing that it is exactly the experience God’s people need, to bring our spiritual fruit to perfection!
.

CEASE YE FROM MAN!
.
“Cease ye from man, whose breath is in his nostrils: for wherein is he to be accounted of?” Isaiah 2:22
.
And so, we just cannot place our confidence in sincere, but erring men, who reassure us that all is, “peace and safety” for God’s people! We must begin to seek meekness and righteousness now, while the four winds are still being held back from blowing upon the earth! (Revelation 7:1)
.
And then, “it may be ye shall be hid in the Day of the Lord’s wrath.”

HOW DO I BECOME MEEK?

Now, having said all these things, one word of encouragement is offered concerning becoming meek. This website is an excellent place to learn meekness, since much meekness is required to receive the fullness of this message!

GRASPING FOR SCEPTER AND A CROWN…
.
This page however just deals with the Woman travailing in child-birth. When she is in labor, she appears to reach out her hand southward to grasp a The Cross/Scepter, which is coming from the South, out of an ark-like box. There also is a Crown of 12 Stars (13 counting a star in the center). But the Crown (the Corona Borealis Constellation) is not yet on her head. The crown is to the south of her. So she is grasping for the Cross/Scepter. She doesn’t yet wear the crown. This reminds us of that well-known passage in Philippians which states…
.
“Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:13, 14
.
And also another verse of the apostle Paul… “Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.” 2 Timothy 4:8.

So this woman with child is grasping, either for that Cross/Scepter, or perhaps that crown, or both. This is such an incredible scenario in the heavens! But this is a very complex concept. Because this headless woman-with-child, which turns upside down in winter to become the “Fleeing Woman of Revelation 12”; and combine this with that Crown and that Cross/Scepter, of which she appears to be grasping for in summer, and these various aspects present a great portion of what the Bible is about.
