But now that we’ve grown up and matured, we no longer have to worry about being scammed so easily!

“…speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits…” Isaiah 30:10

The Bible tells it like it is! Yes, God pulls no punches (as the saying goes), when presenting truth. That’s why the Bible is such a despised book! Even God’s own people don’t always like to hear the plain unvarnished truth, “…Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits…” Isaiah 30:10
.
Yes, God’s very own people were dissatisfied with God’s Word because of its often-harsh sayings. They wanted to be fooled. They only wanted a smoothly varnished, non-judgmental gospel, which allowed them to still pursue the selfish pleasures, riches, and proud ambitious attainments of this life!

Now on the other hand, Satan is like that proverbial sinister-stranger offering candy to a naïve little child.
.
That is, this diabolical soul-murderer likes to hold out his own version of candy to gullible people who naïvely imagine the world to be filled with many, “good, upright, and moral people”!
.
Yes, we’re so easily deceived, all because there exists an outward façade of morality and good works in this, his very evil and deceptive kingdom.
.
That’s right, the Bible warns us…“Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful.” Proverbs 27:6
.
Yes, this world has so many seemingly good things. Happy things! Things that are harmless! And fun! And intriguing! And hopeful!

After all, it’s amazing how easily he deceives us by merely putting an outward veneer of good works and nice things on all the evil and sorrow and suffering which exists around every corner of this tragic world!
.
Almost every household around this world witnesses sorrow and suffering and tragedy in the lives of friends, neighbors, and relatives. The daily news is so absolutely tragic and sad, that it’s a wonder that so many people act so cheerful and upbeat on a daily basis.
.
But make no mistake! The “Prince of the power of the air, that spirit that now works in the children of disobedience” makes sure to keep this world to appear as upbeat as necessary, in order to keep his captives from escaping his deadly clutches! (see Ephesians 2:2)

Well, in spite of all this doom-and-gloom report, there remains some very Good News!

Yes, our great God and Savior is still offering a way of escape from this dying planet!

And those who begin the Heavenward sojourn away from this sorrowful world, will soon cross the dark river into the bright Promised Land in which all will find true happiness and contentment, and everlasting joy! And there, we will be forever young!

7 HEADS, 10 HORNS, & 7 CROWNS OF THE DRAGON

“And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.” Revelation 12:3
.
In Revelation, the Dragon of Revelation 12 is described as having seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns. However, the Dragon Constellation up in the night sky does not.
.
But God has faithfully created the wave of water, in such a way, as to illustrate this same concept of the seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns. Because this wave of water is basically composed of ten stars.
.
The main body of the wave has seven stars (#‘s, 1 thru 7). And the tip of the crest of the wave has the other three stars (#’s, 8, 9 & 10). So we have this 7 and 10 numbering. And this gives us a great clue, as to where in the Bible we should look, to find out the riddle as to just what or who do these 7 heads, 10 crowns, and 7 horns represent. Because, the Bible speaks very much about floods and waters as being associated with Satan (the Dragon).
