Why should it be such an unbelievable phenomenon that God has etched three faces in the Moon, representing the three factions within the church-world?
.
After all, the Gospel is inscribed in every aspect of nature! From the tiniest atom, to the greatest galaxy, and even beyond, God has inscribed some aspect of the Gospel!

SATAN’S WEB OF DECEIT

On the other hand, the spider and its diabolical trap it spins to catch unsuspecting little bugs, is a fitting representation of how Satan ensnares the souls of unsuspecting humans!

And so, these are just two examples of the millions, no trillions-of-trillions of other metaphors created in nature which have some aspect of the Gospel inscribed in them by their Creator!

But the Moon is our object lesson for today. And each of its three faces were purposely inscribed by God to teach us about our own self.

“BEWARE OF DOGS, BEWARE OF EVIL WORKERS, BEWARE OF THE CONCISION!”

Take for instance the second face: the wolf, or perhaps a fox, or a dog.
.
This wolf-like face with one eye-brow raised gives us a fitting portrait of a scornful, judgmental human.
.
And it reminds us of the Old Testament sect, known as The Pharisees, or “Dogs…the Concision”. Philippians 3:2
.
Yes, those Pharisees were a very judgmental group, who took pride that they were very moral and upright, and looked down upon others whom they supposed were not so morally upright.

MANY PHARISEES TODAY!
.
Well, the fact is, the church-world today is filled with a vast throng of church attendees who fit into this category: being very moral!
.
As a matter of fact, morality is a great substitute for Salvation: because its “correct” behavior masks the undone heart condition of all those who appear to be outwardly righteous, and yet have not become “born from above”.

THE GREAT PRETENDERS
.
Yes, there are multitudes in the church-world who do a pretty good job of being “pretenders”.
.
They faithfully attend church each week, sitting well-behaved each week as they sing, pray and listen to the preacher. They pay their tithes. They prayerfully do their 30 minute Bible study each morning. They may even hold a church office.
.
And yet, they have never been truly broken before God, nor received a new heart, via the Holy Spirit. They are still under the spirit of Antichrist, that is, the Devil. Their heart still goes after the pleasures and treasures of this selfish world.
.
They attempt to serve Heaven while still hanging on tightly to the things of the earth!
.

“MINISTERS OF (PSEUDO) RIGHTEOUSNESS”
.
And yet, the Bible clearly reveals that, “no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.” 2nd Corinthians 11:14, 15
.
Here we see that Satan purposely places unsaved souls in the churches to lead astray the truly Elect, through their world-loving ways, masked by their Antichrist false-morality.
.
And the Enemy-of-Souls has done a marvelous job of deceiving the Elect into joining in the pursuit of earthly pleasures and worldly treasures, because of the bad example set by those Antichrist deceivers in the Church!

“COME OUT OF HER, MY PEOPLE!”
.
But the fact is, right now, the call is going out…“Come out of her (the apostate churches), My people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:4
.
Here is the line of separation between the true and the false within the Church. God has pronounced the churches to be Babylon, the Harlot City.
.
And He is calling His people to come out of her.
.
But those who refuse to come out, do so at the risk of receiving the plagues of God’s fierce wrath.

SEPARATION OF WHEAT & TARES
.
This end-time separation is actually the long-awaited harvest of Believers in which the wheat will be separated from the tares!
.
And just as wheat kernels are separated from the chaff on a windy day, so too, the winds of false doctrines are now blowing through the church-world, carrying away the chaff, while the true wheat is left, ready to be gathered into the storehouse.

“HE SHALL SIT AS A…PURIFIER OF SILVER”
Malachi 3:3

Well, the Good News is, God is very willing to remove the Phariseeism from us, if we so-choose.
.
And so, we have our work cut out for us! But God promises that, “He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:” Philippians 1:6
.
Yes, it is actually God who sits as the purifier of hearts, and will bring us forward to the day of Jesus Christ, in which our hearts will be purified like gold and like silver. (see Malachi 3:3 & 1st John 3:3)

“SATISFIED…WITH THY LIKENESS”

And as we see that blessed day approaching, we will shout for joy, saying…“As for me, I will behold Thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with Thy likeness.” Psalm 17:15

Yes, to finally become changed into the likeness of Christ is the greatest hope and highest joy for every true worshiper of God!

Do you see an angry look? His right eye-brow is raised as if he is judging.

This second face in the Moon appears to be that of a combination of a man as well as a fox. Or maybe a wolf. Doesn’t he have a long narrow nose like a wolf or fox? Maybe even a dog. Nevertheless, the expression on his face, as he appears to look down upon the Earth, is that of scorn. Unlike the first Moon-man’s sad shock and awe; this ‘man/fox/wolf/dog’appears to be that of anger and scorn. As if he is disgusted at the sinful planet below.
