Jesus spoke to His disciples about the various signs of the end, and of His Second Coming.

And among other places in scripture, these signs were foretold of in Luke 21:25…
.
“And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring… “And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.” Luke 21:25, 28

This Part 4, will hopefully encourage both of us to look up, and lift up our heads, just as verse 28 of Luke commands… “And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.”

DON’T LOOK DOWN!

You see, what most of us do not fully realize is that this little verse holds the key to Christian victory!
.
Yes, it is fully time for Luke 21:28 to be implemented in the Christian’s life! And it is now high time to look up, and lift up our heads, and never ever look back down!
.
This is the key to Christian victory!

RIVERS AND FOUNTAINS BECOME BLOOD
.
“And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood. And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because Thou hast judged thus. For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and Thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.” Revelation 16:4-6
.
So just what does this above Bible passage from Revelation have to do with the nightly news?
.
You see, this passage speaks of God’s judgment upon Mystery Babylon, the great harlot. Yes, this spiritual city is charged with being guilty of having all the blood of the martyrs.
.
Listen… “And in her (the Harlot city – Ed.) was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.” Revelation 18:24
.
So how does this passage from Revelation 18 connect with Revelation 16:4-6, in which the waters will be turned into blood for the people to drink?

THE BLOODY WATERS OF TODAY’S MEDIA
.
Well, just take a look at what’s going on today on the nightly news!
.
Just look at the various shows on TV! Blood, blood, blood!!! Yes, television is literally overflowing with violence and blood! This world is getting so violent and bloody! And to whatever degree that we Christians and our children are content to spend time watching television and/or daily news, are we not drinking in violence and blood that we see and hear, to that same degree?
.
Yes, just as God gave those Egyptians bloody waters to drink, so too, we Christians today are drinking in blood whenever we turn on the evening news, it seems!

“I WILL SET NO WICKED THING BEFORE MINE EYES!”
.
Listen to the testimony of the Psalmist… “I will walk within my house with a perfect heart. I WILL SET NO WICKED THING BEFORE MINE EYES. I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me. A froward heart shall depart from me: I WILL NOT KNOW A WICKED PERSON. Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour, him will I cut off: him that hath an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer.” Psalm 101:2-5

Everything mentioned in this above passage sounds like your average TV show, doesn’t it?

Wickedness in various forms, turning away from the True Path, froward (evil) hearts, evil people, slanderous remarks, and pride: these are just a short-list of the countless evils seen on daily television!
.
And the nightly news is no exception!

TV: The Ultimate Mind-Control Device

THE HEARING OF BLOOD
.
Listen to this prophecy concerning the days we are now in… “The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. Who among us shall dwell with the Devouring Fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings? He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he…that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil;” Isaiah 33:14, 15
.
Do you see the connection here? This above passage seems to be speaking of the daily television/Internet lineup of programs! And isn’t it true that television/Internet news is very greatly focused on all the bloody conflicts around the world? All the disease? All the slander? All the adultery? All the greed? All the hate and revenge? All the pride and bigotry and racism? Yes, all these evils are a form of violence! And they are the very focus of TV news!
.
And so, dear stranger and pilgrim, just when, oh when will we finally say, “Enough is enough”, and turn off all these channels of sin and violence, and quit drinking in all that blood?
.

OUR JOYFUL COMMISSION TO LOOK UP!
.
We have such a wonderful and joyful commission from God!
.
Yes, to look up and fix our gaze upon our Lord and Savior, and Friend, Jesus Christ is our true Great Commission! And all this is made possible and enjoyable by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit of Christ!
.
And it is high time to look up and lift up our heads on high, to behold our soon-coming Savior, who will save us out of all this selfishness, sorrow, death and mourning which is what this present dark world is all about!
.
“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee: because he trusteth in Thee.” Isaiah 26:3

WAVE of WATER CONSTELLATION
.
The Wave Constellation is primarily comprised of the Auriga Constellation plus one star from Taurus, plus one more star. The Winter Constellations are depicted in this below sketch to the right, and shows this constellation group as they are seen in early winter, as they rise in the eastern skies. The Woman is in the north. The Dragon and Orion are farther south from the Woman.

WINTER CONSTELLATIONS-SEEN IN FALL: This sketch to the right is how this constellation group appears in the eastern sky in fall. This is the four primary constellations of the Winter Constellations.
