“The Serpent of Old Constellation”

What if someone told you that a great image of the Valley of Decision, spoken of by Joel, the Prophet, was up in the night-sky?

.

Would that make you nervous?

.

It probably would, wouldn’t it?

.

Me too!

VALLEY OF DECISION NOW APPEARING!

.

Well, the fact is, the Valley of Decision is up in the night-sky!

.

Yes, there is a constellation group which is called The Valley of Decision Constellation Group.

.

And it first appears in Summer and comes out each night well into Fall.

.

THE SERPENT OF OLD CONSTELLATION

.

But, if one should look across the night sky from the above star-chart’s Valley of Decision Constellation Group, they might behold another constellation known as the “Serpent of Old Constellation”.

.

**It is a very remarkable constellation with jaws made from the very same stars which form the head of that ancient Babylonian constellation, “Draco”.**

.

**Now, even though the head is the same, the body of Draco is made of COMPLETELY DIFFERENT stars than the body of this Serpent of Old Constellation.**

**Just the four stars which make up the head of Draco are the very same four stars which form the jaws of the Serpent of Old.**

.

THE TRAJECTORIES OF THE TWO JAWS

**The reason for bringing this up is to use this Serpent of Old Constellation’s jaws to illustrate the main point of today’s devotional.**

.

You see, those four stars which comprise the serpent’s jaws make him appear to have his deadly jaws wide open.

And one of the remarkable aspects of this is discovered by following the two trajectories of each jaw, both the upper as well as the lower jaws.

.

THE TRAJECTORY OF THE LOWER JAW

.

And if one should go out into the night, and do this, it will be discovered that the lower jaw makes a straight line across the night-sky to…guess where?

.

Yes, the two stars of the lower jaw makes a trajectory straight to the Valley of Decision Constellation!

.

THE TRAJECTORY OF THE UPPER JAW

.

But if you should follow the trajectory of the two stars which comprise the upper jaw…guess where that leads to?

.

The two stars of the upper jaw makes a trajectory straight across the night-sky to the five foolish virgin stars on the Broad Way to Hell Constellation which is part of the Valley of Decision Constellation!

(This trajectory cannot be seen by use of a star-chart. You must actually go outside on a starry night to do this!)

.

So just why is this so important?

.

Just what is the great significance of these two trajectories as to where they point to?

.

THE TEN VIRGINS

.

Yes, just why is this significant?

.

Well, the reason why these two trajectories are important is because they illustrate the great purpose of Satan, as he leads the apostate portion of the Church to The Valley of Decision, to be judged, and then ultimately down to Hell!

.

Here is where the parable of the Ten Virgins begins to have great significance in these last days!

You see, in that parable, the five foolish virgins could not make it into the wedding supper.

Because, when their lamps went out, they just did not have any oil in their vessels to see the Way into the wedding supper!

And only the five wise virgins had back-up oil to light their Way into the supper.

PREOCCUPIED WITH THE CARES & PLEASURES OF THIS LIFE

Listen to this warning from God found in Luke….

“And take heed to yourselves,

lest at any time your hearts be overcharged

with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life,

and so that day come upon you unawares.

For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

Watch ye therefore, and pray always,

that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass,

and to stand before the Son of man.”

Luke 21:34-36

Here is a warning to all, that we must not allow the cares and pleasures of this life to eclipse our necessary preparation for the coming crisis!

VALLEY OF DECISION CONSTELLATION GROUP…

Look eastward in the early summer through fall. Find the Cassiopeia Constellation. Cassiopeia is the Mount of Blessing.

In the sketch, it is the farthest mountain to the left.

In the sky, it is the northern-most of these three mountains when facing eastward.

Then find the next mountain to its right (south).

Then go a little further south to the next third mountain.

The third snow-cap is the Destroying Mountain Constellation.

They are just an embellishment in this sketch to present a concept-EDITOR).

They begin to appear in mid-summer in the eastern skies in pre-dawn hours. hours.
