and when ye turn to the left.”

ANGELS ON MY SHOULDERS
.
Remember those cartoons in which a person has two little angels on his shoulder, each speaking in his ear: one little devil urging him to sin, and a good angel warning him against committing that sin?
.
Of course, Satan is extremely clever, and makes those ridiculous-looking cartoons to cause this atheistic world to mock such an absurd idea.
.
But truth-be-told, angels “which are greater in power and might” are not sitting on a person’s shoulders, but these large and powerful, invisible beings actually do indeed minister to humans. 2nd Peter 2:11

“Are they (angels) not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?”
Hebrews 1:14
.
But this above verse from Hebrews 1:14 reveals that angels do indeed minister to God’s people!
.
And the counsels and proddings which we often attribute to our conscience may indeed be those “ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation…”

One of the easiest things to do, is to judge others! It’s almost like breathing! It takes no effort.
.
And wherever we are and no matter what we are doing, we are judging, whether consciously or not! We judge that item in the grocery store. We judge what clothes we buy. We judge people’s looks. We judge the words they speak. We judge who our leaders will be, and how they perform their office duties.
.
It’s seemingly countless, the number and types of judgments we humans make in a single day!

“Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might…”
2nd Peter 2:11
.
If we had supernatural vision, we would be utterly shocked to realize that good angels and evil angels are urging to sin or to not sin.
.
But these are not little cartoon figures!
.
No, rather, these myriads of majestic giants, both good and evil, work invisibly in the shadows, advising and warning us, even as we go about our daily routines!

WHAT WOULD JESUS DO?
.
A book was published some decades ago titled, “In His Steps”. And the basic premise of that book was the admonition to always ask one’s own self “What would Jesus do?” in every questionable situation.
.
And actually, that is a very correct way at looking at life. “What would Jesus do?”
.
Now, the Bible admonishes us in this manner…
“And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee,
saying, ‘This is the way, walk ye in it,
when ye turn to the right hand,
and when ye turn to the left.'”
Isaiah 30:21
.
Now, this passage is not saying that we will hear an audible voice, as many erroneously suppose. But rather, it is merely saying that when we begin to take a wrong course, our conscience will tug at us to return to the correct course.

“Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience”
Ephesians 2:2

Now, this unbelieving world-in-rebellion, are at the mercy of higher powers. They do not realize that unseen antichrist beings are leading them and their thoughts throughout their day. Oh yes, God, in His great mercy, restrains those evil angels to a certain degree in what they are allowed to do. But make no mistake! This antichrist world, to a high degree, pays heed to the unseen principalities and powers who rule over the world!

“Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God”
1st Corinthians 4:5
.
And so, whenever we come to a circumstance in which we must make a decision concerning right or wrong, good or evil, there will most likely be a choice to be made. And for Christians with a sensitive conscience, the choices presented to us are more vivid and clear.
.
For example, if we encounter a drunken street person, the urge may come over us to scorn or mock or criticize that person. But then, we may also feel a tug to empathize with that lost soul, knowing that he (or she) is also a victim of Satan’s hateful assaults on mankind, via his vast, unseen armies. And thus, the choice is presented to us in countless situations of everyday life.

Do you see an angry look? His right eyebrow is raised as if he is judging.
.
This second face in the Moon appears to be that of a combination of a man as well as a fox. Or maybe a wolf. Doesn’t he have a long narrow nose like a wolf or fox? Maybe even a dog. Nevertheless, the expression on his face, as he appears to look down upon the Earth, is that of scorn. Unlike the first Moon-man’s sad shock and awe; this ‘man/fox/wolf/dog’ appears to be that of anger and scorn. As if he is disgusted at the sinful planet below.
