1: Outside lights not working
2: Solar panel may not be correctly wired
3: Why did moisture collect around the toilet last winter? Is there some sort of heater which was not working?
*4: Forced-air heating system quit working. (Before quitting, fan motor made loud noises for a minute before becoming normal)
(Need to find what cost would be to fix)
*5: Flushing lever on toilet lost its spring-mechanism. (this spring-mechanism is not absolutely necessary, but if an easy, quick fix, would like it fixed)
*These last two issues are not absolutely necessary.
