“We are living in the time of the end. The fast-fulfilling signs of the times declare that the coming of Christ is near at hand. The days in which we live are solemn and important. The Spirit of God is gradually but surely being withdrawn from the earth. Plagues and judgments are already falling upon the despisers of the grace of God. The calamities by land and sea, the unsettled state of society, the alarms of war, are portentous. They forecast approaching events of the greatest magnitude. 9T 11.1

“The agencies of evil are combining their forces and consolidating. They are strengthening for the last great crisis. Great changes are soon to take place in our world, and the final movements will be rapid ones. 9T 11.2

“The condition of things in the world shows that troublous times are right upon us. The daily papers are full of indications of a terrible conflict in the near future. Bold robberies are of frequent occurrence. Strikes are common. Thefts and murders are committed on every hand. Men possessed of demons are taking the lives of men, women, and little children. Men have become infatuated with vice, and every species of evil prevails. 9T 11.3

The enemy has succeeded in perverting justice and in filling men’s hearts with the desire for selfish gain. “Justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.” Isaiah 59:14. In the great cities there are multitudes living in poverty and wretchedness, well-nigh destitute of food, shelter, and clothing; while in the same cities are those who have more than heart could wish, who live luxuriously, spending their money on richly furnished houses, on personal adornment, or worse still, upon the gratification of sensual appetites, upon liquor, tobacco, and other things that destroy the powers of the brain, unbalance the mind, and debase the soul. The cries of starving humanity are coming up before God, while by every species of oppression and extortion men are piling up colossal fortunes. 9T 11.4

On one occasion, when in New York City, I was in the night season called upon to behold buildings rising story after story toward heaven. These buildings were warranted to be fireproof, and they were erected to glorify their owners and builders. Higher and still higher these buildings rose, and in them the most costly material was used. Those to whom these buildings belonged were not asking themselves: “How can we best glorify God?” The Lord was not in their thoughts. 9T 12.1

I thought: “Oh, that those who are thus investing their means could see their course as God sees it! They are piling up magnificent buildings, but how foolish in the sight of the Ruler of the universe is their planning and devising. They are not studying with all the powers of heart and mind how they may glorify God. They have lost sight of this, the first duty of man.” 9T 12.2

As these lofty buildings went up, the owners rejoiced with ambitious pride that they had money to use in gratifying self and provoking the envy of their neighbors. Much of the money that they thus invested had been obtained through exaction, through grinding down the poor. They forgot that in heaven an account of every business transaction is kept; every unjust deal, every fraudulent act, is there recorded. The time is coming when in their fraud and insolence men will reach a point that the Lord will not permit them to pass, and they will learn that there is a limit to the forbearance of Jehovah. 9T 12.3

The scene that next passed before me was an alarm of fire. Men looked at the lofty and supposedly fire-proof buildings and said: “They are perfectly safe.” But these buildings were consumed as if made of pitch. The fire engines could do nothing to stay the destruction. The firemen were unable to operate the engines. 9T 13.1

I am instructed that when the Lord’s time comes, should no change have taken place in the hearts of proud, ambitious human beings, men will find that the hand that had been strong to save will be strong to destroy. No earthly power can stay the hand of God. No material can be used in the erection of buildings that will preserve them from destruction when God’s appointed time comes to send retribution on men for their disregard of His law and for their selfish ambition. 9T 13.2

There are not many, even among educators and statesmen, who comprehend the causes that underlie the present state of society. Those who hold the reins of government are not able to solve the problem of moral corruption, poverty, pauperism, and increasing crime. They are struggling in vain to place business operations on a more secure basis. If men would give more heed to the teaching of God’s word, they would find a solution of the problems that perplex them. 9T 13.3

The Scriptures describe the condition of the world just before Christ’s second coming. Of the men who by robbery and extortion are amassing great riches, it is written: “Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days. Behold, the hire of the laborers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth. Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter. Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.” James 5:3-6. 9T 13.4

But who reads the warnings given by the fast-fulfilling signs of the times? What impression is made upon worldlings? What change is seen in their attitude? No more than was seen in the attitude of the inhabitants of the Noachian world. Absorbed in worldly business and pleasure, the antediluvians “knew not until the Flood came, and took them all away.” Matthew 24:39. They had heaven-sent warnings, but they refused to listen. And today the world, utterly regardless of the warning voice of God, is hurrying on to eternal ruin. 9T 14.1

The world is stirred with the spirit of war. The prophecy of the eleventh chapter of Daniel has nearly reached its complete fulfillment. Soon the scenes of trouble spoken of in the prophecies will take place. 9T 14.2

“Behold, the Lord maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down, and scattereth abroad the inhabitants thereof…. Because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant. Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate…. The mirth of tabrets ceaseth, the noise of them that rejoice endeth, the joy of the harp ceaseth.” Isaiah 24:1-8. 9T 14.3

“Alas for the day! for the day of the Lord is at hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come…. The seed is rotten under their clods, the garners are laid desolate, the barns are broken down, for the corn is withered. How do the beasts groan! the herds of cattle are perplexed, because they have no pasture; yea, the flocks of sheep are made desolate.” “The vine is dried up, and the fig tree languisheth; the pomegranate tree, the palm tree also, and the apple tree, even all the trees of the field, are withered: because joy is withered away from the sons of men.” Joel 1:15-18, 12. 9T 15.1

“I am pained at my very heart; … I cannot hold my peace, because thou hast heard, O my soul, the sound of the trumpet, the alarm of war. Destruction upon destruction is cried; for the whole land is spoiled.” Jeremiah 4:19, 20. 9T 15.2

“I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light. I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly. I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled. I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down.” Verses 23-26. 9T 15.3

“Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.” Jeremiah 30:7. 9T 15.4

Not all in this world have taken sides with the enemy against God. Not all have become disloyal. There are a faithful few who are true to God; for John writes: “Here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.” Revelation 14:12. Soon the battle will be waged fiercely between those who serve God and those who serve Him not. Soon everything that can be shaken will be shaken, that those things that cannot be shaken may remain. 9T 15.5

Satan is a diligent Bible student. He knows that his time is short, and he seeks at every point to counterwork the work of the Lord upon this earth. It is impossible to give any idea of the experience of the people of God who shall be alive upon the earth when celestial glory and a repetition of the persecutions of the past are blended. They will walk in the light proceeding from the throne of God. By means of the angels there will be constant communication between heaven and earth. And Satan, surrounded by evil angels, and claiming to be God, will work miracles of all kinds, to deceive, if possible, the very elect. God’s people will not find their safety in working miracles, for Satan will counterfeit the miracles that will be wrought. God’s tried and tested people will find their power in the sign spoken of in Exodus 31:12-18. They are to take their stand on the living word: “It is written.” This is the only foundation upon which they can stand securely. Those who have broken their covenant with God will in that day be without God and without hope. 9T 16.1

The worshipers of God will be especially distinguished by their regard for the fourth commandment, since this is the sign of God’s creative power and the witness to His claim upon man’s reverence and homage. The wicked will be distinguished by their efforts to tear down the Creator’s memorial and to exalt the institution of Rome. In the issue of the conflict all Christendom will be divided into two great classes, those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus, and those who worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark. Although church and state will unite their power to compel all, “both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond,” to receive the mark of the beast, yet the people of God will not receive it. Revelation 13:16. The prophet of Patmos beholds “them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God,” and singing the song of Moses and the Lamb. Revelation 15:2. 9T 16.2

Fearful tests and trials await the people of God. The spirit of war is stirring the nations from one end of the earth to the other. But in the midst of the time of trouble that is coming,—a time of trouble such as has not been since there was a nation,—God’s chosen people will stand unmoved. Satan and his host cannot destroy them, for angels that excel in strength will protect them. 9T 17.1

God’s word to His people is: “Come out from among them, and be ye separate, … and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, and will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be My sons and daughters.” “Ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” 2 Corinthians 6:17, 18; 1 Peter 2:9. God’s people are to be distinguished as a people who serve Him fully, wholeheartedly, taking no honor to themselves, and remembering that by a most solemn covenant they have bound themselves to serve the Lord and Him only. 9T 17.2

“The Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily My Sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the Lord that doth sanctify you. Ye shall keep the Sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: everyone that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people. Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to the Lord: whosoever doeth any work in the Sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death. Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the Sabbath, to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant. It is a sign between Me and the children of Israel forever: for in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day He rested, and was refreshed.” Exodus 31:12-17. 9T 17.3

Do not these words point us out as God’s denominated people? and do they not declare to us that so long as time shall last, we are to cherish the sacred, denominational distinction placed upon us? The children of Israel were to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations “for a perpetual covenant.” The Sabbath has lost none of its meaning. It is still the sign between God and His people, and it will be so forever.

CUTTLEFISH: THE ULTIMATE IMPOSTORS!

.

One of the most amazing creatures ever created is the Cuttlefish! Actually, it is not a fish, but a type of mollusk, like a squid, or an octopus.

.

The reason why this creature is so incredible, is that it can just glance at its environment and instantly change its body to imitate that environment.

.

For instance, if it wants to hide from its enemies, or lie-in-wait for its victims, next to a sea-weed, it simply changes its color, spots, and shape to imitate that sea-weed. It can even instantly grow leaf-like appendages to imitate certain sea-weeds!

.

This little creature is nothing short of amazing!

CUTTLEFISH: SYMBOL OF SATAN

.

Well, God has created this little predator to give us further insight into the inner workings of the kingdom of Satan.

(As this little 26 second video below shows, the Cuttlefish has the ability to paralyze his potential victims, by using his hypnotizing strobe-light effect! Amazing!)

.

Certainly Satan and his unseen minions love to make themselves invisible! That way, they can work their misery and woe upon this unsuspecting world, without its inhabitants becoming alarmed, causing us to rebel against Satan’s kingdom, as we flee to God! And just as this little cuttlefish hypnotizes its “candidates for consumption”, so too, Satan has filled the world with many glittering attractions to likewise mesmerize his naïve and unwary victims!

In the beginning of this world’s history, the progenitors of evil came to the woman, promising here a God-like ascendancy, if only she would do the one thing she was told not to do.

.

And of course, she listened to this lie, and our history has been one long train of subservience to sin and selfishness! She fell for the lie and mankind became prisoners to sin and Satan, “the god of this world”. And mankind has been suffering ever since that woeful day!

.

So, did women ever realize Eve’s dream of becoming equal with God? Hardly! Much to the contrary, mankind has suffered under Satan cruel tyranny ever since.

.

And because her husband harkened to her invitation to throw in with her rebellion, both men and women, through the ages have suffered intensely ever since!

.

But as of late, there has been an attempt to convince the public that women are superior to men and deserving to become the leaders of the world. Even Hollywood has produced movies to indoctrinate the public into the idea that men are despicably evil and women deserve to rule the world.

.

Even one very popular Hollywood production, produced for young girls, actually comes right out and attacks motherhood  and marriage!

.

Yes, it seems as if we are witnessing the end result of Eve’s dream of equality with God: to overthrow the natural order of humanity!

.

The Bible prophesied that fallen mankind, in our foolish pride…“flattereth himself in his own eyes, until his iniquity be found to be hateful.” Psalm 36:2

.

Simply put, mankind, in spite of our total failure to govern ourselves independent of God, is nevertheless proud and stubborn. But all this foolish pride is coming to the end as we are now reaping the evil fruits of our rebellion!  The world is growing more hateful and dysfunctional with each passing day!

.

It is much like the deceitful cuttlefish who disguises himself until just the right moment when he turns on his mesmerizing strobe light and gobbles up his victim. Yes, this world has been pretending to be benign and beneficent, but now is revealing just how hateful and evil it truly is!

.

And like the “femme fatale lightning bug” who pretends to desire the male lightning bug, but instead eats its deceived male victims, this so-called “children’s movie” encourages the same male-hating attitude to the young girls who watch it!

.

And now that we have come to the end of all things, one might conclude that we are witnessing the end results of Eve’s dream of becoming equal to God!

.

And as with every other rebellious quest of society through the ages this perverted desire to turn the world into a giant matriarchal dictatorship will likewise end up being a complete failure, even a total disaster!

.

.

“FLEE TO THE MOUNTAINS!”

.

And we should not be surprised to see things go “completely and fully evil” in the coming days and months.

.

And while it grieves the Lord greatly, to behold suffering, He knows that in the end, these things will purify our hearts, even as precious gold is purified!

.

He knows that His world-loving people have to behold the fallen planet for what it truly is, before we will be willing to make our end-time Exodus!

.

THE NARROW GATE STARS

.

This most amazing phenomenon is seen throughout the winter. Although it can be observed most of the winter, it is seen best when it is the western part of the sky, at winter’s end (The end of winter being the final scene of this heavenly Gospel story). Orion , the Dragon, and the Glorious White Horse are beginning to descend into the western horizon (sketch to right is Winter Constellations descending into western horizon. This can actually be seen as early as December, in the pre-dawn hours).

.

And at this point it is apparent that the Fleeing Woman of Revelation 12 Constellation is veering toward the two bright stars, known as Castor and Pollux (sketch to below left). But the Wide Gate Stars are composed of the two brightest stars of the Auriga Constellation, known as the star, Capella, and the star, Menkalinan. The two stars, Castor and Pollux, make up the concept of the Orion’s Narrow Gate Stars.

.

This can even be observed into June in the western sky (for a short time just after dark). While a dark night is best for seeing the Woman Constellation, the 4 stars which comprise the Narrow Gate/Wide Gate Stars can be seen even under mediocre conditions. It begins with the Fleeing Woman of Revelation 12 Constellation (AKA Ursa Major) going towards these two doors.

The sketch to left shows, the two doors are each composed of two bright stars. The two bright stars that comprise the Narrow Gate are the two brightest stars of the Orion the Reaper’s sickle. The two stars that comprise the ‘Wide Gate’ Stars are the two brightest stars of the wave of water that comes out of the Dragon Constellation’s mouth (for explanation of “Wave of Water”, just click here). The stars that make up the ‘Narrow Gate’ are about half the width of the Wide Gate (see sketch to right).

But to find the very first ‘Women’s Liber’, we would have to go all the way back to the very first woman, Eve.

That’s right, it was Eve who boldly asserted herself to elevate her station in life.

For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof,

and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

Here is revealed that Eve had already become dissatisfied with her appointed position in life! She wanted to be equal with God!

Does history record that women have enjoyed equality with men through the ages?

Actually no.

Quite the opposite, wouldn’t you agree? Many women have suffered much cruelty throughout the history of the world. And their lessor physical strength has allowed many cruel husbands to bully their wives into various hardships throughout the centuries!

And truth-be-told, Eve’s rebellion has brought the entire world, women, men, and even children under hard and cruel bondage, throughout the past millenniums!

But through the last several centuries, women have slowly elevated themselves, especially over the last 150 years. And now in this new millennium, many men have lost their leadership role in the home, and even in the workplace in many instances.

But what is the last 150 years in the perspective of all the thousands of years of oppression?

And today’s Women’s March is occurring so close to the end of time here on earth, that it’s more or less just an exercise in futility!

A HUGE EXCLAMATION MARK!

But when one sits back and reflects on the big picture, isn’t it ironic that Eve’s attempt to elevate her position in life, is only coming to fruition in these last moments of time!?

If we would think this all through, Eve’s story along with the current Women’s Lib Movement, together make a remarkable testimonial to the veracity of the Bible and its divine Authorship! Yes, it really puts a huge exclamation mark on just how “spot-on” the Bible actually is!

.

It shows just what a grand liar the Devil was (and is), that this entire world history only proves how Eve’s attempt to elevate her status was futile at best: thousands of years of oppression; not only for women, but for most of the entire human race as well!

And now that we are so near the end, this attempt by our leaders to fight for elevation of women over men, is not only futile, but is sure to end in some sort of destructive whirlwind (as will every aspect of Mankind’s rebellion against Heaven!)

FIVE WISE VIRGINS STARS

.

This constellation was identified on May 22nd, 2014. It is simply five stars, two from the Serpens Constellation, and three from the Hercules Constellation.

.

What gives this constellation impetus and significance is that it appears as five evenly positioned stars, in a slight oval pattern, as if they were sitting in a meeting, listening, or perhaps watching someone.

.

Second, they appear to be gathered in front of The Crown of Revelation 12 Constellation. (just below Corona Borealis in this Wikipedia star-chart, in which the editor of this site sketched in these two constellations)

.

GATHERED AROUND GLORIOUS CROWN!

The position of these stars is significant in a number of ways. The first, being that these Five Wise Virgins are gathered around the 12-star Crown of Revelation 12. And the obvious message here is, that these wise virgins represent the faithful portion of God’s Church. And as wise virgins, they understand the importance of winning the glorious crown of victory, which Jesus promised.

Listen… “Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.” 1st Corinthians 9:24, 25. 

.

And so, God is showing us the difference between the wise and the foolish in His Church. While the wise are gathered around this crown of victory, the foolish are nowhere to be found.

So, in this little series, the subject of those noble Bereans has been introduced. And today, it is still worthy of a little more exploration into another area of concern.

Let’s review the key Bible passage… “And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming there, went into the synagogue of the Jews. These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.” Acts 17:10, 11

AN OPEN-MINDED SPIRIT IN BEREA

Okay, so those in Berea were more noble, because they:

1. “Received the Word with all readiness of mind.”

.

2. “And searched the Scriptures daily, whether those things were so.”

.

And so, the Bereans were ready to receive new teachings, which no doubt, conflicted with the supposed, “orthodox” teachings of that day.

.

Thus there was an open-mindedness which permeated their hearts, and a willingness to search the Scriptures daily, in hopes that these seemingly new teachings were indeed true!

CAMPING AND WHITE BOTH IN AGREEMENT

.

Well, it’s too bad that Harold Camping didn’t understand Ellen White’s ministry.

.

Yes, Harold Camping thought Mrs. White to be a false prophet.

.

But had he explored her ministry more closely, he would have discovered that she taught many similar truths which he also taught!

PARABLE OF THE GREAT SUPPER

For instance, both White and Camping taught that those who profess to serve Christ must prove this earnest desire by their undivided daily devotion to Christ. Yes, there are many church-goers who profess to serve Christ, but in reality, their love for this present selfish world takes precedence over all heavenly matters. And both Camping and White cautioned their hearers about this, on a daily basis, throughout their long earthly ministries (Harold Camping for about 54 years, and Ellen White for about 70 years).

And both Camping and White lived by this same all-consuming devotion to Christ.

.

Yes, Ellen White lived from early morning to late at night, writing letters, books, and counsels for churches, schools and health-sanitariums. She also voluntarily gave of her time and means to help others who were in need.

.

And Harold Camping, with his shepherd’s heart, devoted 5 or 6 hours daily to Bible study. The rest of his day was spent in management of his world-wide ministry at Family Radio (which sadly became apostate soon after his death).

AUDIO CONCERNING THE GREAT SUPPER

Yes, in the very nations which once rejoiced in the Christian Reformation, Satan has caused to turn away from the Gospel, in pursuit of the earthly pleasures and worldly treasures.

And the Church to a great extent has joined in with the secular world in seeking after much of the same selfish world-loving pursuits!

“COME OUT OF HER, MY PEOPLE!”

And as a result of our earthly-minded pursuits, the Lord is now moving away from the apostate churches and denominations, and instead, calling all those who have nothing to lose: the poor, the homeless, the addicts, the hungry, and anyone else who has nothing to lose by joining the end-time exodus out of this world!

In other words, the Lord is going to the “highways and hedges” to call anyone willing to respond to His invitation!

PROOF POSITIVE OF CAMPING’S AND WHITE’S MINISTRY

But the very Good News is, that this agreement between Camping’s ministry and White’s ministry puts a great big giant exclamation mark on the validity of both these two ministries.

Yes, they both are indeed a dramatic fulfillment of the prophecy found in Revelation 14 concerning the messages of the three angels!

THESE SIGNS ARE MENTIONED

From time to time, the Book of Revelation mentions stars. But when we get to Revelation Chapter 12, it speaks of two “great signs in heaven”. First, it speaks of the sign in heaven of a woman with child. Then it speaks of the sign in heaven of a great red dragon, with a tail that sweeps one-third of the stars and casts these stars down to the earth. So we get the sense that this phenomenon that the Apostle John was seeing, was closely intertwined with the starry host of the heavens. And these two signs in heaven, a woman, and a dragon, are a big part of this website, Signs Of Heaven.

What really gives validity to this idea, is that God created the Universe in such a way, that if one looks at the major constellations, then this Revelation 12 scenario can be seen. And so, the big question which any logical person would ask, concerning the three messages presented on this website is, “Why is there disagreement between these three messages? And how can all these teachings be reconciled, so as to find harmony between these teachings?”

GOD’S WORD ALONE IS INFALLIBLE!

.

As to the first question, “Why is there a seeming disagreement between these three messages”, let it be stated that the Bible alone is the infallible Word of truth.

.

Never in the New Testament era, has there been an infallible teacher since the days when God completed the closing words to His Book, The Bible. Not Calvin, not Wesley, not Luther, not anyone!

.

ELLEN WHITE & HAROLD CAMPING

.

And both Harold Camping and Ellen White freely proclaimed their teachings to be fallible and subject to correction, if necessary. Indeed, Camping gave a warning multiple times each night on his telephone question/answer radio talk show…“Don’t trust me! I have feet of clay! Trust only the Bible!” Every night this same disclaimer was uttered by Camping, perhaps five or six times per show.

Ellen White likewise made a similar disclaimer…“I have never made the claim that my writings are infallible. God alone is infallible.”

THE THIRD ANGEL’S MESSAGE

.

And now comes the third message which is to tie all three messages together. But this message makes no claims of infallibility either.

.

Well, the fact is, God doesn’t wish to give another infallible message. He’s already done that! It’s called, The Bible…The Book!

.

And what God now wants, is for His people to place their trust in His infallible Word, the Bible, and begin to prayerfully search out what it says for their own selves!

.

“For when for the time ye ought to be teachers”

Hebrews 5:12

.

In other words, every true worshiper must strive to attain teacher-status in his or her own life. This requires a whole lot of study, and prayer, and contemplation!

.

But that’s what we are to do. And if we don’t have the ability to study for some reason, then we must beg God to graciously allow us to have that ability, no matter how much time and how many tears it takes!

.

“Open Thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of Thy law.” 

Psalm 119:18

And so, in answer to the second question, “How can all these three messages be reconciled, so as to find harmony between these teachings?”, we need to plead with God to allow us to study these three messages against the Bible to ultimately strike a balance, “rightly dividing the word of truth”. 2nd Timothy 2:15

Of course, this third message, written in the Sun, Moon, and stars, has attempted to balance the first two messages, harmonizing them with its additional teachings.

But once again, this third message makes no claim of infallibility.

.

The Bible alone, and in its entirety is the infallible source-book of Truth!

.

But we can take comfort in the words from John’s 1st Epistle…“But the anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him.” 1st John 2:27

.

Yes, as this verse informs us, God’s Holy Spirit of Truth will assist every true worshipper of God in arriving at a saving knowledge of the Bible.

And that’s an “exceeding great and precious promise”, which each and every Noble Berean can cling to in these days of error, confusion, and apostasy!

HEAVENLY OBJECT LESSON

.

“Then the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed, when the LORD of hosts shall reign in mount Zion, and in Jerusalem, and before his ancients gloriously.” Isaiah 24:23

.

When God created the Moon and the stars, He ordained them to “rule the night” (Gen. 1:16). The Moon, especially when it is full, can light your pathway through the night, as it reflects the light of the Sun.

.

So too, the Christian is to be a light to the world: to this sin-darkened world. But as the Moon must reflect the light of the Sun, in order to be a light to the world, so also must the Christian reflect the light of Jesus, to be a spiritual light to this planet in rebellion. Listen…

“Ye are the light of the world…Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 5:14-16

.

However, during an eclipse, the Earth passes directly between the Sun and the Moon, preventing that sunlight from shining on the Moon’s face. This is an incredible object-lesson about when the child of God allows the world to come between him and his Lord. Like the eclipse, that person no longer reflects the light of Jesus, because his or her love of this dark world of sin has eclipsed the light from the “Sun of Righteousness” (see Malachi 4:2).

.

THE THIRD MOUNTAIN…CHOICE ‘C’…

.

“Behold, I am against thee, O destroying mountain, saith the LORD, which destroyest all the earth: and I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and roll thee down from the rocks, and will make thee a burnt mountain.” Jeremiah 51:25   

.

These three mountains are called “The Valley of Decision Constellation Group”. The first two mountains on the left in this sketch are known are the Mounts of Blessing and Cursing, as found in Deuteronomy 27:11-26 & Chapter 28.

.

The valley between these two mountains is called the Valley of Decision, as is written… “Multitudes, multitudes in the Valley of Decision: for the day of the LORD is near in the Valley of Decision.” Joel 3:14.

.

The Valley of Decision is not a physical place, but a spiritual valley in which each person of the world will make up his or her mind, as to just whom they will serve: God or Satan; God’s kingdom or this world (Satan’s kingdom). 

.

From the Mount of Blessing are heard all the blessings which result from serving God. From the Mount of Cursing are heard all the curses which result from disobedience to God’s will. And those in the valley will listen to both sides, and make up their minds, just who will they serve. A very simple choice, right? Wrong!

COUNTERFEIT KINGDOM

Now that this basic concept of the first two mountains (Blessings & Cursing) has been presented, it is time to take note of this third mountain; a counterfeit mountain.

.

Oh yes, such a simple choice of life or death is just far too easy for the Dragon (Satan) to accept. No, Satan’s main deception in this world is to create counterfeit “look-alike” alternatives; attractive choices. Satan really knows how to complicate and confuse the simplicity of the Gospel. Hence the name, Babylon, which means “City of Confusion” (Isaiah 24:10). A perfect and fitting name for Satan’s kingdom!

In Jeremiah 51:25, Babylon is referred to as “O Destroying Mountain”. It is the name of this counterfeit mountain. It is Satan’s kingdom, made up of all Satan’s followers, both humans and evil angels. Satan’s kingdom also includes this fallen world, with all its governments and ideologies. It is that great city…Babylon the Great! The world! Satan’s prison-house!

JOB’S MANY DISCOURAGEMENTS

Just look at Job, for example! See how Satan tried to make him renounce his Savior! Not only the great tragedies that befell him, but Job’s own wife begging him to “curse God and die”. And then, his three ‘friends’ came and further discouraged Job!

Yes, Satan has a thousand different ways to discourage and dishearten Believers. Just behold this current-day world, with all it many pleasures, pastimes, and ambitious pursuits: think how discouraging it can get, as the Believer sees the world enjoying itself, while he or she gets bombarded by the enemy’s daily assaults. (Read Psalm 73)

“THE SCORNER (THE PHARISEE)”

This second face in the Moon appears to be that of a combination of a man as well as a fox. Or maybe a wolf. Doesn’t he have a long narrow nose like a wolf or fox? Maybe even a dog. Nevertheless, the expression on his face, as he appears to look down upon the Earth, is that of scorn. Unlike the  first Moon-man’s sad shock and awe; this ‘man/fox/wolf/dog’ appears to be that of anger and scorn. As if he is disgusted at the sinful planet below.

Sodom Rising?

Amongst the many popular sayings commonly spoken of in society, the phrase, “Great balls of fire” began to be commonly used in the mid 1800’s.

.

And of course, the saying, “Great Balls of Fire” most likely evolved into a tongue-n-cheek mockery against some preachers of the era who wanted to alarm their flock by what was known as “Fire & Brimstone” preaching. In other words, if some secularist wanted to make a rather comical exclamational remark, they might feign a response to some startling news by saying, “Great balls of fire!”

.

Of course, this was no doubt funny to hear, especially in the secular communities who were always at odds with such fire-n-brimstone preaching.

And let’s face it, such a mockery comes right out of Satan’s playbook, in his attempt to make the Bible as irrelevant/distrusted/dishonored as possible!

In other words, this antichrist world is literally teeming with words, phrases and names which create a stigma in the minds of the general populace.

.

And so, Satan will often take some King James Version word or phrase and give it some comical meaning.

.

For example, the name “ass” (donkey) has been crudely morphed to now refer to someone’s anus. Thus, by calling someone an “ass”, has become a double-entendre. And now, when people read the King James Version, there are many similar words and phrases purposely distorted to make the King James Bible as irrelevant as Satan can possibly make it!

A LEWD SONG FOR A PERVERSE SOCIETY

.

Now, as far as that “Great balls of fire” saying, Satan was not content to leave it alone. No, but rather he wrote one of the very first Rock-N-Roll songs (working through several secular songwriters), giving an even more crude, even a sexually lewd connotation!

.

And even though “Great balls of fire” is no longer a common exclamation-remark, this lewd, decades-old song, “Great balls of fire”, is still being jokingly bandied about as a sexually lewd inuendo!

“Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven”

Genesis 19:24

But the fact is, the Bible does mention such a phenomenon. That is, in the Book of Genesis, God destroyed the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, raining down fire & brimstone (sulfur balls of fire) which immediately destroyed those wicked cities.

.

As a matter of fact, around the watery graveyard of those cities (now immersed beneath the Dead Sea), countless balls of brimstone are embedded in the surrounding miles of landscape. And there are Internet videos showing researchers finding those sulfur balls, and lighting them on fire with a match, thus silencing most skeptics who cast doubt on the biblical account of Sodom’s destruction!

In this unbelieving, atheistic world, one might conclude that the existence of balls of brimstone still being found in that area might raise some eyebrows within the geological communities.

But those who have been in Christianity for many decades are only recently discovering this incredible phenomenon, instead, through all because of the various Internet videos now being produced in that region surrounding those ancient cities (those four cities long ago submersed in their watery grave at the bottom of the appropriately named, “Dead Sea”).

FLEEING WOMAN CONSTELLATION

.

FROM WHERE & TO WHERE DOES SHE FLEE? WOMAN ROTATES THROUGH THE SEASONS…

.

This page is about the Big Dipper, also called the Great Bear constellation (Ursa Major ). However, the ancient pagan cultures did not see this constellation as God intended it to be seen. It is actually a headless woman in childbirth.  This is seen in springtime. It is seen in the northern skies. 

.

.

But as the seasons progress, this travailing woman flips upside down, now appearing as a woman with upraised arms like eagle wings who is running (eventually flying, as shown in sketch on right) into the wilderness (westward). The single star representing her birth-child (Christ) now becomes her head (“Christ is the head of the church.” Ephesians 5:23

.

The 7 Stars (Big Dipper) is easy to see with its very bright 7 stars. But the Revelation 12 Woman (Ursa Major) must be seen on a dark starry night, away from city lights.

Who would have ever imagined that God had long ago placed the starry constellations in such a precise way, that they would become a heavenly portrait of the Gospel of Jesus Christ?

It’s such an incredible idea, that those who do finally discover and confirm these signs for his or her own self, they will no doubt continually marvel at this heavenly gift right up to the time when Christ appears in the clouds of glory!

“WISE MEN STILL SEEK HIM!”

(A currently popular saying)

But in addition to the sheer wonder of it all, they give God’s people confidence that the Way in which He is now wanting them to go has been clearly marked out by these heavenly sign-posts!

Yes, just as that  star long ago guided the wise men from the East to the afore-promised Messiah, these “signs in the Sun, Moon, and stars” are now guiding wise men today, to the long-awaited Return of the Son of Man! (see Luke 21:25)

.

And so, that first star 2,000 years ago was a fore-runner of Arcturus, as this great star now guides its sons (and daughters) in these last moments.

An easy way to find Arcturus is to follow the arc of the handle of the Big Dipper, in the spring through fall (these are the months in which Arcturus is visible). 

.

SUMMER CONSTELLATIONS: (Sketch to right: constellations span the heavens (Ark in south, 7 Stars in north), and travel from east to west through the night.

This sketch is of the Summer Constellations as they appear when in the western half of the night sky. The box-like constellation is the The Ark of the Covenant (AKA Sagittarius) is in the south. To the right is both the Flower of the Field Constellation (AKA Scorpius) and the The Cross/Scepter Constellations. ONE HOUR JUDGMENT: REMOVAL OF HOLY SPIRIT

The judgment against Babylon, Mother of Harlots, as spoken of in Revelation 18, says that her judgment comes in “one hour”.

“And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her (Babylon), My people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:4

God has a people in Babylon. Yes, Mystery Babylon is the Mother of Harlots. The sketch to the left shows her riding this beast with 7 heads and 10 horns.

But in that spiritual city, there are those who still love God to a certain degree. And before the final plagues are poured out upon her, God has been and will continue to call His people out of her… “And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her (Babylon), my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:4

And so in addition to The Pleiades appearing as the Harlot Mother, we also see this second depiction of The Pleiades as an angel, which symbolizes God’s people, walking the downward pathway to destruction. They must be called out of Babylon before it’s too late!

CAMPING AND WHITE BOTH IN AGREEMENT

Well, it’s too bad that Harold Camping didn’t understand Ellen White’s ministry.

.

Yes, Harold Camping thought Mrs. White to be a false prophet.

.

But had he explored her ministry more closely, he would have discovered that she taught many similar truths which he also taught!

“COME OUT OF HER, MY PEOPLE!”

Revelation 18:4

For instance, both White and Camping taught that the time would come for God to call His faithful people out of Babylon, the apostate churches and denominations.

She taught that this time would come in the future, and 150 years later, Camping taught that the time had now fully arrived to, “Come out of her, My people”. Revelation 18:4  

.

And truth-be-told, from the time that the 1844 announcement of Christ’s Return was trumpeted (frequently referred to as, “The Great Disappointment of 1844”) until Camping pronounced it time to “come out of Babylon”, in 1994, exactly 150 years had passed, almost to the day! (from fall of 1844 to fall of 1994)

Now of course, since Ellen White made this prediction of a future call to come out of Babylon, back in the mid-nineteenth century, her uncanny insight into our present distress was nothing less than a gift and revelation from God!

And yet, Harold Camping’s vast knowledge of the Scriptures and its prophecies, made his ministry equally as amazing.

Yes, Camping opened up these prophecies, which were greatly veiled in both testaments, revealing them to his listeners on a nightly basis.

ANOTHER FULFILLED PREDICTION BY E. G. WHITE

And in her Chapter 38, “The Final Warning”, she foretells that the 2nd Angel’s Message would unite with 3rd Angel’s Message, which, actually, is now occurring.

And she also foretold that the 3rd Angel’s message would extend beyond her insight into other areas, which it definitely has!

.

And this prediction is only confirmed when the reader explores the third angel’s message as is being currently presented!

Yes, the third angel’s message is presented in a much broader fulfillment than Ellen White could see back in her day! This is just another proof of the veracity of her ministry, since she accurately foretold of the broader end-time message to come (she also accurately predicted that the 7th Day Sabbath would be proclaimed “more fully”, which is now happening (see Great Controversy and/or Early Writings))!

From time to time, the Book of Revelation mentions stars. But when we get to Revelation Chapter 12, it speaks of two “great signs in heaven”. First, it speaks of the sign in heaven of a woman with child. Then it speaks of the sign in heaven of a great red dragon, with a tail that sweeps one-third of the stars and casts these stars down to the earth. So we get the sense that this phenomenon that the Apostle John was seeing, was closely intertwined with the starry host of the heavens.
