Truly it can be said, we live in a “Cuttlefish World”.

Yes, like that incredible impostor, this world has been changed into a seemingly benign and beneficent society to a great degree.

Oh yes, there are plenty of underlying dangers and evils lurking out there!

**This nation originally arose “up out of the earth”, in the wilderness of North America…**

.

…an entirely new nation founded, by God’s mercy, as a safe-haven…

.

…a refuge for those escaping the long siege by the tyrannical church-state beast-system dictatorship during the Dark Ages of Europe.

.

And God gave this fledgling nation a constitution based on the principle of liberty of conscience and freedom of political/religious speech, as well as freedom to own property and make other personal choices.

.

2nd BEAST ARISES OUT OF THE EARTH

.

But nations rise and nations eventually fall.

.

And America left herself open to secularists moving in and slowly taking control, not only of the government, but also of the entire culture!

.

And out of the blessed beginnings of this liberty-of-conscience society, Satan and his evil armies moved in and began to morph this former Christianity-based society into a secular, even an atheistic culture.

.

THE FALSE PROPHET BEAST

.

**This was the fulfillment of what the Bible foretold concerning the Revelation 13 “False Prophet”, the 2nd Beast which:**

.

1. Arose “from out of the earth” (by means of vast opulence derived from the manufacturing of natural resources along with earthy lusts)

.

2. Having two horns as a Lamb (“the political party of so-called ‘compassion'” & “the political party of so-called ‘morality'”)

.

3. But this beast power, “spake as a dragon” (speaking lies, censorship, and oppression through today’s major media Goliaths and other learning institutions)

.

**Yes, tragically, this once great nation has now been transformed by “the god of this world”, Lucifer, into the False Prophet of Revelation 13.**

.

“AND HE SPAKE AS A DRAGON”

Revelation 13:11

But today’s devotional will spotlight on one dreadful aspect of this False Prophet: “Its ability to appear as a lamblike beast, and yet speak as a dragon”.

.

Oh yes, Satan has been in control of the major media for a long time, speaking as a dragon.

.

And how has he spoken through the media Goliaths as a dragon?

.

Well, just think of all the programs which teach devilish doctrines! Evolution, atheism, prosperity-driven gospels, false sciences, hedonism, and such-like philosophies.

.

But in addition to these, just think about all the radio/television/Internet dramas which promote sexual depravity, greed, violence, revenge, hatred, pride, lust, dishonesty, indifference.

.

And lastly, the various radio and Internet ministries are speaking as a dragon by pushing many false doctrines and encouraging a world-loving prosperity gospel.

.

“Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away”

2nd Timothy 3:5

But Satan is no dummy as many mistakenly suppose!

.

No, just the opposite! This master of deception knows full well that he must provide a thin veneer of false goodness, to mask the overt wickedness of the mass-media.

.

Hence, he has enshrouded these evils in an outward cloak of humanitarianism and counterfeit compassion, just like that undersea “Master-of-Deception”, the Cuttlefish!.

.

And so, all Satan’s wickedness being broadcast 24/7/365 is constantly being interrupted by some “benign” 60-second humanitarian advertisement!

.

And let’s face it! Political correctness gives many or most people enough self-righteousness to make us feel good about our otherwise godlessly selfish lives.

.

SATAN, THE ACTUAL SOURCE OF ALL THIS BRAINWASHING

.

Well, even though many would like to, we simply cannot put all the blame on politicians, educators, spokespeople, voters, nor even on the various media Goliaths.

.

No, the true source of all the current brainwashing and demonizing is “the god of this world”, Satan! (see 2nd Corinthians 4:4)

.

And with the ability to speak “as a dragon”, this False Prophet, Satan, can now fully brainwash and indoctrinate the various societies much, much more easily than in former times!

.

GOOD NEWS FROM A FAR COUNTRY

Proverbs 25:25

**And even though the hour is late, God has allowed enough time for those who hear this message, to turn away from this soon-coming Time of Trouble, also called The Day of The Lord and Armageddon.**

Yes, here is the Good News! The Bible is now sending out the following soul-saving message…

“Come, My people, enter thou into thy chambers,

and shut thy doors about thee:

hide thyself as it were for a little moment,

until the indignation be overpast.

For, behold, the LORD cometh out of His place

to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity:

**Yes, there exists a place of refuge, a safe-haven from the approaching apocalyptic storm (which has already begun) which will ensnare the entire world in Satan’s deadly trap.**

7 HEADS, 10 HORNS, & 7 CROWNS OF THE DRAGON

“And there appeared another wonder in heaven;

and behold a great red dragon,

having seven heads and ten horns,

and seven crowns upon his heads.”

Revelation 12:3

**In Revelation, the Dragon of Revelation 12 is described as having seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns.**

.

**However, the Dragon Constellation up in the night sky does not.**

.

But God has faithfully created the wave of water, in such a way, as to illustrate this same concept of the seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns.

.

Because this wave of water is basically composed of ten stars.

.

**The main body of the wave has seven stars (#‘s, 1 thru 7).**

.

**And the tip of the crest of the wave has the other three stars (#’s, 8, 9 & 10).**

.

So, we have this 7/10 numbering.

.

And this gives us a great clue, as to where in the Bible we should look, to find out the riddle as to just what or who do these 7 heads, 10 crowns, and 7 horns represent.

.

Because, the Bible speaks very much about floods and waters as being associated with Satan (the Dragon).

But before we explore the floods, let’s look at one more number from that same passage in Revelation…
