“My pastor is a great Bible teacher!

.

Our church is growing and thriving!

.

God’s Word is being freely preached each week around here!

.

So don’t give me that lie that God is through with the local congregations!”

.

Most churchgoers are unwilling to even consider that God is through with the local congregations!

.

Yes, many in today’s local congregations are very much like old Mr. Obstinate, a character from Bunyan’s amazing allegorical tale, “Pilgrim’s Progress”.

.

Old Mr. Obstinate just wouldn’t hear anything which contradicted his church traditions.

.

“Babylon the great is fallen…Come out of her, My people”

.

And such is the condition of today’s church-world!

.

Yes, today’s obstinance by a multitude of today’s churchgoers is all too common, even as the clarion call has begun to go out…

…”Babylon the great is fallen…

And I heard another voice from heaven,

saying, Come out of her, My people,

that ye be not partakers of her sins,

and that ye receive not of her plagues.”

Revelation 18:2, 4

This above passage has been greatly misunderstood by the church-world.

.

Confusion abounds as today’s pastors attempt to assign this prophecy to Iraq or Dubai, or some other city of the world.

.

But the fact is, spiritual Babylon is and always has been the name given to the apostate church-world.

.

“A FAMINE OF HEARING THE WORDS OF THE LORD”

.

But this website has many articles devoted to this subject.

.

And the reader is encouraged to study those articles in the light of the Bible to gain a solid understanding of these truths.

.

But what about this commonly heard debate concerning whether or not the true Gospel is still being faithfully preached in today’s congregations?

.

Listen to this…

…”Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD,

that I will send a famine in the land,

not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water,

but of hearing the words of the LORD:

And they shall wander from sea to sea,

and from the north even to the east,

they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD,

and shall not find it.”

Amos 8:11, 12

Here is revealed that the time will come when God’s people will be cut off from hearing His Word.

HEAR WITH EARS BUT NOT WITH HEART

.

But has that day of spiritual famine finally arrived? After all, the Bible is still an open Book, or so it seems. 

.

But listen to Jesus…“Why do ye not understand My speech? even because ye cannot hear My Word.” John 8:43

.

Here Jesus was speaking to those who claimed to love and serve God.

.

And yet, they could not hear His Word.

.

Oh yes, they could audibly hear Him.

.

But they could not comprehend the spiritual truths He was presenting!

.

Even the well-respected teachers of the law, who thoroughly studied the Scriptures, could not truly hear the Word, because they had no spiritual ears to hear, to the saving of their soul!

“EVER LEARNING, BUT NEVER ABLE TO COME TO…TRUTH”

.

Listen again…

“For of this sort are they which creep into houses,

and lead captive silly women laden with sins,

led away with divers lusts,

Ever learning,

and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.”

2nd Timothy 3:6, 7 

.

Here is described, in allegorical language, that false teachers are leading “silly women” astray.

.

Now of course, this must be understood allegorically to make any logical sense.

.

The silly women spoken of here are congregations who are ever learning from the Bible, but never able to truly come to the knowledge of truth.

.

And now that the Holy Spirit has vacated the churches and denominations, it is impossible for parishioners to truly comprehend the deep spiritual message which the Bible teaches!

TRUTH NOW MINGLED WITH WORLD-LOVING LIES!

And let’s not forget that the truths being presently taught in today’s church-world are being mingled with the prosperity-driven gospels!

.

And so, parishioners leave the church service, all revved up to begin a new week of going headlong after the selfish pleasures and ambitious attainments of the world!

.

“GOOD NEWS FROM A FAR COUNTRY!”

Proverbs 25:25

Well, there is Good News for all those who perceive that they are in need of repentance and restoration!

.

Our heavenly Father says…“turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die…?” Ezekiel 33:11

.

Yes, God calls us to return back to Him.

.

And we can enter onto that Heaven-bound highway, as we turn our backs to this sad and selfish world, and begin to look up!

.

BIBLE VERSES PICTURED IN THE HEAVENS

THIS STAR-CHART: Notice how the right front hoof is trampling on the tail of the Dragon. Also notice his eye is a star.

It’s best seen when in the western half of the sky.

.

It is found in mid-sky traveling from east to west.

.

In January, it is in the west after midnight.

.

As winter progresses, it can be seen earlier and earlier in the evening. 

.

A dark sky with good star-visibility is best, but not absolutely necessary to see this constellation.

.

It is found on the opposite side of the Dragon Constellation from Orion.

.

And as already stated, this Glorious Horse Constellation can be seen best in mid-winter when it is in the western side of the sky, and you are looking at it while you are facing west.

.

The nose and head of this horse is partly made from the Perseus Constellation.

.

The tail and rear end is partly of the Cassiopeia Constellation.

.

The hind-leg is made partly of stars from the Andromeda Constellation.
