Part 41:

“The False Prophet’s Two Horns: ‘Capitalism Vs. Socialism?'”

In the previous article on this subject, the Reader was introduced to this current-day phenomenon of two diametrically opposing ideologies which dominate much of the world, especially the “Western Nations”: Free-Market Capitalism & Socialism.

.

It is the political schism which embattles “the Right and the Left”, likewise known as “conservatives and progressives”.

.

In this second article, the emphasis will be on how socialism must become oppressive in order to continue.

.

One reason is that because socialism goes contrary to mankind’s selfish human nature, it must force its producers to comply.

.

This is because giving a great portion of one’s income to others who are less productive will eventually squelch the desire in humans to achieve, to work hard, to love charity.

.

Humans need rewards for their efforts and achievements. But when those rewards are greatly taken away, so also, their enthusiasm is diminished…

.

…Innovation dries up…

.

…The desire to be profitable dries up…

.

… Charity dries up…

.

…and very soon, those who live in a socialistic system become dissatisfied and begin to rebel.

.

The response to this rebellion is for socialist leaders to suppress the freedom of speech by dissenters.

.

Consequently, the more socialism there is, the more that humans must lose their freedoms, forcing them to live contrary to their selfish human nature.

.

And meanwhile, hard-working producers either give up, or flee to some free-market locale.

“Thou shalt not covet…any thing that is thy neighbour’s.”

**One very important aspect of socialism is that it is a transgression of the 10th Commandment: “Thou shalt not covet”.**

.

Socialist leaders will convince the citizenry that rich people are the enemy, and their wealth must be taken away by force!

.

And of course, this kind of covetousness appeals to the greater populace, since it robs from the few and distributes to the less wealthy!

.

But what the socialists do not want the populace to realize is that the wealthy producers are also job-creators, to a great extent.

.

And once the job-producers flee to a free-market society, socialism collapses.

.

And while the government tries to imitate its own version of job creation, government cannot duplicate the innovation, the energy, the efficiency, the carefulness, the genius of the private sector in free-market capitalism.

.

This is why socialist states always weaken and eventually crumble.

.

And the only successful ones in a socialist state are the politicians and scammers.

.

And because socialist leaders convinced the populace that the rich are stealing from them, they are taught that steal to even things out!

.

Hence, lawlessness and anarchy ensue!

.

And as a result, everyone suffers under socialism.

.

Eventually, because this system is so antithetical to achievement-driven human nature, it must finally be propped up by a totalitarian authoritarian police-state to survive!

.

“And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but…those days shall be shortened.”

Matthew 24:22

.

This doomed ideology which is based on transgression of the very last of the Ten Commandments might very well be the very last experiment in sin before the Lord Returns on the Last Day!

.

And if He does not return, Mankind would simply kill each other off!

.

**And in this oppressive system, increasing numbers of the populace eventually give up and “get on the proverbial gravy-train” as the saying goes.**

.

“GOOD NEWS FROM A FAR COUNTRY”

Proverbs 25:25

.

Well, the Good News is, that in the place we are traveling to, there will be no need for either one of these two ideologies (Capitalism & Socialism).

.

But rather, self-sacrificing love will be the supreme law of that wonderful Land!

.

Giving to others will be the greatest delight in that place, because the love of Jesus will fill the hearts and lives of all who flee to Jesus for everlasting life!

Look eastward in the early summer through fall. Find the Cassiopeia Constellation. Cassiopeia is the Mount of Blessing.

In the sketch, it is the farthest mountain to the left.

.

In the sky, it is the northern-most of these three snowcapped mountains when facing eastward.

.

Then find the second snowcap to its right (south).

.

Then go a little further south to the next third snowcap, the Destroying Mountain Constellation.
