The daily news reports just seem to be getting worse and worse and worse!!!

It seems like the entire world is coming unraveled!
.
*Completely out-of-control thievery at an all-time high! Inflation too!
*The younger generation being indoctrinated into insane and hateful ideologies!
*Racial hatred and division being stoked by the lying Helter-Skelter media!
*Governments engaging in suicidal spending!
*The Internet becoming a modern-day “Big Brother”, mind-controlling the world!
*The major news-media becoming more and more dishonest and increasingly untrustworthy!
*Children being confused about basic biology!
*The western nations becoming weaker while overtly-evil nations grow stronger.
*A total collapse of national borders, allowing unknown millions to pour over!

The state of the world is getting so unbelievably horrible, that many are no doubt becoming hopelessly sad and confounded!
It just doesn’t seem like things will ever get better!

So, just what are we to do?
How are we to cope with all the insanity
and all the hell-bent, self-destructive, dystopian nightmare
which the world appears to be racing into?

ARE WE REALLY “JUST A -PASSIN’ THROUGH”?
.
Remember that old song…
“This world is not my home,
I’m just a-passin’ through.
My treasures are laid up somewhere beyond the blue.
The angels beckon me from heaven’s open door.
And I can’t feel at home in this world anymore”?
.
This song first appeared in print in 1919 and has been sung by many Gospel musicians.
.
Well, most faithful church attendees would probably wholeheartedly affirm this song’s faithful sentiment: “We’re just a-passin’ through!”.

“…then look up, and lift up your heads…”
.
The fact is, we have entered into the fulfillment of Luke 21:28, in which Jesus admonishes us…
“And when these things begin to come to pass,
then look up, and lift up your heads;
for your redemption draweth nigh.”
.
Yes, things down here are getting increasingly hopeless.
It’s time to renounce this hopelessly tragic world and begin our upward ascendancy to our new home…
“And I saw a new heaven and a new earth:
for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away…”

And, so, how can I cope with all the evil, and insanity, and injustice that this world seems to currently be embracing?
.
Well, every time I hear of some really horrible, or insane, or unjust event, instead of becoming angry or discouraged, I must remind myself…“This world is not my home I’m just a-passin’ through!”
.
Such an attitude can greatly quell my anger, allay my fears, and dispel my disillusionment with the daily news reports!
.

To be sure, it’s very difficult to live in this world, and not get entangled with this world, in various ways!
Family, friends, neighbors, jobs/careers, all tend to entwine us in the affairs of life.
.
And yet, the Christian is admonished to…
“come out from among them,
and be ye separate, saith the Lord,
and touch not the unclean thing;
and I will receive you…saith the Lord Almighty.”
2nd Corinthians 6:17, 18 (condensed)
.
To keep one’s own self separate from the worldliness of this fallen planet is an integral part of how we must “Fight the Good Fight of Faith” 1st Timothy 6:12
.
The Christian warfare is an everyday, yea, an hour-by-hour battle. But that fight is “a good fight”.
In other words, God makes it a joyful fight, even though it will be mingled with many tears along the way!

A HEAVENLY HOBBY

There is one hobby which every ‘Noble Berean’ may take up, which only compliments the pursuit of the heavenly Prize.

Yes, Signs Of Heaven becomes a wonderfully rewarding hobby which, unlike many less meaningful hobbies, pays off with rich, heavenly rewards. Everlasting rewards!
.
And unlike the person in this photo with equipment, all you need is fairly good vision, and a dark, starry night.
.
And once a person really gets to know these heavenly messengers, it will become very apparent that the message connected with these signs is truly a message to be heeded.
.
Thus will the Christian be able to share this message with others.
And there are perhaps many nuances and hidden biblical truths to these signs which have yet to be discovered.

FIRST FIND ORION & 7 STARS
.
The very first step in finding these many constellations, should be to find the two main constellations: Orion, and the 7 Stars (aka, The Big Dipper).
.
These two constellations represent Christ (Orion), and His Church (7 Stars).
.
And just as these are the easiest constellations to find, so too, the first place to begin studying the Bible is the Four Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John).
.
These four books present Christ and His Church, when He walked the earth, just as Orion and the 7 Stars represent Christ and His Church, as seen up in the heavens.
.
Then, once you are comfortable finding these two constellations, you can begin to locate the next closest constellations, and so on.
