Part 61:

“Am I A Teacher of Babylon?”

“For false Christs and false prophets shall rise,

and shall shew signs and wonders,

to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect…

But there were false prophets also among the people,

even as there shall be false teachers among you,

And so, just what is a Babylonian teacher?

.

Very simply put, the Babylon of today is the kingdom of darkness, Satan’s kingdom.

Listen to Isaiah 14…

“That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon,

and say, How hath the oppressor ceased!

the golden city ceased!…

How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning!

how art thou cut down to the ground,

which didst weaken the nations!”

Isaiah 14:4, 12

Here is revealed how the King of Babylon is allegorical language for Satan and his kingdom of darkness….that is, “them that sit in darkness out of the prison house”

HOW CAN WE KNOW THEM?

But how in the world can supposed Bible teachers be considered “teachers of Babylon”?

Simple! Instead of teaching from the Bible only, these teachers can be recognized by means of their unbiblical teachings.

PRETRIBULATION RAPTURE: CATHOLIC DOCTRINE

For example, many of today’s Bible teachers have accepted what is tagged as “The Futurist View of Revelation”.

This rather new theology from the 1800’s claims that God’s Elect will be literally snatched away from earth prior to a literal 7-year tribulation in which they will spend those years as dis-embodied spirits while God punishes the unbelieving world, who were left behind.

“The Rapture” is actually a non-biblical name which Darby/Scofield came up with by wrestling with Scripture.

ETERNAL TORMENT: BABYLONIAN/CATHOLIC DOCTRINE

Another false doctrine which actually has its roots in ancient Babylon, is that Hell is a place of consciousness, which church-doctrine theologians have tagged as, “Eternal Torment”.

This false doctrine was originated by taking certain verses out of the context of the entire Bible while ignoring many other verses which declare that Hell is actually the grave, and “The wages of sin is DEATH”. Romans 6:23

.

Obviously, this false doctrine makes God look like a hideous monster in the eyes of the unsaved public.

A general consensus among most Bible teachers is that Christians must not attempt to interpret the Bible allegorically, but only literally, unless context demands an allegorical interpretation.

Another false teaching is that there are some who have just a bit of inherent self-righteousness, enough so that they choose to follow Jesus instead of what scripture says…“and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.” Acts 13:48

We were all “dead in trespasses and sins”, and only God can give a person “Repentance to the acknowledging of the truth”. (see Ephesians Chapter 2, and 2nd Timothy 2:25)

SPEAKING IN TONGUES: BABYLONIAN BABBLING

When the ancient Babylonians began to build that infamous, “Tower of Babel”, God confused their language, hence the name “Babel”, or, “confusion”, and “Babylon”, that is, “City of Confusion”. Isaiah 24:10

Today, we have a modern-day counterpart in the apostate church-world known as “speaking in tongues”. Satan is very pleased to gift this counterfeit “sign and wonder” in which churchgoers speak in gibberish, babbling incoherently under the false notion that they have been filled with the Holy Spirit.

THE HOLY GHOST RIDER CONSTELLATION

.

This newest Signs Of Heaven Constellation (Fall, 2013) is by far the faintest of constellations, but is a very incredible and awesome one in a number of ways (which this article will explain).

.

It is primarily comprised of the Camelopardalis Constellation (head and upper back), plus about 5 stars from the Cassiopeia Constellation (his leg), plus some random stars. It appears as an outline of a rider. Only the back of his head is detailed. And his back and the back of his legs are also detailed. Both sides of his arm are visible, and his hand is gripping the horses mane, and that is detailed by three stars (which are also part of the horse’s mane). The rider is in a position vaguely similar to a race-horse jockey. The two brightest stars in this constellation, are from the Cassiopeia Constellation, and are part of his leg. All the rest of the stars are very faint, and must be viewed on a very starry night.
