There are many who are looking around at this topsy-turvy world, and asking the question, “Have we arrived at the day which is called, The Day of the Lord?”

.

Yes, there are many unbelievable events and paradigm shifts going on right now in the world which would make one believe that we have indeed reached that great and fearful day, The Day of the Lord!

TWO EVENTS MUST FIRST HAPPEN!

But the Bible makes very clear…

“for that day shall not come, except there come…

1. “a falling away first”, and…

2. “that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 

Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped;

so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God,

showing himself that he is God.”

2nd Thessalonians 2:3, 4

Now here above is seen that two things must first occur, prior to the Day of Christ: a falling away (apostasy), and the “man of sin be revealed…that he as God sits in the temple of God”.

WHO IS ‘THE MAN OF SIN?’

But most people do not understand who or what is the nature of this Antichrist beast!

.

We have been told, over and over again that this Antichrist Beast is a single individual, as it seems to say in 2nd Thessalonians, calling him, the “man of sin”.

.

The problem is that this verse cannot be understood properly unless we allow the Bible to define who is “the man of sin”…

LUCIFER CALLED, “THE MAN”

.

Listen to Isaiah…

“How art thou fallen from heaven,

O Lucifer, son of the morning!

how art thou cut down to the ground,

which didst weaken the nations!…

They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee,

and consider thee,

saying, ‘IS THIS THE MAN that made the earth to tremble,

that did shake kingdoms…?”

Isaiah 14:12, 16

So here, Satan (Lucifer) is referred to as, “Is this the man…?”

.

Yes, Satan is the true Antichrist as he has waged his warfare against Heaven and God’s elect through the various kings and kingdoms which have ruled in the earth, throughout history.

And so, Lucifer, empowering these various kings and kingdoms is what composes this multi-headed, multi-horned beast with various other beasts making up his body.

CHRISTIANS ONCE UNDERSTOOD

These old engravings properly depict this multi-faceted Antichrist Beast with the Mystery Harlot Babylon riding upon it.

Yes, the Christian community of yesteryear knew who this beast was, who for centuries persecuted God’s elect in the form of the apostate church-system of Europe.

And certainly, that apostate church and her popish potentates received the deadly wound by God ‘s sword, the Bible.

And it is true, that the Romish church seems to have fully recovered from that deadly wound.

But the Antichrist Beast is far more than just one of its heads.

A 7-HEADED BEAST

Now this is not to diminish the role that this 5th head of the beast has played in Church history and in the history of the world.

.

And this 5th head (popery) is definitely beginning to re-emerge as a big player in the end-time events! 

.

But the true fullness of the 1st Beast of Revelation 13 must be realized by beholding all of its 7 heads.

.

Because in these last moments of Earth’s history, this entire Antichrist Beast will stand upon the world stage in all of its fullness, and in all of its sinister, counterfeit “glory”.

BOTH EVENTS FULFILLED

And even though the inhabitants of the world will once again “wonder after the beast”…

…God’s elect and chosen followers are, instead, encouraged to study, study, study, so as to gain a much fuller understanding of this 7-headed Beast.

But the bottom line to all this is, we can now finally see what 2nd Thessalonians, chapter 2 names as the two events transpiring before our very eyes:

1. the apostasy of the Christian world, and…

2. the revealing of just what is and who is the Antichrist Beast, foretold of in 2nd Thessalonian, chapter 2, concerning what must occur prior to Christ’s coming for His gathered-together people.

7 HEADS, 10 HORNS, & 7 CROWNS OF THE DRAGON

“And there appeared another wonder in heaven;

and behold a great red dragon,

having seven heads and ten horns,

and seven crowns upon his heads.”

In Revelation, the Dragon of Revelation 12 is described as having seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns.

.

However, the Dragon Constellation up in the night sky does not.

.

But God has faithfully created the wave of water, in such a way, as to illustrate this same concept of the seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns.

.

Because this wave of water is basically composed of ten stars.

.

The main body of the wave has seven stars (#‘s, 1 thru 7).

.

And the tip of the crest of the wave has the other three stars (#’s, 8, 9 & 10).

.

So, we have this 7/10 numbering.

And this gives us a great clue, as to where in the Bible we should look, to find out the riddle as to just what or who do these 7 heads, 10 crowns, and 7 horns represent.

With the advent of television, radio, and high-tech devices, this society has become Satan’s giant mind-control center.

SCHOOLS: MIND-CONTROL

Satan has molded government schools which aggressively attempt to convert them into becoming secularists.

And even if a Christian can afford one, most of the private Christian schools have mingled so much of the world into their curriculum, that they are just moderately better than an extension of the world.

And the state governments have loaded so many requirements on Christian schools, that the Bible has almost taken a backseat to the overwhelming secular curriculum now being taught!

RACISM NOW BEING TAUGHT AND ENCOURAGED

Tragically, Satan, in his role as The False Prophet, has been permitted to speak, “as a dragon”. (Revelation 13:11).

And so, this unseen spirit of antichrist works through the various media Goliaths to force the world to bow down to his unchristlike qualities.

And he even is speaking as a dragon in today’s schools, not only pushing various antichrist ideologies, such as atheism, socialism, sodomy, etc….

But not content with these ideologies, Satan has begun to rewrite history to make it seem that the US was founded on racism.

Such a great lie is not only teaching dishonesty but will undoubtedly create hatred and/or self-loathing in the hearts of schoolchildren!

The prophet, Habakkuk, has foretold of this day!

Just think of it! From worldly-minded schools to television and radio, to the ungodly music, to sports and amusements, to the high-tech devices, all these are gradually conforming us into his image!

And so, it is just about guaranteed that if a child is allowed to indulge any one or more of these forms of idolatry, it won’t be long until that child is totally unreachable for any heavenward calling!

HABAKKUK SAYS “RUN!”

For those parents who actually do awaken from their spiritual slumber, there may be some great hope. God has not left us without a way of escape.

You see, the prophet, Habakkuk tells us to “RUN!” And yes, if you can afford to move to some country location, then by all means do so! 

.

But there is a much safer place for the Christian parent to “RUN!”

LIVING WATERS UPON HILLS AND MOUNTAINS

Listen…“And there shall be upon every high mountain,

and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters

in the day of the great slaughter,

when the towers fall.”

Isaiah 30:25

The mountains spoken of here, are the “everlasting hills” (see Genesis 49:21).

And these assured waters are the “living waters” which spring forth from God. (see John 7:38)

LEAVING BABYLON

The main point to today’s devotional is just this: God is calling His people out of spiritual Babylon, the fallen “towers” (churches and institutions).

.

But more than just calling us out physically, God is calling us to come and purify the Most Holy Place of our heart.

.

And for those who finally and fully overcome, there will be plenty of blessings in store!

.

And just think of it! Could there be anything more wonderful than to one day walk through those heavenly gates and along those streets of gold (streets of “faith & love”), hand-in-hand with our family?

VALLEY OF DECISION NOW APPEARING!

Well, the fact is, the Valley of Decision is up in the night-sky!

Yes, there is a constellation group which is called the Valley of Decision Constellation Group.

.

And it first appears in Summer and comes out each night well into Fall.

.

And it really should make us nervous. Because God is now revealing the Signs Of Heaven promised in Luke 21:25.

Listen to this promise… 

“And there shall be signs in the sun,

and in the moon,

and in the stars;

and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity;

the sea and the waves roaring…

And when these things begin to come to pass,

then look up, and lift up your heads;

for your redemption draweth nigh.”

And so, it says that… “And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.”

CHOOSE THIS DAY…

As we stand in the Valley of Decision, the question comes to each of us…

…”How long halt ye between two opinions?

Now such a simple question should be very easy to answer, “Of course Lord, I will follow You!”

“DECEIVING, IF POSSIBLE, THE VERY ELECT!”

Unfortunately, the “god of this world”, Satan, has beclouded the issue, making “Baal worship” so close to the real thing, that he might, “deceive if possible, even the elect”.

And because the Church has so greatly compromised the truth with worldly ways and earthly attractions, God, many decades ago, finally allowed God’s people to be taken captive in spiritual Babylon.

And so, because of our many compromises with the world, the churches became a mere extension of this fallen world, “Babylon the Great!”

Because, when Christianity is mingled with worldliness, the result is a false gospel.

DISCERNING THE SPIRITS

.

So just how do we discern between truth and error?

.

How are we to choose the true God? 

.

How are we to know the difference between the true God and the counterfeit?

.

Let’s just think this through for a moment.

.

Let’s ask ourselves the question, “How can I know the difference between those who are truly led by the Holy Spirit, and those who are led by ‘another spirit'”?

.

“Be ye holy; for I am holy”

1st Peter 1:16

Well, it’s not as hard as one might imagine.

.

After all, if a person is truly led by the Holy Spirit, then it would only make sense that such a Spirit-filled person would be holy.

.

After all, isn’t holiness what the Holy Spirit is all about?

.

That is why He is called the HOLY Spirit!

.

And so, if a man, woman, or child is indwelt by the true Holy Spirit, then that individual will have the desire to be holy and will gravitate toward holiness.

.

He or she will now be filled with the joy of Heaven to be indwelt with the heavenly qualities of goodness and peace and “rest-unto-your-souls” (Matthew 11:28-30).

.

EXCEEDING ABUNDANTLY MORE!

.

Those who are true followers of Christ will desire to, “walk even as He (Christ) walked.” 1st John 2:6

.

And they will be attempting to become pure, “even as He (Christ) is pure.” 1st John 3:3.

.

And the Bible reveals that we can reach a far higher level of holiness than we now think possible…

.

Listen to this promise…

“Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly

above all that we ask or think,

according to the Power that worketh in us,”

Ephesians 3:20

.

Yes, as this above promise reveals, Christians have been deceived into thinking that we must continue to live in a semi-diseased spiritual condition, when in truth, God is able to give us far more spiritual victory than we now realize!

.

But just look at the life of John. Or look at the life of Paul! Those two men are examples of what we may become!

.

SEPARATE FROM THE VILE

.

The Bible repeatedly warns us against mingling the things of the world with the purity of the Gospel…

.

Listen to God’s warning to Jeremiah…

“Therefore thus saith the LORD,

If thou return, then will I bring thee again,

and thou shalt stand before Me:

and if thou take forth the precious from the vile,

thou shalt be as My mouth: let them return unto thee;

but return not thou unto them.”

Jeremiah 15:19

.

Here, God is warning Jeremiah to remove all worldliness from his heart and life.

.

But God is also warning Jeremiah to not go back into the “congregation of evildoers” (Psalm 26:5), but let anyone who will, come to him, Jeremiah.

COMPROMISE EXISTS TODAY, TOO!

The exact same situation exists today, as in Jeremiah’s day! The Christian community for the most part, has embraced much of today’s secular culture.

.

The music has become greatly sensualized. The prosperity-driven ideologies have taken hold of both liberal as well as conservative churches.

.

The pulpits have been largely given over to comedy and giddiness.

.

Sensual dress, and fashionable (“cool” or “hip”) behavior and music are now the-order-of-the-day in church services and in the everyday lives of many churchgoers!

.

And just because they mingle much Bible into their worship, only proves that their deception “will deceive, if possible, even the elect!” Matthew 24:24

.

DISCERN BETWEEN BELIEVERS & PRETENDERS

And so, as the Christian begins to gain an awareness of the difference between the “Spirit of truth”, and the “spirit of error”…

Look eastward in the early summer through fall. Find the Cassiopeia Constellation.

Do you know who the very first gossip was?

Well, the very first instance of gossiping occurred in the Garden of Eden, when that wily old serpent, Satan, whispered into Eve’s ear…

“And the serpent said unto the woman,

Ye shall not surely die:

For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof,

then your eyes shall be opened,

and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”

Genesis 3:4, 5

Yes, the Devil was already spreading vicious accusations about the Lord, right there in the Garden!

.

And of course, Eve, with eager ears, listened to that vicious gossip, and acted upon it!

.

And the rest is history! A very long, sad, and tragic history!

NO NAKED PEOPLE HERE?

Our signature verse for today is from Isaiah… 

“Is not this the fast that I (the Lord) have chosen?

to loose the bands of wickedness…

WHEN THOU SEEST THE NAKED,

THAT THOU COVER HIM…?

Then shall thy light break forth as the morning”

Isaiah 58:6-8 (Condensed for brevity)

Now from a quick reading, it would seem that we in this opulent/decadent, cornucopia culture doesn’t have to worry too much about covering the naked.

.

Often, clothes are almost given away in the “Bargain-Bin” at many thrift shops!

“COMPARING SPIRITUAL THINGS WITH SPIRITUAL”

1st Corinthians 2:13

But the Bible is a spiritual book. Listen… “I (the Lord) will open My mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:” Psalm 78:2

.

The Bible presents many physical objects to teach us spiritual lessons.

.

And this verse from Isaiah (“When you see the naked, that you cover him”) can easily be interpreted spiritually.

.

In other words, there are many who are spiritually naked. 

.

THE GOSSIP-GRAPEVINE…“a perverse man stirs up dissension, and a gossip separates close friends”

(Proverbs 16:28).

.

For example, let’s say that Deacon Jones has the smell of whiskey on his breath, every once in a while.

.

And it would be very tempting to pass this embarrassing tidbit of gossip along the church gossip-grapevine… 

“Did you know that Deacon Jones smelled like whiskey the other day?”

.

Now, many church gossips justify themselves by thinking to themselves, “I’m just doing a public service by whispering about his (or her) sin.”

.

But wouldn’t you agree that by spreading such gossip is a form of exposing the nakedness of others…

.

REVELATION 16:15: SPIRITUAL NAKEDNESS

.

Listen… “Behold, I come as a thief.

Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments,

lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.”

Revelation 16:15

.

Now this above verse only confirms that we are on the right track concerning spiritual nakedness.

.

And most likely, all those in this above prophecy, who are caught without their garments are the very ones who previously enjoyed exposing the sins of others, in the form of vicious gossip! Divine Judgement.

ALL ARE GUILTY BEFORE GOD!

.

Now most every one of us has been guilty of this sin of criticizing and gossiping about another soul, behind his or her back!

.

But make no mistake, O Pilgrim! All such vicious back-stabbing gossip will bring the wrath of God down upon our own heads…

.

Listen…“He that hideth hatred with lying lips, and he that uttereth a slander, is a fool.” Proverbs 10:18

.

This verse is essentially saying that those who regularly slander and gossip about others are yet unsaved!

.

Yes, according to the Bible, being a fool is the same thing as being unsaved!

.

And those who are true children of God will tremble in fear whenever they fall into this sin, knowing how painful God’s chastisements can be!

.

.

THE DAY OF THE LORD

.

Now listen to these verses from Isaiah concerning the Day of the Lord…

…”The lofty looks of man shall be humbled,

and the haughtiness of men shall be bowed down,

and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.

For the day of the LORD of hosts

shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty,

and upon every one that is lifted up;

and he shall be brought low:”

Isaiah 2:11, 12

.

Yes, the Day of the Lord will be upon the proud, especially proud scorners!

BACK-STABBING GOSSIP

.

Criticizing others is borne of the spirit of pride.

.

And gossiping privately is a form of cowardice.

.

Instead of back-stabbing another, it would be far better to prayerfully go to that erring individual and gently and lovingly scold him (or her) for their sin.

.

Listen… “Open rebuke is better than secret love. Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful.” Proverbs 27:5, 6 

.

THE GOOD NEWS!

.

Well, the Good News is that it is still the Day of Salvation!

.

And you and I can beg God, right this minute, to purge us from this most pernicious and damning sin!

When God finally and fully removes this sin of criticizing and gossiping, the child of God will feel such a joy and freedom!

.

And there will be a restoration of God’s Free Spirit, causing us to sing, “songs of deliverance!” (Psalm 32:7)

THE FIVE FOOLISH VIRGINS STARS

A new constellation has been revealed, as of about May 29th, 2014.

.

This constellation appears as a serpent (snake).

.

Its body is comprised of stars from the Bootes Constellation, and its jaws are made of the four stars which Babylonians saw as the head of Draco, the Dragon.

.

It also has a small single star for an eye.

.

Now in this constellation is a group of five stars, which will be called “The Five Foolish Virgins Stars”. 

.

These are located on the opposite side of the Glorious Crown of 12 Stars (AKA Corona Borealis), from the Five Wise Virgins Stars.

.

But one big difference between the two is, that The Five Wise are curved around the Glorious Crown, while the Five Foolish are curved away from it!

We parents have at one time or another, hired a babysitter.

.

And what we got was usually less-than the ideal.

.

In other words, the babysitter was most often some teenager, who probably spent most of her time talking on the phone, while our children played under her watchful eyes.

.

And we were content with this, since their physical safety was our main concern!

 .

Of course, as Christian parents, our great hope was to find some babysitter who would read Christian stories to our children.

Now that would indeed be money well-spent, to find such a godly babysitter!

TODAY’S HIGH-TECH BABYSITTER!

Unfortunately, the television/Internet makes a great babysitter and has now become the primary designated babysitter in many homes!

.

It keeps kids entertained for hours!

.

The problem is, TV (and Internet, radio, etc…) will ultimately conform children to this Antichrist society, and to the character of Satan!

.

And all instinctively know it is evil, and yet it is so convenient to simply plop them down, and let the electronic device do all the work!

.

IN A WORLD SINKING INTO THE ABYSS

.

What in the world are Christians to do?

.

Obviously, the world is sinking down, down, down, into the bottomless pit of sin and moral depravity!

.

Immorality is increasing so rapidly, “it makes our head spin”, as the old saying goes!

.

Congregations have been given over to “Itching Ears” gospels and no longer are any help!

.

WHAT ARE WE TO DO?

How do we save our children from all this?

.

This is the cry that should be going up from every prayer-closet around the world!

But is it?

BUT WOULD I DIE-TO-SELF?

There are many parents who make the claim, “I would die for my child!”

.

And this is a nice sentiment.

.

And yet, the real question to be answered is:

*”But would I live for my child?

.

*Would I lay down my selfish life on the altar of sacrifice for my child?

.

*Would I give up all my selfish ways, so that I can devote myself to raising my child in such a way, that my child will stand for Christ in a world sinking in evil and immorality?”

.

NO WALL OF PROTECTION!

.

Far too many Christian parents are caught up in the pursuit of earthly Mammon and decadent luxuries and proud careers and selfish pleasures of this life.

.

But all such vanities will not suffice to raise their children to be fit for Heaven.

.

Far too many families have not “made an hedge”, that is, a wall of protection around their home. (See Job 1:9, 10)

.

And Satan has no problem entering in and causing evil and trouble to abound within such a prayerless home.

.

And as a result, their children are disobedient and given over to passion and evil desires.

.

.

.

.

.

LAYING ALL THE ALTAR

.

What is needed is for the Christian parent to come to the point where he or she decides to lay all upon the altar for Christ.

.

That’s right, the spiritual hedge around the Christian home will only become devil-proof when the parent finally makes a full surrender to Christ!

.

Nothing less than a 100% devotion to the Lord will suffice!

.

A half-hearted commitment to Christ will be futile! 

.

THE JOY OF SEEING A CONSECRATED FAMILY!

The bottom line to all this is, just what could be as gratifying as to one day see your children coming to the obedience of Heaven?

And what could be as joyful as seeing your spouse also coming to the Lord? 

.

Oh no, these things will most likely NOT happen immediately!

.

But this is where faith comes in!

.

Yes, “faith is substance of things hoped for! And faith is the evidence of things not yet seen!” Hebrews 11:1

.

All we need to do, is simply offer our entire life to the total service and 100% devotion to Christ, and then walk by faith concerning our loved ones and prayed-for others!

.

FROM WHERE & TO WHERE DOES SHE FLEE?

This page is about the Big Dipper, also called the Great Bear constellation (Ursa Major ).

.

However, the ancient pagan cultures did not see this constellation as God intended it to be seen.

.

It is actually a headless woman in childbirth.  

.

This is seen in springtime.

.

It is seen in the northern skies. 

.

But as the seasons progress, this travailing woman flips upside down, now appearing as a woman with upraised arms like eagle wings who is running (eventually flying, as shown in sketch on right) into the wilderness (westward).

The single star representing her birth-child (Christ) now becomes her head (“Christ is the head of the church.” Ephesians 5:23

.

The 7 Stars (Big Dipper) is easy to see with its very bright 7 stars.

.

But the Revelation 12 Woman (Ursa Major) must be seen on a dark starry night, away from city lights.

How To Spot The Biggest Sinner!

.

.

Two men, while attending the Royal Ball were talking together at a table, and one man revealed to the other man… “I know how to instantly spot the biggest sinner in this room!”

.

The other man looked incredulously at his boastful friend… “OK, my dear deluded fellow, so just how are you going to instantly spot the biggest sinner in this crowded room?”

.

The boaster replied… “I just look around until I see a mirror and walk over and look into it, and ‘Voila!’ I’m staring at the biggest sinner in the room!” And so, the two men laughed!

“I AM CHIEF!”

.

OK, so the morale of this little story is that the Bible tells us who is the biggest sinner! Me! I’m the world’s greatest sinner! Yeah! That’s right! ME!

.

Listen to Paul, as he counsels young Timothy… 

“This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation,

that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners;

of whom I am chief.”

1st Timothy 1:15

.

Notice that Paul says, “This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation”. In other words, this saying is worthy of your acceptation, and of mine as well! Yes, God sees me as the chief of sinners!

.

As a matter of fact, that was the name of a great book by Pilgrim’s Progress author, John Bunyan: “Grace Abounding To The Chief Of Sinners”.

.

And Bunyan’s point to this title, was that he, Bunyan, knew in his heart of hearts, that he was indeed, the biggest sinner in the room!

.

.

.

.

SATAN’S SPIRIT INDWELLS ALL!

.

Well, the Bible repeats this same truth, howbeit in a number of ways. 

.

For instance, listen to this… 

“The heart is deceitful above all things,

and desperately wicked:

who can know it?”

Jeremiah 17:9

.

Now this above verse reveals a truth which absolutely flies in the face of every psychologist and psychiatrist!

.

Yes, psychology is the science of trying to understand what lies in the depths of the human mind.

.

But what psychologists and psychiatrists do not understand is that we have all been indwelt by the “prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:” Ephesians 2:2

.

THE WICKEDNESS OF THE HUMAN HEART!

.

So by mere connection alone with the spirit of Anti-Christ, that makes our inward wickedness as great as Satan’s.

.

Thus, my heart is… “deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?” 

.

Now that does not mean that all that latent sin will necessarily surface!

.

But the potential is there.

.

And, if ever there was a man who could boast of his present condition, it was Paul.

.

Paul lost all things for the sake of the knowledge of Christ Jesus!

.

His entire life was dedicated to overcoming evil.

.

And yet, Paul confessed… “For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing!” Romans 7:18. 

.

Paul realized that it was only the grace of God that kept Paul from falling into mischief!

.

Paul understood that, but for the grace of God, he would be no better than a mere devil!

.

THE GOOD NEWS!

.

The very Good News is, that God can give us a new heart! Yes, the Bible says… 

“Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD:

though your sins be as scarlet,

they shall be as white as snow;

though they be red like crimson,

they shall be as wool.”

Isaiah 1:18

.

That’s right, God can give us a new heart, and bring us into all purity of mind!

.

Oh, there will be times of struggle.

.

But it is a dream more magnificent than any earthly dream!

.

To be pure and holy and filled with Christ’s love for all mankind!

.

What could be more wonderful than that!?

.

And yet, though we are cleansed and made white in the blood of the lamb, we will still be meek and lowly of heart!

.

Yet realizing that without God’s grace, we are still, “the chief of sinners!”

.

And so, the next time I go into a crowded room, or a busy 

shopping center…

…there is one person, and only one person who I can look down my nose at!

.

You see, it’s the reflection in the mirror!

Yes, it’s the one who stares back with wanton eyes!

That’s the biggest sinner in the room!

The Dispensationalism Gospel,

.

Part 1:

“The Old Testament Church!?!”

.

There is a growing phenomenon within the church-world which is commonly known as dispensationalism.

.

And those who gravitate to this ideology look upon much of the Bible as a dead letter. In other words, this “dispensational” gospel makes a great distinction between the Old Testament and the New.

.

And so, they don’t place a great amount of relevance in the Old Testament, because, “The Old Testament was mostly for the Jews”, or so they say! Oh yes, they do accept some of the moral lessons found in the Old Testament. But they do not see the relationship between the Old Testament Church and the New Testament Church.

.

OLD TESTAMENT/REVELATION ONLY FOR JEWS

And most of these dispensationalists believe that the Book of Revelation is likewise for the Jews.

As a matter of fact, many of these adherents to dispensationalism even believe the four Gospels, of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John were written before the Cross, and much of the teachings found there are not so relevant to New Testament Believers as are the epistles.

SCOFIELD HERESY

.

Now this dispensationalism ideology began to get a foothold in Christianity, via the Scofield Reference Bible: a theological abomination produced in the early Twentieth Century by one Cyrus Scofield, an evolutionist/creationist heretic, who pushed other heresies, including a Bible with his notes along side of God’s infallible Word.

.

Then along came Vernon McGee, who was a life-long disciple of Scofield, and often pushed some of Scofield’s beliefs in an extremely popular 5 year Thru-The-Bible daily study. McGee finally renounced Scofield’s false teaching of “Old Earth Creationism” in his last years of that 5 year study.

ISRAEL ALSO THE CHURCH!?!

One of the tenets of this false “Dispensationalism” gospel is that Old Testament Jews are not part of God’s Church, but will forever be separated from the Church, to some degree.

.

Now of course, this is sheer nonsense. But those who cling to this false gospel swear by it!

.

Of course, the Bible assures us that Old Testament Israel is indeed part of God’s Church…  

“For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one:

for which cause He is not ashamed to call them brethren,

Saying, I will declare Thy name unto my brethren,

in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto Thee.”

Hebrews 2:11, 12

This of course, is a quote from Psalms in which David is calling his people, “The Church”. Oh yes, when this Psalm is read, the word, “Church” is replaced by the Word, “Assembly”. But the King James translators felt more comfortable using the name, “The Church”, when Paul re-quotes again in Hebrews.

CHURCH IN THE WILDERNESS

And also, we read in Hebrews… 

“This is that Moses, which said unto the children of Israel,

A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me;

him shall ye hear.

This is he, that was in THE CHURCH IN THE WILDERNESS

with the angel which spake to him in the Mount Sinai,

and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us:”

Hebrews 7:37

Here again, Paul speaks of “The Church in the Wilderness”, referring to the children of Israel during their 40 years of wandering in the wilderness.

PAUL SPEAKS OF CHRISTIANS AS JEWS

.

But Paul also speaks many times of the doctrine which declares that Christians, whether Jew or Gentile, are the true Jews…

“For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly;

neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:

But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly;

and circumcision is that of the heart,

in the spirit, and not in the letter;

whose praise is not of men, but of God.”

Romans 2:28, 29

.

So here again, the Lord is trying to erase the delineation between Old Testament Jews and New Testament Christians. But those who subscribe to Scofield’s dispensationalism refuse to accept the truth that both Jew and Gentile Believers together, make up what the Bible refers to as, “The Commonwealth of Israel”. Ephesians 2:12. Nor are they willing to accept the two verses which refer to Old Testament Jewish Believers as, “The Church”.

THE BIBLE, A SPIRITUAL BOOK

Well, many other passages could be cited as evidence that God makes no distinction between Old Testament and New Testament Believers…

“That at that time ye were without Christ,

being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel,

and strangers from the covenants of promise,

having no hope, and without God in the world:

But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off

are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

For He is our peace, who hath made both one,

and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us…”

Ephesians 2:12-14

.

It must be remembered that the Bible is a spiritual Book. And though it is filled with true and accurate historical events, nevertheless, God orchestrated those historical events to present spiritual allegorical truths. One could say that the Old Testament is the Gospel of Jesus Christ, howbeit veiled in types, shadows, and symbols!

THE GOOD NEWS!

.

And the Good News is, God is calling any one who will, to come to Him as a disciple to sit at His feet and learn of Him.

.

But we must discard all unbiblical doctrines and stick to the Bible and the Bible only!

.

And such things as Bibles with men’s interpretations included must all be discarded.

.

COME OUT OF BABYLON!

.

And so, as God calls His people out of Babylon, we must leave behind these Babylonish doctrines, and not try to bring them with us, as we climb up Mount Sion.

And for Heaven’s sake, if you are using a Scofield Bible, replace it with a good study Bible without human opinions! Center-column references, etc., are perhaps, OK! But all personal opinions should be eliminated! And all non-biblical doctrinal-names should be rejected, no matter how much modern-day teachers try to push them on us!

.

(Now in defense of the publishers of that Scofield Bible, they have corrected SOME of his errors, in later versions. But they still insist on putting this deluded man’s theories in that so-called “study Bible”, to this very day!)

THE FIVE FOOLISH VIRGINS STARS

.

.

A new constellation has been revealed, as of about May 29th, 2014. This constellation appears as a serpent (snake). Its body is comprised of stars from the Bootes Constellation, and its jaws are made of the four stars which Babylonians saw as the head of Draco, the Dragon. It also has a small single star for an eye.

.

Now in this constellation is a group of five stars, which will be called “The Five Foolish Virgins Stars”. These are located on the opposite side of the Glorious Crown of 12 Stars (AKA Corona Borealis), from the Five Wise Virgins Stars. But one big difference between the two is, that The Five Wise are curved around the Glorious Crown, while the Five Foolish are curved away from it!

So just what do these above two verses have to do with each other?

What is the connection between a holy kiss and washing one-another’s feet?

A CLOSE CONNECTION

.

Well, they have a very close connection with each other, when we fully understand what they each represent!

.

Listen to this Old Testament passage…

…”Kiss the Son, lest He be angry,

and ye perish from the Way,

when His wrath is kindled but a little.

Blessed are all they that put their trust in Him.”

Psalm 2:12

.

Now from this above verse, it becomes apparent that a biblical kiss is not a literal kiss.

.

After all, nobody can literally kiss Jesus, God’s Son! That’s not what God is desiring!

.

GOD DESIRES AGAPE LOVE

. 

So just what is God wanting us to see here?

.

Well, the sentence which follows the one that says, “Kiss the Son”, continues by saying… “Blessed are all they that put their trust in Him.” Psalm 2:12

.

Ah-ha! So here it reveals how we could possibly kiss the Son of God: by placing our trust in Him!

.

And so it is with the verse that says…“All the brethren greet you. Greet ye one another with an holy kiss.” 1st Corinthians 16:20.

.

God is not wanting His people to run around kissing each other!  

.

That’s a ridiculous notion, and potentially dangerous, as you can well imagine!

HOLINESS IS CONTAGIOUS

.

No, what God is desiring is for His people to be filled with the Spirit of Holiness, which affects all with whom it comes in contact with.

.

In other words, holiness is contagious.

.

It works like a yeast that permeates completely through the dough.

.

And so, when those who are filled with God’s Holy Spirit enter the room, their Holy Spirit is like fragrant incense, affecting all in the room.

.

Thus, those who love God will be joyfully refreshed by every contact with holiness!

.

This is the essence of “a holy kiss”.

.

THE FOOT-WASHING THAT CLEANSES SOULS

.

And thus also, it is with foot-washing.

.

It’s not that God’s great desire is for His people to engage in the ceremony of washing one-another’s feet.

.

But foot-washing symbolized the cleansing action which takes place when Believers have fellowship together.

.

And those who love to talk about Jesus and His wonderful attributes, have a Spirit about them that tends to wash the souls of those with whom they fellowship.

.

This is the true foot-washing that Jesus was pointing us to!

.

LET US CLEANSE ONE ANOTHER’S SOULS

.

Therefore, God’s people need to understand the deeper meaning of these two symbols, spoken of in the New Testament.

.

And we all need to, “follow…holiness”, that is, to, “walk, even as HE walked”, so that when we enter into the presence of other Believers, it will be like an holy kiss, and a washing and cleansing of one another’s souls.

MERCURY & THE 2nd COMMANDMENT

 As discussed elsewhere in this website, the Sun seems to correspond to the First Commandment.

.

Likewise, Mercury, which is the second heavenly sphere in our solar system, seems to correspond very nicely to the Second Commandment.

.

Both the second heavenly sphere (Mercury) and the Second Commandment (no images) are closest to the ‘Sun’.

.

That is to say, just as planet Mercury is the closest planet to the Sun, so is the Second Commandment right next to the First Commandment (God compares himself to the Sun many times in Scripture).

.

Jesus says to us today…

“I am the light of the world:

he that follows Me shall not walk in darkness,

but shall have the light of life.

John 8:12
