And let’s face it, there are many selfish pleasures and ambitious pursuits which the Christian world has deemed, “acceptable”.

And so, in most local congregations, these “acceptable” worldly desires are taken for granted as being “fair game” for the parishioners to pursue.

Such pursuits as social clubs, nicer cars, nicer homes, more motorized “toys”, television, secular radio, novels, hobbies, sports, wanderlust, prestigious careers and a host of similar worldly indulgences.

And beside these individual pursuits, the churches and denominations have compromised today’s worship services…
…with stylish and sensual music…
…comedians in the pulpit…
…laughing and joking and common talk in the sanctuary…
…sensual dress…
…church-traditions (and false doctrines)…
…and other similar common behavior.

In other words, individually and collectively, this is the essence of the prosperity-driven gospel now embraced pretty much throughout the churches and denominations.

And it is found in both liberal and conservative churches alike!
and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys,
all of them mourning, every one for his iniquity.”

Here in Ezekiel 7:16 is a poetic, allegorical picture of God’s people as they separate themselves from the great apostasy which has left the churches and denominations desolate.

These faithful ones are fully aware of how unchristlike they are!
.
They fully understand how they too have lusted after the gods of this world, just like their fellow apostate parishioners have done.
.
But unlike the adulterous portion of the Church, these faithful ones fall to their knees (spiritually) and tearfully plead for the Lord’s great mercy and forgiveness.
.
They loathe themselves for their sins and beg for spiritual renewal and Christlike restoration!
Well, this is just one more reason to come out of the harlot “City of Confusion”, Babylon (the apostate church-world).

And the Good News is, that God has provided abundant spiritual bread and waters of grace, just as is written…
“And there shall be upon every high mountain,
and upon every high hill,
rivers and streams of waters
in the day of the great slaughter,
when the towers fall. “

And those who do finally escape to the “mountain of His holiness” will be filled with Christ’s righteousness that they have been hoping and praying for, for such a long, long time!
And how can this be, that nobody has ever seen the Pleiades as a constellation of a woman?

THE PLEIADES: WHAT IS IT ABOUT?…

What is this mysterious “little” cluster of stars in the night-sky all about?

Notice in this sketch, that the Pleiades is shaped like the furry tassel at the tip of a lion’s tail.

Here is further proof that the Pleiades is the tip of the tail of this Dragon Constellation.
Well, for one thing, the Bible often speaks of night as a time of spiritual darkness…“Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.” 1st Thessalonians 5:5

So here we have the answer to this mysterious pronouncement by the watchman!

The morning symbolizes the light of the Gospel of Christ while the night symbolizes the spiritual darkness which covers those who are still lost and without Jesus.
So here is revealed that the “day dawn” is speaking of a very special spiritual morning in which God’s people will be enlightened when…“the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in His wings…” (see Malachi 4:2)

Yes, this “dawning of the day” is a time when God’s people finally achieve victory over self.

It is the time when the walls of our selfishness will come tumbling down as surely as did those walls of Jericho!
“BEHOLD, THE DARKNESS SHALL COVER THE EARTH, AND GROSS DARKNESS THE PEOPLE”
Isaiah 60:2

But even though it is a glorious morning for God’s true worshipers, it is a time of utter darkness for those who refuse to come out of the “City of Confusion”, Babylon, the harlot church! (see Isaiah 21:8, 9)

Now of course, Satan has been allowed to move in and replace the true Holy Spirit which has been taken out of the midst of the church-world.

And this arch-deceiver has been permitted to come with “all power and signs and lying wonders,” 2nd Thessalonians 2:9.
“FALSE CHRISTS AND FALSE PROPHETS…SHALL DECEIVE, IF POSSIBLE, THE VERY ELECT”

Yes, Satan will counterfeit the workings of God so closely, that his so-called “ministers of righteousness”, will perform, “signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.”
(see 2nd Corinthians 11:14, 15 & Mark 13:22)

And isn’t that what we’re seeing today?
.
After all, aren’t the local congregations and denominations filled with happy people, many carrying their Bibles, baptized, and singing, and praising, seemingly doing everything that churchgoers should do?
And yet, Satan’s deceptions are a very close counterfeit to the true Gospel, so close that it “will deceive if possible, even the elect” and chosen people of God.

But ultimately, the elect will finally wake up to the deception all around them and will finally come out to take their stand with the faithful remnant people of God.
Yes, “God will Save His people from their sins”. Matthew 1:21

And the call is now going out…
…”I heard another voice from Heaven,
saying, Come out of her, My people,
that ye be not partakers of her sins,
and that ye receive not of her plagues.”

Yes, this above verse reveals that God is now calling His people out of “Mystery Babylon, the mother of harlots”. Revelation 17:5

But it is now in our day that humanity is getting nervous!

Because ever since that fateful day in 1915, the world has been steadily inching closer and closer to the precipice of destruction!

Two world wars, the invention of nuclear bombs, incurable disease, the nearly pandemic embracing of Sodom’s sin, and other previously unheard of calamities are making a whole lot of people very nervous.
But there is another uncanny similarity between the Titanic ship and this Titanic World which only further confirms the metaphoric nature of these two titans!
But what must be understood is this: the Bible is a book of metaphors.

And to rightly interpret the thousands of metaphors in the Bible requires much study, “comparing spiritual things with spiritual.” 1st Corinthians 2:13
The Bible is a spiritual book, often using the physical objects of nature to illustrate spiritual truths!
Read the newspapers! Watch the television! Everywhere we look, it seems that humanity is getting more and more intolerant of each other!

Just look at the political world!

There is so much hatred in today’s politics, that the various news agencies twist the facts (or omit facts altogether) in the daily news stories just to make their political foes appear even more evil than they really are!

Political protests are happening on a daily basis with hate-filled chants shouted by angry throngs, ready to beat anyone who might get in their way!

And some political leaders are even calling for the death of their enemies!
One preacher made the comment, “These climate activists who are trying to ‘save the world’, are comparable to trying re-arrange deck-chairs on the Titanic!”

Yes, in the very hour in which this world teeters on the brink of Judgment Day, we see a good proportion of unsaved humanity engaging in all types of environmental activism!

And all this environment mania, is merely the product of evil angels working through the unsaved to divert humanity into various other futile areas of concern.
Well, this little devotional doesn’t have time to expand on this description of the icy indifference and growing hatred which are abounding on a daily basis.
In spite of the growing hatred and intolerance now seen just about everywhere, is there any Good News in this sad and tragic world?

Yes, even though this world has been struck by the iceberg of man’s intolerant hatred for others, there is a way of escape!

Sadly, only one-third of the Titanic’s passengers were saved.

But the lifeboat that God has provided is big enough to rescue any and every last man, woman, and child on this sinking planet.

Yes, unlike the insufficient lifeboats of the Titanic back in 1915, nobody should think that God’s lifeboat is too small for all to come aboard to be saved!

Neither will this devotional attempt to tackle the issue regarding whether “one man esteems one day above another: another esteems every day alike.” Romans 14:5.

No, these are not the issues to be explored today.
But the fact is, while many do enjoy fleeting moments of peace and security which come with being a Christian…

…according to Scripture, many of us who take the name of Jesus are still living in a high degree of turmoil and unrest. (See Hebrews, Chapter 4)
.
Certainly, they (we) do not enjoy the promise found in Isaiah 26:3… “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee: because he trusteth in Thee.”

Yes, this above verse reveals that we can attain a far greater peace, joy, and contentment than we are now experiencing, if we will only learn to implicitly trust in the Lord with all our heart!
The fact is, from cradle to grave, the world encourages us to rely on our own strength, our own cleverness, and our own ambition as we strive for happiness and success in every area of our life!

Destruction and spiritual bankruptcy have replaced the love of Christ in those once-faithful nations!

Secularism and dead religions have been allowed to move in and take control of those spiritually dead nations!

SCHOOLS OF SODOM!

And the once-trusted institutions, such as school systems and libraries, are now teaching children such things as atheism, evolution, Socialist Marxism, and now even beginning to aggressively push Sodomy and even neo-racism!

Yes, there is a movement afoot to endorse and even encourage your children to embrace sodomy in its various forms.

And just as the men of Sodom tried to force themselves on Lot’s heaven-sent guests, society is now beginning to press this heinous and unhappy lifestyle upon your children!

And if God destroyed that city because men attempted to force themselves upon grown beings, then how much more upon a society that is forcing its perversions upon relatively innocent little children?

But God is purposely allowing this to go forth!

A myriad of unseen “evil angels” are now marshaling all the governments, learning institutions, and corporations in a concerted effort to force the public to bow down to these devilish, antichrist ideologies!

“He cast upon them the fierceness of His anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble,
by sending evil angels among them.”

And it is God’s purpose to give His people a loud wake-up call to get their children out of this horrible situation before they become brainwashed into these evil ideologies!

In other words, “It’s time to get out of Dodge”, as the saying goes!
And the sad fact is, that almost all Christian children attend public schooling!

It would have been really nice if the churches had started a volunteer program in which parents could have taken turns operating a very low-cost schooling.

But instead, churches hired professionals to run their schools.
.
And, instead of using church facilities, often erecting expensive specially dedicated buildings with high upkeep, which has resulted in costly monthly tuition, which few could afford, especially families with several school-age children!
Tragically, Satan, in his role as The False Prophet, has been permitted to speak, “as a dragon”. (Revelation 13:11).
.
And so, this unseen spirit of antichrist works through the various media Goliaths to force the world to bow down to his unchristlike qualities.
.
And he even is speaking as a dragon in today’s schools, not only pushing various antichrist ideologies, such as atheistic socialism, etc….
.
But not content with these ideologies, Satan has begun to rewrite history to make it seem that the USA was founded on racism.
.
And school children are now being taught that skin color determines their worth, in one way or another.
.
Such a great lie is not only teaching dishonesty but will undoubtedly create hatred and distrust in the hearts of schoolchildren against their own fellow classmates of a different skin-color!

THE HIGHEST CALLING!

But there is no higher calling than for parents to bring up their children “in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.” Ephesians 6:4

And if there is any way possible, caring parents should attempt to home-school their children even if it means giving up any and every luxury!

Some Christian parents are forming home-schooling groups. And an increasing number of on-line home-school programs are now being offered.
.
And at the very least, even to just sit down daily with the children after they return from public schooling, encouraging them, by example, to learn to love reading!
.
Nevertheless, to get them as far away as possible from public school is by far, the best option!
.
This intimate daily reading circle would probably produce incredible results! (of course, the best Book is the Bible!)

Therefore, it has been the primary focus of Satan, to infiltrate the Church with as many Antichrist deceivers as he possibly can, including many pastors and elders (but not all)!
From pew to pulpit, from pastor to parishioner, Satan has caused his worldly-minded “make-believers” to fill as many seats and positions as possible.

And just how does all this infiltration cause corruption and apostasy to fester in the Church of God?

Very simple! Besides grievous wolves in the pulpits bringing in false doctrines, the world-loving examples being set by both church-leaders as well as church-laity…

…such low-level role-modeling causes the true sheep to fall into the same world-loving pit as their fellow church members.

Now, God has allowed this apostasy to grow through the last few hundred years.

Truly, after Church-state persecution ended and the Christian Reformation firmly took root, Satan wasted no time re-inserting himself back into the victorious Church of that day!
And the Church desired to reach out to the world, too!

And so, eventually the churches decided to give themselves a nice fashionable makeover, turning church services into very charismatic and up-to-date convocations!

…and a long list of other social activities was now the order of the day!

Church became a veritable social/fraternal club (with a veneer of religiosity added).

And all this worldly-minded busy-ness worked together to make church membership attractive, even to the citizens of the world!

And combined with non-threatening prosperity-driven gospels, there was now very little, “offense of the Cross” to discourage or deter anyone from joining the ranks of today’s apostate churches.
And yet, Satan cannot tolerate losing even one soul!

And so, as the prophet Daniel warns concerning God’s true sheep…“many shall cleave to them with flatteries.” Daniel 11:34
.
Therefore, if you are one of those true sheep of God, do not be surprised if your fellow parishioners cling to you with flatteries of one type or another!
Nevertheless, all those who still have “an ear to hear” will indeed hear, and respond to God’s call to come out of Babylon, even as it is written…
…”Flee out of the midst of Babylon,
and deliver every man his soul:
be not cut off in her iniquity;
for this is the time of the LORD’S vengeance;
He will render unto her a recompence.”

In the years following the establishment of the New Testament Church, many Christians were forced by Rome to pinch off a tiny amount of incense and sprinkle it on a small altar dedicated to the queen of Heaven.

Right under our noses, “the god of this world” is now implementing unjust laws which will test each and every church, ministry, and individual regarding “who do I truly serve and worship?”

These tyrannical maxims are coming concerning various “politically protected” entities, religious, social, and moral.

“NO MAN MIGHT BUY OR SELL (THE GOSPEL)”
Revelation 13:17

For instance, legislation is now being enacted to force churches, ministries, businesses, schools, care facilities to not only accept certain sins and antibiblical behavior, but also to actively promote them!

In this way, Satan can now violate the Christian’s conscience, in a new and updated method!
.
No longer is it necessary to pinch some incense onto an altar to Diana, Ishtar, or whatever other god or goddess worshiped.
But the same result as sprinkling incense can now be accomplished by these unjust laws…
…”Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee,
which frameth mischief by a law?”
Psalm 94:20

Here above, God is foretelling that mischief will be framed by unjust laws. And that appears to be what we’re now seeing in our society.

The question is, can the courts of the land prevent these laws from being enacted?
.
Perhaps they can hold back these laws for a few more years. But maybe the courts have already joined the forces of Satan and will join in the persecution!
The true meaning of “buying & selling” is concerning what Proverbs says…“Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding.” Proverbs 23:23

And so, Revelation 13:17 is to be fulfilled…

This phenomenon is already beginning to be fulfilled as we see so-called, “hate laws” now being enacted that may soon stifle free speech by the Christian community.

Many radio and TV preachers love to quote 1st Thessalonians 5:9…“For God hath not appointed us to wrath”as a reason that we will be raptured out of this world, prior to the coming Great Tribulation.

But what they ignore are such verses as Acts 14:22, which says, “we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.”

And so, you will seldom hear this verse being quoted by the Pre-Tribulation Rapturists, especially in connection to the coming tribulation.

GOOD NEWS!

Now the very Good News is that today is the day of Salvation.
.
And it is time that every individual who dares take the name of Christ on his or her lips still has opportunity to fortify the heart and mind in the things of Heaven!

This is the only way to avoid the Mark of the Beast!
Therefore, every moment of our day should now be dedicated to filling our hearts with the pure Word of Christ, and shunning all corrupting influences, as far as possible!

Unceasing prayer, 24/7 contemplating the Bible, combined with refusing to watch and listen to unsanctified media chatter/images, and any other ungodly influence is now the order of the day for Christians!
.
We have not a moment to lose! Every unnecessary duty and pleasure should be put aside to allow us time for heavenly pursuits!

The eternal destiny of every Christian and their family is now hanging in the balance!
But the long oval-shaped body has relatively few stars, but can been seen, howbeit with a dark starry night.

The four stars of the front fins are made partially of Taurus.

This Dragon constellation appears in the eastern horizon about mid-summer in the pre-dawn hours, spewing his flood-waters northward toward the Woman of Revelation 12 (Woman in Travail).
But as of late, the world doesn’t seem so trustworthy, does it?

As a matter of fact, we’re now seeing such great worldwide paradigm shifts occurring even in our own land that it really makes us nervous, to say the least!
For instance, the political party which always claimed to be the bastion of human compassion is now embracing an ideology which has long trampled on human rights!

And that’s why there seems to be such a concerted effort in these current-day paradigm shifts.

That’s why so many previously loyal citizens of this society have so quickly turned their backs on what they grew up believing and instead embrace things we never believed they could ever possibly support!
And along that same line of thought, it’s totally futile for the Christian community to imagine that they have any power to stop these evil tides of change which are now sweeping over our land!

Human effort by Christians is worthless…

As this above passage reveals, Christians cannot depend upon anything but their God to deliver them!
And though Habakkuk tells us the time to “RUN” is now here, we can be assured that God has provided our daily bread and our abundant waters on every high mountain and every high hill.

This page is about the Big Dipper, also called the Great Bear constellation (Ursa Major ).

The 7 Stars (Big Dipper) is easy to see with its very bright 7 stars. But the Revelation 12 Woman (Ursa Major) must be seen on a dark starry night, away from city lights.
God originally created this world to be a beautiful home for Mankind.

Yet when we fell from grace, this world began to change in many ways.

Nature, to a great extent, began to take on some changes. Many creatures and plants, etc., gradually took on different aspects, eventually becoming dangerous to other animals, and some even dangerous to people.
One of the most amazing creatures ever created is the Cuttlefish!

The reason why this creature is so incredible, is that it can just glance at its environment and instantly change its body to imitate that environment!

As a matter of fact, whatever the Cuttlefish passes over, it instantly begins to change into the same color and shape, of that undersea object!
Well, God has created this little predator to give us further insight into the inner working of the kingdom of Satan.
(As this little 26 second video below shows, the Cuttlefish has the ability to paralyze his potential victims, by using his hypnotizing strobe-light effect! Amazing!)

Certainly, Satan and his unseen minions love to make themselves invisible!

That way, they can work their misery and woe upon this unsuspecting world, without its inhabitants becoming alarmed, causing us to rebel against Satan’s kingdom, as we flee to God!

And isn’t true that the pleasures and riches of this world, like the cuttlefish’s strobe-hypnotizer, have a mesmerizing effect upon us?

Most all this humanitarianism is just the Revelation 13 Beast, “The False Prophet” doing his phony compassion thing in attempt to deceive Christians (and the world) into believing the big lie: that this is a loving and caring world!

But it’s not! No, most all this supposed human kindness is a product of the great Antichrist, Satan, who comes as an angel of light to deceive, if possible, even the very elect people of God, as well as the entire world!
“For he flattereth himself in his own eyes, until his iniquity be found to be hateful!”

If we stand back and look at the bigger picture, we begin to realize the true nature of those who flatter themselves to be compassionate humanitarians.

For example, a huge part of the humanitarian community applauds to see thousands spent on saving one sea creature, while likewise applauding to see billions spent on murdering countless unborn children!

And many of those same humanitarians applaud when a Christian loses his or her livelihood, or even loses life itself!
UNSAVED MANKIND:“For he flattereth himself in his own eyes, until his iniquity be found to be hateful.”

As a matter of fact, if “the god of this world” were to withdraw all of his mesmerizing Cuttlefish “goodness”…

…the people of the world would begin to show their genuine wickedness…

…and Christians would be quickly exterminated! (Oh yes, they probably would be tortured first).

HOW THE GATES RELATE TO ORION & DRAGON

In the eastern sky, it’s not so easily seen which gate the Revelation 12 Woman will enter.
Satan spews out the deadly water of his false worldly ideologies…

…which many of these ideologies have a form of godliness, but in some way are not in harmony…

…or perhaps these worldly ideologies add to the Bible, which is strictly forbidden (see Deuteronomy 4:2).

On the other hand, the Strait Gate (narrow gate) is composed of the two brightest stars of the Orion The Reaper’s sickle. The true Strait Gate represents Jesus, the Word of God.

There is no shortage of Christians who are looking for the Day of the Lord to occur sometime in the future.

And there is a current mentality that this much-anticipated day will be an absolute holocaust…

…complete with bombs, earthquakes, tsunamis, meteors striking earth, black helicopters, bloodhounds chasing God’s people, devilish world leaders with horns, etc…
Yes, people can get into all sorts of trouble when attempting to understand the many Bible allegories, parables, types and shadows, in a literal manner!

That’s why there are the prosperity-driven gospels which think only of earthly riches when reading certain passages concerning riches.
.
That’s why many think that Revelation was written primarily for literal Jews.
.
In other words, the natural man, in his undone carnality, cannot understand that true riches are the heavenly riches of faith, wisdom, peace, and love, etc…
.
And the world-focused carnal mind cannot understand that “he is a Jew which is one inwardly”. (see Romans 2:28, 29)
And so it is when attempting to understand so much of Bible prophecy.

If one attempts to decipher the many allegories in Revelation literally, then it’s fully understandable that they think the Day of the Lord is somewhere far off in the future.

After all, such passages as this next verse have not literally occurred…
…”And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together;
and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.”
Revelation 6:14
.
Obviously, Heaven has not literally departed as a scroll, nor has every mountain and island moved out of their place!
.
Nor have so many other passages from Revelation literally happened!

IGNORING BIBLE VERSES

But setting this error aside, there happens to be another great error which too many theologians often make.
.
And just what is that error?
.
Simply put, too many Bible teachers overlook various Bible verses which are critical to a proper understanding of the Day of the Lord!

“MULTITUDES, MULTITUDES IN THE VALLEY OF DECISION!”

One such verse is our signature passage for the day…
…”Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision:
for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.”
Joel 3:14

This above passage makes a giant statement! It says that “the Day of the Lord is near in the Valley of Decision!”
.
And just what does that mean?
.
Well, listen to this next passage…“Woe to them that are at ease in Zion…Ye that put far away the evil day, and cause the seat of violence to come near;” Amos 6:1, 3
.
You see, the Bible reveals that the Day of the Lord is already happening!
.
It’s just that it is a spiritual conflict, and not a physical battle!
“THE DAY OF THE LORD IS NEAR IN THE VALLEY OF DECISION!”
.
And let’s not forget what Joel says, “that Day is near in the Valley of Decision!”
.
In other words, the “Valley of Decision” is a spiritual valley in which a man, woman, or child makes the decision to follow Jesus…or not.
.
It is not a literal valley.
.
And when the decision is made to truly follow Jesus, it is not long until that person finds himself or herself in a spiritual battle with the forces of good battling against the forces of evil.
And because, it was too difficult to distinguish between the true and the false, the Householder commanded his servants to, “Let both grow together until the harvest” Matthew 13:30
.
And so, this has been the condition of the church-world for many long centuries.
.
Oh yes, there was a time of separation during the Dark Ages when God’s people had to separate themselves, eventually fleeing for refuge in the mountain strongholds of the European Alps!
And since the Holy Spirit has now absented Himself from such corrupt worship…
.
…the Devil has now moved in and filled the void, bringing a counterfeit gospel with “all power and signs and lying wonders…to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. (2nd Thessalonians 2:9 & Mark 13:22)
.
And so, our question is very simply answered!
.
The local congregations, in all of their apostasy and deception have now become the very bundles which bind the tares together!
Well, there is some Good News in all this negativity!
.
Yes, God is now pouring out His Spirit upon all flesh, even as it is written in Joel 2:28…“And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out My spirit upon all flesh;”
.
Yes, God is now beginning to pour out His Holy Spirit upon all flesh, to plead with them to turn and repent!
The very simple answer of how and when this apostasy occurred, is that ever since the beginning of the church era, the Devil has been bringing in one false doctrine after another!
.
And yet in these end-times, Satan has stepped up his destruction of the churches, giving them such a worldly appeal…
.
…so much so, that even unbelievers are willing to join up and become regular members, much like some fraternal organization, howbeit with a thin veneer of religiosity.

A FASHIONABLE MAKE-OVER
.
What happened is, that some decades ago, erring church leaders began to give the churches a type of “make-over”, in hopes of attracting a greater number of parishioners.
.
And it worked! Yes, by making the worship services so charismatic and even fun, church became a non-threatening fraternal organization.
.
And thus, the churches filled up with such attractions as fashionable music, comedy in the pulpits, social events, clubs, sports, movies, non-biblical holidays, plays, dances, the church-world, to a great extent becoming so inviting, that the people of the world began to attend.
And because the church-world has largely accepted the so-called, “Do-it-yourself free-will gospel”, parishioners were led to believe that merely saying the Sinner’s Prayer, or water-baptism, or church-attendance, etc., proved they had become saved.
“…SUPPOSING THAT GAIN IS GODLINESS: FROM SUCH WITHDRAW THYSELF”
1st Timothy 6:5
.
And combined with the current-day prosperity-driven gospels being preached, church attendance was now absolutely painless!
.
All that was now required was a certain level of moral behavior, and some degree of personal religiosity and, “Voila! I’m now a saved and sanctified soul!”
And thus, the church has filled up with worldly-minded parishioners who now demand a non-threatening gospel, void of the offence of the self-sacrificing Cross of Christ.
.
Now, these Antichrist wolves in sheep’s clothing become active members of the church, holding various offices, and determining the level of religiosity tolerated, preached, and lived by, in that particular local congregation.
And sadly, because these world-loving social/fraternal organizations have no intention of repenting, God has withdrawn His Holy Spirit, causing a void in those bodies, which has been filled by Satan as he comes as an “angel of light” along with his, “ministers of righteousness”. (see 2nd Corinthians 11:14, 15)

But God is faithful to His elect ones, and is currently calling His people to “Come out of her, My people, lest ye partake not of her sins and that ye receive not of her plagues” Revelation 18:4

And God is desiring to finally have a purified people who fully live by the pure and uncompromised Word of God.
And as the Christian finds refuge in those spiritual mountains and hills, it is written that heavenly manna and waters of God’s grace will be abundantly supplied…

Today’s Bible teachers and theologians try their best to deny and cover up the fact that historical records give credit to one John Darby of The Plymouth Brethren denomination for inventing…

…and gives Cyrus I. Scofield credit for popularizing this false doctrine of the “Pre-Tribulation Rapture”.
Now, one tell-tale sign which exposes this deception is found in the very passage that they claim establishes this so-called “Rapture”…
.
Listen to what the proper name of Jesus’ Coming is…
“…we which are alive and remain unto THE COMING OF THE LORD
shall not prevent them which are asleep.
For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,
with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain
shall be CAUGHT UP together with them in the clouds,
to meet the Lord in the air:
and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”
1st Thessalonians 4:15-17

Now, this passage calls this event, “The Coming of the Lord”.
.
But John Darby concocted the name, “The Rapture”, using the verb “caught up” in verse 17 of this very same passage, and changed it into a proper name.
.
But since the words, “caught up” doesn’t make such a nice-sounding proper noun, one clever theologian (actually, Satan) took the Latin version of 1st Thessalonians 4:15-17, the word, “Ripere”, and morphed that word further, into the unbiblical name, “The Pre-Tribulation Rapture”.
.

1st Corinthians 15:51

In the previous devotional on The Pre-Tribulation Rapture (click here), the host of a popular radio Bible call-in question talk show, was asked the following question:
“When it says that the Lord shall return “at the last trumpet”,
how can this possibly be speaking of a so-called Pre-Tribulation Rapture?
After all, there are 7 trumpets way back in Revelation, Chapter 11, when this so-called Pre-Tribulation Rapture is supposed to happen in Chapter 4?”
Well, the radio talk-show host explained that according to history books, there were “other trumpets” which were blown at different times.
.
Now do you see what just happened here? This talk-show host, who constantly affirms his faith in, “the Bible only”, and in the “infallibility of the Bible”, just went to outside historical secular sources to find “another set of trumpets”.
But this radio talk-show host completely ignored another proof-text concerning the last trumpet found in Matthew 24:29-31…
“Immediately after the tribulation of those days…
they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
And He shall send His angels WITH A GREAT SOUND OF A TRUMPET,
and they shall gather together His elect from the four winds,
from one end of heaven to the other.”

This above passage is clearly speaking of the Last Day when Christ returns, and yet it speaks of Christ sounding a trumpet.

THE PRE-TRIBULATION RAPTURE FOLLY

So how in the world can our signature passage of the day, from 1st Corinthians 15:51, 52 be referring to the last trumpet, if indeed this is referring to the so-called Pre-Tribulation Rapture, seven years prior to the Last Day?

After all, Matthew 24:29-31 also speaks of a trumpet, which supposedly sounds 7 years AFTER that “last trumpet” of 1st Corinthians 15:51, 52?
.
It doesn’t make sense, does it? These two passages from Matthew 24:29-31 and 1st Corinthians 15:51, 52 must be speaking of the very same event!
.
Thus, by comparing these two passages clearly exposes the folly concerning this non-biblical man-contrived doctrine known as “The Pre-Tribulation Rapture”.

WRESTLING WITH SCRIPTURE

Well, all this confusion begins to make sense when we read 1st Peter 3:16… “they that are unlearned and unstable wrest(le), as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.”

And this wresting with Scripture is what theologians must do to defend this totally unbiblical doctrine with the man-contrived name, “The Rapture”.

Yes, this entire false doctrine concerning the so-called Pre-Tribulation Rapture is just one more heresy among many, which the apostate church-world teaches.

And so, they “heap to themselves teachers having itching ears” who will preach a non-threatening prosperity-driven gospel…

…a false gospel which allows them to hang on to the tinsel-like treasures and earthy pleasures of this, the Devil’s world! (see 2nd Timothy 4:3, 4)
“FOR WITH THEIR MOUTH THEY SHOW MUCH LOVE, BUT THEIR HEART GOES AFTER THEIR COVETOUSNESS!”

Thus, week after week, these sadly deceived ones continue to attend church, and maintain a certain level of morality.

And yet, these deceived souls return from their Sabbath morning worship only to spend the next six days going headlong and wholeheartedly after the gods of this world: pleasure-seeking, materialism, ambitious & proud careers, etc….
Oh, it’s not that a little bit of some of these above-mentioned pursuits cannot be okay.
.
But the carnal human heart has a fire burning within, usually causing these desires to multiply until our devotion to God becomes eclipsed by an overwhelming host of worldly pursuits and earthy passions.
Jesus says…“So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be My disciple.”
.
As this above verse reveals, it is impossible to be a true disciple of Jesus, while still clinging to the proud and ambitious pursuits and the selfish pleasures of this present fallen world!
.
And no amount of correct behavior and morality is sufficient to secure a true relationship with Jesus!
On the other hand, the true people of God have left this ‘City of Destruction’ world (in heart), and are walking upward on the pilgrim’s pathway to the ‘Celestial City of God’!
.
The world is behind them! Heaven is before them!
.
Their gaze is fixed ever-upward!
.
The things of the world have grown strangely dim, in the light of His glory and grace!
.
They seek to walk by faith according to every Word of Jesus!
.
And they faithfully submit themselves to God’s oft-painful daily chastening (read Psalm 73).
And the very Good News is that today is still the day of Salvation!

This above verse from Revelation 13:11, speaks of the 2nd Beast of Revelation, which Chapter 19 and 20 both refer to as “The False Prophet”. And this False Prophet has “two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon”.

Television has always spoken as a dragon, promoting Satan’s selfish character.

But today’s media (TV, radio, Internet, etc…), although still trying to maintain a degree of its own false goodness, it has become more evident that the False Prophet is speaking as the satanic Dragon that he actually is!
But today’s media has the ability to, not only promote sin in its various forms, but can actually dress sin up to look really great!

Yes, just take some emotional music, some colorful lighting, some fresh-faced actors, and a sympathetic story line, and Satan can even make murder look great!
As most everyone in the Christian community understands, the Bible uses not only Jesus, but mere mortals, such as Paul, to be role-models for Christians to admire and emulate.

But Lucifer, now called Satan, fully understand this, and has given us his own role-models, for us to conform to.
.
And so, the many ‘superstars’ seen and adored by the lost multitudes on a daily basis, become firmly etched upon the tables of the human hearts of all those adoring fans of these ‘ministers of (Satan’s counterfeit) righteousness’!

And as a result, they eventually begin to emulate them, to some degree, in their own personal daily lives!
Yes, this Master Deceiver, Lucifer (now called Satan), fully understands that he merely has to keep his deceived ones enamored with this world-of-sin just long enough until they are forever lost…in death.

Like those proverbial sheep marching headlong to destruction, Satan is leading us blissfully down the pathway to our final day!

When Lucifer deceived and tempted Planet Earth into sin, God mercifully provided a way back from damnation and death.

1. Continue on in sin and suffer the wages of sin: “death”.

2. Or return to the beckoning arms of Jesus, and to the timeless ways of Heaven.

SATAN, THE MASTER OF CONFUSION!
.
But now, having given rulership over Mankind, Lucifer knew well, that such a simple choice would make it far too easy for fallen, erring humans to return to God.
.
And so, Lucifer, now called Satan, set about to create a world-system in which a “form of godliness, without the power thereof” would give his kingdom of sinful selfishness a nice glossy sheen!
And now in this very last hour of Earth’s history, Satan has successfully infiltrated the church-world to the point that the following prophecy of Paul has been fulfilled…
“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine;
but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers,
having itching ears;”
2nd Timothy 4:3
.
Yes, the church-world has reached that day in which the itching ears have prevailed to the point that any truth preached is now mingled with and defiled by the prosperity-driven gospel (and other false doctrines).
Oh yes, this prosperity-driven gospel takes on several different forms, ranging from the so-called “Name-it-and-claim-it” churches to the more conservative form known as, “The Entrepreneurial-Spirit”, or “The American Dream”.
.
Either way, liberal or conservative, the end result is the same: a church filled with parishioners who attempt to have Jesus in one hand and this selfish world in the other hand!
And so, in the current-day church-world, it is not uncommon to see many prayers, and much Bible-readings, and the often singing of hymns.
.
After all, the Bible does warn us that the False Prophet will come, “Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,” 2nd Thessalonians 2:9
.
Therefore, this above verse reveals that Satan and his “ministers of righteousness” (who comprise the long-foretold False Prophet) will come with counterfeit “power, signs and lying wonders, to deceive if possible, even the very Elect” people of God! (see 2nd Thessalonians 2:9 & Matthew 24:24)
And so, it shouldn’t surprise Christians that today’s itching-ears gospels are filled with great light and much truth, howbeit a counterfeit light, and a compromised truth!
.
That’s right! Many churches today have a pharisean morality about them: such things as prophecy seminars, health seminars, Creation seminars, prayer meetings, etc…
The Good News amid all this negativity is that there exists a true goodness!
.
And this true goodness is now being offered to each and every member of the human race!
.
Yes, the gift of Salvation is now available to any and every willing recipient who begins to follow Jesus by faith on an upward, Heavenward journey to the Celestial City of God!
.
And instead of a mere outward display of moral behavior, Jesus can come and live out His life through each and every Heaven-bound pilgrim…
.
…as he or she walks that narrow pathway (comprised of every Word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God!)
In John Bunyan’s earth-shaking tale, “Pilgrim’s Progress”, the main character, Christian, was on his way to the Celestial City, to get that great Burden off his back (the burden of sin).
.
But on that way, he met up with a fellow named Worldly Wiseman, who informed Christian that such an arduous journey was not necessary.
.
He told Christian that all he needed was to go to the Village of Morality!
The very simple answer is that ever since the beginning of the church era, the Devil has been bringing in one false doctrine after another, such as Christmas, Easter, “Eternal Torment”, etc…!
And yet, in these end-times, Satan has even more aggressively stepped up his deadly assault on the churches.
.
Thus, these earthly-minded congregations have now devolved into a mere worldly, fraternal organization, howbeit with a thin veneer of religiosity.
.
And ultimately, the Holy Spirit was finally taken out of the way, as it was foretold in 2nd Thessalonians 2:7, 8, 9…
…”For the mystery of iniquity doth already work:
only he who now letteth will let,
until he be taken out of the way…
And then shall that Wicked be revealed…
with all power and signs and lying wonders,”

Yes, Satan has moved into the churches and is now counterfeiting the workings of the true Holy Spirit, with “all power, signs and lying wonders!”

HIP AND TRENDY CHURCHES

What happened is, that some decades ago, erring church leaders began to give the churches a type of up-to-date, fashionable “make-over”, in hopes of attracting a greater number of parishioners.
.
And it worked! Yes, by making the worship services so charismatic and even fun, the denominations and local congregations became non-threatening fraternal/social organizations.
And because the church-world has largely accepted a so-called, “Do-it-yourself free-will gospel”…
.
…a false gospel in which parishioners were led to believe that merely saying the Sinner’s Prayer, or by water-baptism, or church-attendance, etc., proved they had become saved.
.
And combined with the current-day prosperity-driven gospels now being preached, church attendance was absolutely painless!
.
All that was now required was a certain level of moral behavior, and some degree of personal religiosity and, “Voila! I’m a saved and sanctified soul!”
…beside their personal Mammon-seeking lives, all working together to make modern-day church membership very appealing to unsanctified multitudes in the world.
.
And by this huge metamorphosis, they have finally transformed church-going into a harmless fraternal club…
.
…now serving up a watered-down gospel as a weekly complement to their world-loving lives (howbeit, all this being void of the “offence of the Cross” of the self-sacrificing Christ. Galatians 5:11).
However, the purpose of the local congregations was to provide a sanctified, set-apart, safe-house for the encouragement to fully engage in the daily transformation of the soul, into the glorious holy image of Christ!

Listen to Paul…“My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you…” Galatians 4:19
.
In this above verse, Paul was extremely concerned that Christians would be deceived and seduced back into the world, leaving them destitute of true holiness, thus becoming spiritually bankrupt!
And so, because the worldly-minded are now coming by droves into today’s family-friendly and fashionable congregations…

…these unconverted church members have unwittingly become “fair game” for Satan to transform them into “wolves in sheep’s clothing”.
.
And as active members of the church, these false brethren now began to hold various church offices…
.
…thus empowering themselves to determine and relegate their own low level of religiosity to be preached (and lived by) in that particular local congregation.

This above verse from the Prophet, Habakkuk, holds the key to understanding the Book of Habakkuk.

Yes, the Book of Habakkuk, though immersed in allegorical symbols, is a book which explains so much of the Bible.

But God has so greatly embedded the various truths within those allegorical symbols.

And so, Habakkuk’s prophecies must be carefully studied to discover the true hidden meaning of that little book (comparing its many symbols with similar symbols found in other parts of the Bible).
And so, Satan floods our daily lives with the corrupting influences of unbelievers, so that our enlightened conscience becomes blunted to the point that we lose our spiritual discernment.

And as a result of all this, many or perhaps most Christians have lost sight of Jesus.

But because churchgoers are surrounded by false believers in the Church, they are heavily influenced by the bad example of these deceivers.

In other words, they see their entire local congregation behaving in a worldly manner.

They take notice of how their fellow parishioners make decisions and, as a result, handle their own daily issues much the same way the world handles life’s daily issues.
Thus, rather than allowing the Bible to be their daily guide, they instead do things pretty much like the rest of the world.

When mistreated, the world retaliates, instead of quiet, faithful acceptance.

When desiring some thing, they grab, instead of allowing God’s sovereign will to override their own impetuous self-will.

And they depend upon their own strength to solve life’s issues instead of leaning on God’s divine strength, by faith.

They accept many worldly ideas and philosophies instead of making the Bible their sole source of Truth!

Yes, this unbelieving world more-or-less seeks after the vain pleasures and earthly treasures of this selfish planet.

7 HEADS, 10 HORNS, & 7 CROWNS OF THE DRAGON

“And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.” Revelation 12:3

In Revelation, the Dragon of Revelation 12 is described as having seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns. However, the Dragon Constellation up in the night sky does not.

But God has faithfully created the wave of water, in such a way, as to illustrate this same concept of the seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns.
.
Because this wave of water is basically composed of ten stars.
.
The main body of the wave has seven stars (#‘s, 1 thru 7).
.
And the tip of the crest of the wave has the other three stars (#’s, 8, 9 & 10).
.
So, we have this 7/10 numbering.

And this gives us a great clue, as to where in the Bible we should look, to find out the riddle as to just what or who do these 7 heads, 10 crowns, and 7 horns represent.

Because, the Bible speaks very much about floods and waters as being associated with Satan (the Dragon).

As this above verse foretold, the day would come when churchgoers would no longer tolerate the pure, unvarnished truth…

So how and where are God’s people to flee to?

And in yesterday’s devotional (click here), it was proclaimed that by reason of the overwhelming prosperity-driven gospels, the church-world has filled up with worldly-minded people (i.e., Babylonians, Chaldeans).

And these “false brethren will not tolerate any doctrine which calls for a complete “death to self”, and transformation of the heart into the likeness of Christ.

To them, such total abandonment of self is sheer fanaticism!

Oh yes, today’s churches pay lip-service to a selfless Christ-likeness. But as Ezekiel 33:31 foretells, “for with their mouth they shew much love, but their heart goeth after their covetousness.”

Yes, Satan, just like a forked-tongued serpent, knows how to speak out of both sides of his mouth, telling each parishioner exactly what their heart longs to hear!

To those in the churches who love this present world, the Devil preaches a world-loving gospel.

But to those who have some degree of faithfulness to Christ, Satan puts in just enough biblical truth to keep them in his Babylonian captivity.
And so, how are God’s people to come out of a religious system which teaches so much seemingly biblical truth?

After all, the Bible reveals that “For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.” Mark 13:22
.
Yes, mainstream Christianity is teaching another gospel which is so close to the Bible that Satan will attempt seduce even the Elect people of God!

Yesterday’s devotional (click here) established that there was coming a day in which God’s people are to “RUN!”, according to the prophecy of Habakkuk.

And God’s people will know and understand that the time has come when Habakkuk’s vision begins to speak, as is written…
Unfortunately, whenever a church or ministry combines truth with gross error, that transforms even the true doctrines into false doctrines.
.
Take for example the church at Corinth.
.
That church began listening to a look-alike gospel, in which Paul plainly confessed…
“For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus,
whom we have not preached,
or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received,
or another gospel, which ye have not accepted,
ye might well bear with him.”
2nd Corinthians 11:4
.
Yes, those world-loving Corinthians were already bringing in teachers who were teaching a compromised gospel.

And Paul told them that this was “another Jesus…another Spirit…another gospel!”
.

And because of the current-day mammon-loving apostasy, the church-world has attracted unconverted “Chaldeans” (false brethren) who will not tolerate a return to the pure truth which the Bible actually teaches.

Listen to Revelation 18:2, 4, concerning these last days…
…”Babylon the Great is fallen, is fallen,
and is become the habitation of devils…
And I heard another voice from heaven,
saying, Come out of her, My people,
that ye be not partakers of her sins,
and that ye receive not of her plagues.”

This above passage reveals that God’s people are to be finally called out of this harlot city, Babylon.
Oh yes, this harlot city, Babylon the Great is speaking of this entire world-system, which is Satan’s kingdom.

But by compromising with this selfish world, the church-world eventually became swallowed up by Satan, and now is assimilated into “MYSTERY BABYLON, MOTHER OF HARLOTS”! Revelation 17:5
.
And so, Habakkuk’s vision is now speaking. God’s people are now surrounded by Chaldeans (unbelievers and false brethren).

It seems as if every church-going parishioner knows the following Bible verse…
“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together,
as the manner of some is;
but exhorting one another:
and so much the more,
as ye see the day approaching.”
Hebrews 10:25
.
Now of course, this verse (Hebrews 10:25) has been the glue which has blessedly and graciously held local congregations together for the past 2,000 years!
But in this day in which the world seems to be at peace with the Church, most every local congregation teaches that we are not to forsake the assembling of ourselves together, and all the more, especially as we “see the day approaching”.
.
But if you would ask most any congregation the question, “As you see WHAT DAY approaching?”, you would most likely hear this response, “The Day of the Lord, of course!”
.
Well, that’s correct! God’s people are to congregate together until the Day of the Lord.
And so, the next obvious questions to ask would be…“Well, just how and when will Habakkuk’s vision begin to speak? And what will that vision be? And why are God’s people to ‘RUN!’, at that time?”
.
Well, the little book of Habakkuk begins by saying…
“The burden which Habakkuk the prophet did see.
O LORD, how long shall I cry…
Why dost Thou shew me iniquity…
Therefore the law is slacked,
and judgment doth never go forth:
for the wicked doth compass about the righteous;
therefore wrong judgment proceedeth.”
Habakkuk 1:1-4 (condensed for brevity)
.
So here is the basic burden which the prophet, Habakkuk, did see: God’s people encompassed about (surrounded and even infiltrated) by the wicked Chaldeans (unbelievers and false brethren).
CONGREGATE UNTIL IT’S TIME TO FLEE TO THE MOUNTAINS!
.
And so, let’s make the briefest and most concise summary of today’s devotional…
.
…It would seem that God’s people were to congregate together until that appointed Day…
.
…until the Day when they would realize that Habakkuk’s vision of the corrupting influence of the Chaldeans (unbelievers and false brethren) upon God’s people is seen.
.
And so, tomorrow’s devotional will attempt to reveal just how Habakkuk’s vision is now speaking and as a result is sounding the last clarion call to do as the Lord commands, “RUN!”

THE DEVOLUTION OF MANKIND

The Book of Daniel talks about King Nebuchadnezzar’s dream of a great statue, made of various metals.
.
This statue has been interpreted as representing the various kingdoms of men, which would rule the earth, beginning with Babylon of Daniel’s day, and ending in our day. And this would seem like a plausible idea.
.
Now while the head of the statue in his dream was made of gold, representing Babylon, this statue devolved into lessor metals until our day, down to the feet made of iron mingled with clay (clay, not even being a metal!).
Well, to put it very concisely, this statue was signifying that Mankind was not getting better, not “evolving”, but actually “devolving”, growing worse and worse with each new ruling kingdom.

From the head of gold to the arms and breast of silver, to the loins of brass, to the legs of iron, to the feet of iron mingled with clay!
Now, in Part 1 (click here to read), it was revealed that at the end, this fallen world would become divided, symbolized by the ten toes, made of iron, mingled with clay, which would not merge together, but instead, be divided and opposed to one-another.

And it was also revealed that this not only represented the church-world, but the secular world as well.

In other words, the world would become a divided world.

HEAVENLY OBJECT LESSON

“Then the moon shall be confounded,
and the sun ashamed,
when the LORD of hosts shall reign in mount Zion,
and in Jerusalem,
and before his ancients gloriously.”

When God created the Moon and the stars, He ordained them to “rule the night” (Genesis 1:16).
.
The Moon, especially when it is full, can light your pathway through the night, as it reflects the light of the Sun.
.
So too, the Christian is to be a light to the world: to this sin-darkened world.
.
But as the Moon must reflect the light of the Sun, in order to be a light to the world…
.
…so also, the Christian must reflect the light of Jesus, to be a spiritual light to this dark planet in rebellion.

Listen…“Ye are the light of the world…
Let your light so shine before men,
that they may see your good works,
and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
Matthew 5:14-16

However, during an eclipse, the Earth passes directly between the Sun and the Moon, preventing that sunlight from shining on the Moon’s face.

This is an incredible object-lesson about when the child of God allows the world to come between him and his Lord.

Like the eclipse, that person no longer reflects the light of Jesus, because his or her love of this dark world of sin has eclipsed the light from the“Sun of Righteousness” (see Malachi 4:2).

And so, this is just one of the many poetic truths seen in the Moon.
There are witnesses in nature which offer dramatic and undeniable testimony to God as the Creator of this wonderful universe:
the wisdom of nature,
the beauty of nature,
the grandeur of nature,
the poetry of nature,
the law & order of nature,
as well as the many acts of love so often seen in nature.

Yes, these are undeniable witnesses that God’s creation throughout the vast universe was no freak accident, but the product of an infinite and all-wise, and all-powerful Creator God!
And yet, in His infinite love, our Heavenly Father gives even more undeniable clues that He is the Creator.

Take for instance, the signs of Heaven which this website has the great privilege of revealing.

Yes, God has actually inscribed pictures of the Gospel of Salvation, written in the Sun, Moon, and stars!

THE LITTLE UNDERSEA ARTIST

But there is a little fish who lives in the depths of the sea, which God has given a remarkable testimony to this little fish’s Creator.

And just what little fish are we speaking of?

Well, this little fish is known as the Japanese Puffer fish.
.
And believe it or not, God has given this little fish the gift of artistry!
.
Yes, in hopes of attracting its female counterpart, this little fish begins a huge art project on the floor of the sea, in which it labors day and night to sculpt an image of the sun!
.
Well, perhaps it’s the image of a flower! Or maybe it’s the image of a sunflower.
Well, regardless of exactly what this image is of, this little insignificant creature goes to work to create this remarkable image in hopes of being noticed by a potential mate!
.
Now of course, this phenomenon is truly amazing in its own right!
.
And yet, the inescapable analogy can readily be seen as this little Puffer Fish’s artwork seems to speak of the desire of each and every Christian: to proclaim the glorious “Sun of Righteousness” to the onlooking world!
Yes, there is nothing so vitally important to the Christian than to transform his or her own self into the image of Christ, the “Sun of Righteousness”, the ‘Rose of Sharon”, the “Lily of the Valley”.

This is the true witness which every son or daughter of God greatly desires to accomplish, even above life itself!
Well, nature is filled with many other undeniable clues which testify of our wonderful Creator!

And isn’t it amazing that our God is not an “in-your-face” God, but instead is content to remain in the background, allowing us to enthusiastically seek for and search for Him?

But God has placed us here as a type of, “training and learning school”, for the purpose of purifying our hearts from every trace of lust for this selfish, proud and sinful world!
You see, in today’s world, there is no shortage of self-help books which offer advice on how to raise our children.

And many of these books are written by worldly-minded professors with college degrees in psychology.
.
These authors are often the best and brightest and most renowned minds in the field of psychology.
.
But the problem with most of these books is that they are a product of this antichrist world. And as such, it is an anti-biblical world, to a great extent.
.
Oh no, most everyone seems to love the softer and kinder and gentler encouragements of the Bible!
“NOW THE SERPENT WAS MORE SUBTLE THAN ANY (OTHER)…”
Genesis 3:1
.
And while most of these self-help books may contain much truth, the fact is, that they are built on a foundation of lies!
.
They are, to a great extent, in opposition to living a totally Christlike life!
.
Oh no, these authors do not come right out and say so.
.
But Satan is a sophisticated serpent, and makes sure the lies which he inspires within the hearts of antichrist deceivers, are extremely subtle, covert, euphemistic, and even “sugar-coated”, as they say!
Now, Satan doesn’t merely put forth his child-psychology books, and then rests satisfied!
.
But rather, he currently has been allowed to raise up laws which are beginning to forbid God’s people from raising their children in a biblical way…
…”Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee,
which frames mischief by a law?”
Psalm 94:20
.
Yes, this extremely proactive Devil works tirelessly and invisibly through the present-day authorities to make laws to “protect” our children from so-called, “religious fanatics”.
And thus, Satan has insidiously created his own version of “normal” in society.
.
This entire society has been designed by “the god of this world” to have the appearance of being “normal”. (2nd Corinthians 4:4)
.
And let’s face it! Satan has likewise been very successful by raising up unsanctified persons who truly are fanatical…
.
…and thus, stigmatizing Christianity by reason of their taking true Christianity to the extremes!
.
And so, most Christian parents today are extremely nervous about appearing to be fanatical in any way, for fear of losing their children to governmental “child-abuse authorities”.
“And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord”
Ephesians 6:4
.
One great means of counteracting the tide of evil which is now overflowing this world, is to pray for grace to live with our family in such a way as to show them that Heaven is a place to enjoy.
.
And the parents need to show much heavenly love for their children (while still being a pillar of virtue and integrity).
.
Whether engaging them in their little games and sports, or hugging them often, or just making life in the home nice and breezy, free of ill-tempered outbursts, etc.!
.
This is an integral part of what it means to “bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord”.
.
The Christian parents must kindly, patiently, and gently, guide your children through their childhood in such a way which will cause them to desire, yes, even yearn, to walk side-by-side with you along the joy-filled highways and byways of eternity!
But the Good News is, that God is always one step ahead of Satan.
.
And He has provided a way of escape for Christian parents, so that they can raise their children in a godly manner, even in this period known as the great “Time of Trouble”! (See Daniel 12:1)
.
But like never before, today’s parenting requires a total self-sacrificing devotion to God’s Word, to unceasing prayer, and shunning as much of this selfish world as possible!
.
But God’s grace is now abounding and now available like never before!

Yes, Satan has created a giant Babylonian Dream Machine!

And these devilish devices have bewitched and enchanted God’s people away from their solemn duty to raise their children to supremely love the Lord…

…and devote their lives to His service in evangelizing lost souls!

There’s such a low standard of piety in the average “Christian” household today, it drives many of God’s onlooking watchmen to tears!

TURNING HEARTS HEAVENWARD!

And so, in view of this current-day crisis, there indeed is a great need to “turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children back to their fathers”! Malachi 4:6
And let’s face it! God has put the love of nature into the hearts of children.
.
Children are naturally drawn to the countless wonders of nature.
.
And such spiritual lessons learned from nature will remain forever in their hearts!
.
And by teaching some of those verses while showing them the flowers and plants spoken of in the Bible will make such a dramatic effect on their hearts and minds, which will never be taken away from them (or from you).
Of course, fathers can likewise teach their sons many lessons in the shop, while working with tools and projects around the home.
.
And if the father has a mind exercised in spiritual things, these times can become great teaching moments which will not only prepare them for adult life in this fallen world, but also will prepare them for eternal life!
.
After all, Jesus was home-schooled in a carpenter’s home!
.
He no doubt learned many spiritual lessons in His earthly father’s shop!
And the father can often take his children out into the field or forest and point out some little aspect of nature and relate it to some aspect of Heaven.
.
Of course, this too requires the father to have a mind trained in spiritual things.
Well, the Good News is that we don’t have to wait for Elijah to show up (whom this website teaches, to actually be speaking of Christ indwelling His end-time Elect people, collectively)!
.
We can begin right now to put away the vain and foolish pursuits which steal away the precious moments with our children and with His Word!
.
And by spending copious time contemplating the Bible and nature, parents can direct the hearts of their children upward to Heaven…
.
…in such a way, that they will be able to withstand the fierce trials and temptations which will undoubtedly assail us all in these coming days…
.
…preparing us to walk through the Everlasting Doors which will open up for each and every child of the King on that glorious morning!

TODAY’S HEAVENLY SIGN

THE MOON’S 1st FACE…THE NIGHT-WATCHMAN
.
“MOON IS CONFOUNDED”… The first face, a man’s face, is easy to see.
.
It is that proverbial ‘Man in the Moon’.
.
Most have seen it.
.
Even as little children. (The other two faces are not so easy to see. But let’s concentrate on the first face.)
.
Notice that the ‘Man in the Moon’ appears as though he is looking down at the Earth.
.
‘Shock and Awe’!
.
That’s the look on his face.
.
Sadness too!
.
You might even see the tears running down his cheeks. (“Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not thy law.” Psalm 119:136)
.
The Moon is spoken of as a “faithful witness”.
.
God’s covenanted law is spoken of as a faithful witness as well.
.
Listen to the Psalmist…
…It (God’s covenant with David shall be established for ever as the Moon,
and as a faithful witness in heaven. Selah.”
Psalm 89:37.“
Notice here that God is comparing His Covenant to the Moon as a “faithful witness”.
.
The Moon reflects the light of the Sun, just as Christians should reflect the light of the Sun of Righteousness, Jesus, who should be in their daily lives.
.
And so the Moon fulfills the verse from Psalms which proclaims… “Praise ye him, Sun and Moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.” Psalm 148:3
The Bible is filled with accounts of how the Old Testament people of God were not at all happy with God’s leading. They remembered their flesh-pots back in their Egyptian captivity…
“We remember the fish, which we did eat in Egypt freely;
the cucumbers, and the melons,
and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlick:”
Numbers 11:15
.
Yes, except for their cruel bondage in Egypt, they pretty much enjoyed their selfish lives back in Egypt. And they missed all that selfish carnality!
.
And this attitude continued on throughout their pilgrimage toward the Promised Land.
And even after entering into the Promised Land, they didn’t like what God’s prophets had to say to them!
.
Listen to the assessment from God…
“That this is a rebellious people,
lying children, children that will not hear the law of the LORD:
Which say to the seers, See not;
and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things,
speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits:”
Isaiah 30:9, 10
.
Just like so many faithful churchgoers today, they just did not want to hear all the negativity directed at them.
.
And so, even today the rebellion in God’s house continues against all such hard and difficult words, either read from the Bible or spoken from the pulpit.
This disdain for the “hard sayings of the Bible” is why Paul foretells of the future time of church-wide apostasy…
“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine;
but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers,
having itching ears;
And they shall turn away their ears from the truth,
and shall be turned unto fables.”
2nd Timothy 4:3, 4
.
Yes, the day is coming (and now is) when those in the churches will no longer endure sound doctrine but insist on hearing smooth and ear-pleasing things.
Yes, for those who desire to hear the whole Gospel, both happy and unhappy, veiled and unveiled, the following promise is still available…“Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.” Matthew 5:6
.
Yes, for those who long after the righteousness of Christ, the entire Bible will begin to open up, and no longer be such a bitter pill to swallow!

Now as far as those who search Bible prophecy concerning “signs of the End”, most of us were expecting extraordinary heavenly phenomena; you know, such things as giant asteroids or other colossal cataclysmic occurrences.

VARIOUS SIGNS MENTIONED…

But you see, God has mentioned various constellations in Scriptures: Orion, The Pleiades, Mazzaroth, etc.. But He also spoke in Revelation of “great signs” in the heavens: a woman with child, a dragon who swept a third of the stars, and Michael who fought against that dragon (see Revelation, Ch. 12).
.
The Bible also speaks of other signs in the heavens, and it is the purpose of Signs Of Heaven website, to introduce these wonderful signs and to reveal the many Bible passages which explain them.
