There was a man who drove into a little town, let’s just call, “Anywheresville”.
.
And as he drove slowly down the quaint little streets of his prospective new hometown, he spotted an old but very ornate front porch.
.
And on that porch sat an old, but refined-looking, white-haired gentlemen, rocking back and forth in an antique rocking chair.
.
And so he stopped and rolled down his window and said…“Uh hello! Say, I’m thinking of moving into this town. And I…uh…I just wondered what kind of town this is. Is it a nice town? How are the people here?”
.
Well, the old gentleman stopped rocking, paused, seeming to reflect on the question asked. But after a moment, he looked up and said…“Tell me son, just what kind of a town was it where you came from?”
.
The young man in the car flashed a broad smile and answered back…“Well, to tell you the truth, my last town was an extremely nice town with really friendly people! Hated to leave!”
.
And the old gentlemen quickly replied…“Well son, that’s exactly how things are here in this town!”
.
And so, the man happily said, “Thank you” and drove off.
About an hour or so later, another man came slowly rolling down the same street.
.
And he too stopped to ask that same old gentleman the very same question.
.
And the old gentleman stopped rocking and asked…“Tell me son, just what kind of a town was it where you came from?”
.
Upon hearing this question, a frown came over the young man’s face, as he replied “It was about the rottenest little spot on the face of this planet! Unfriendliest people you could ever think of running into! That’s exactly the reason why I’m looking for a new town to move to! Couldn’t wait to leave!”
.
Upon hearing this answer, the old gentleman quickly replied…“Well son, that’s exactly how things are here in this town!”
And all day long, the television, radio and various media all attempt to sell the public on the idea that happiness and contentment can be achieved by some attainment, some career-choice, some material possession, or some pleasure or amusement.
.
Now, the world pretty much buys into these notions.
.
After all, just look at all those who are chasing after these very things!
.
.

.
GOD’S MERCY EVEN ON THE UNSAVED
.
Now the Bible reveals that God has mercy on all of His creatures…
.
Listen…“for He (the Lord) maketh His sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.” Matthew 5:44, 45
.
People just do not understand the true source of happiness and joy!
.
This above passage reveals that God is a very pitiful God.
.
And He even sheds His mercy on this unbelieving world. God gives times of refreshment and happiness even to this wicked world.
Oh yes, the Devil and his legions of fellow-angels can and do give unbelievers many times of laughter and pleasure.
.
After all, Satan must keep the world in darkness and rebellion against Heaven!
.
And so, he must give plenty of “good times” to his loyal citizens of this world.
.
But Satan’s world of selfish pleasures and joys are short-lived and eventually the unbeliever’s joy returns back to the troubles, strife, sorrows, fears, and sufferings of this sad world!
But one of the main points to this devotional is that true joy, peace, and contentment will never be found by seeking the things of this self-focused world.
.
No, the only way that true joy, peace, and contentment can be found is by looking in the right direction…UP!
And the longer one stays on that upward Bible pathway, the deeper will be that peace, joy, and contentment…
.
Jesus calls out to us…
“Come unto Me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden,
and I will give you rest.
Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me;
for I am meek and lowly in heart:
and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.”
Matthew 11:28-30
.
And such a “rest unto your souls” that Jesus offers, is found through sitting daily at His feet and hearing His Word, allowing God to purify the hearts of His sons and daughters.
“Dear Lord, Help me to find the perfect peace that I am desiring. Help me to be content with food and covering. But give me wisdom and strength to know how to provide adequate housing for my family members…

In the December 26 devotional (click here), this pagan holiday called Christmas, was focused on, and what our proper response should be to this totally unbiblical holiday.

Now in years past, God has winked at this man-made addition to His Word.
.
And certainly, the man of God, or the woman of God has no desire to, “rain on the parade” of others, as the saying goes.
.
The last thing we want to do is spoil the celebration of others, even if it is unbiblical!
But in response to God’s command to, “Come out of her (Babylon, the apostate churches) My people…”, Christians must come all the way out of spiritual Babylon!
.
God is not a compromiser with paganism and worldly philosophies.
.
And though “this ignorance God winked at” in past decades, the time to come out of Babylon has fully arrived!
(see Acts 17:30 regarding God winking at our ignorance)
.
And the reader is encouraged to click on and begin reading this series of devotionals called“Come Out of Her, My People”, to gain a full understanding of just why God considers today’s churches to be spiritual Babylon.
One thing to keep in mind is the verse from Psalms 35:9… “verily every man at his best state is altogether vanity (worthless). Selah.“

Yes, there is nothing that Mankind can do that will enhance the effectiveness of the Gospel!

And so, for us to think that man-made holidays will somehow be a benefit to the Salvation of the Lost, is anti-biblical thinking.

“THE WICKED DOTH ENCOMPASS ABOUT THE RIGHTEOUS”
Habakkuk 1:4

Oh yes, such holidays as Christmas and Easter may bring people into the Church.
.
But the fact is, these holidays have an appeal to unconverted minds.
.
And so, as we look out across the Christian landscape, it is easily seen that the Church has, over the past decades, filled up with Antichrists, who have, “crept in unawares”! (see Jude 1:4)
He is a shield unto them that put their trust in Him.
Add thou not unto His words,
lest He reprove thee,
and thou be found a liar.”
Proverbs 30:5, 6
.
Those who truly fear God and put their trust in Him, will tremble at the thought of adding anything to His Word!
.
And frankly, these Babylonian “holy-days” are an addition to His Word, no matter how hard the worldly-portion-of-the-Church tries to deny it!
.
.
.
.
.
IMPOSSIBLE TO DO GOOD!
.
And so, we presumptuously surmise that we can somehow turn these unbiblical holidays into a blessing, by witnessing to this lost world during these times…
.
…such misguided notions deny God’s Word which tells us that, “Who can bring a clean thing out of an unclean? not one!” Job 14:4.
.
And thus, Job 14:4 assures us that our man-made additions to God’s Word will ultimately result in more problems than any supposed benefits!
But remember, every day of the year is an excellent time to just exercise Christian silence and allow the family to have a joyful time during that month-long celebration and every other day too!
.
As a matter of fact, these holidays can provide an excellent opportunity to enjoy your time with your family, and even bring some joy into the life of a lonely person!
“Dear Lord, Give me the wisdom and grace to keep from spoiling the celebration of others. And yet, give me the knowledge of, and faithfulness to Thy pure Word of truth…

Unfortunately, today’s churches and denominations have tenaciously clung to an archaic old church-doctrine from their mother-church.
.
And this apostate church long ago established the claim that somewhere in God’s creation exists a torture-chamber-of horrors…
…a “Dante’s Inferno”, in which pain and suffering and crying and sorrow and screaming and begging and intense torment go on forever, throughout all eternity…
The problem is, erring theologians living in the Dark Ages, took out of context, the Parable of the Rich Man & Lazarus, along with the verse that says, “The smoke of their torment ascends up for ever and ever”.
.
And then they used these two passages to ignore, canceling out all the many passages will tell us “the wages of sin is death”, and “The soul that sinneth shall die.”
.
.
.
.
.
“I SHOULD HAVE SLEPT…BEEN AT REST!”
.
And so, in contrast to this church doctrine, “Eternal Torment”, the Book of Job tells us…
“Why died I not from the womb?
why did I not give up the ghost when I came out of the belly?
For now should I have lain still and been quiet, I should have slept:
then had I been at rest…
There, (in death) the wicked cease from troubling;
and there the weary be at rest.”
Job 3:11, 13, 14, 17, (Condensed)
.
Nowhere in this above passage does it speak of eternal torment!
.
It only speaks of death in terms of trouble-free rest!
But listen to this amazing promise from God’s Word…
“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes;
and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying,
neither shall there be any more pain:
for the former things are passed away.
And he that sat upon the throne said,
Behold, I make all things new.
And he said unto me,
Write: for these words are true and faithful.”
Revelation 21:4, 5
.
These above words are “true and faithful”, as this above passage reveals!
.
Heaven will not contain some Chamber of Horrors, in which 90% or more of Planet Earth’s past inhabitants will be screaming and writhing in endless torment through the ceaseless ages.
But much to the contrary, the entire universe will then become a place of peace, and joy, and rest, and purity, and love.
.
And throughout all the lush green eternal valleys and hills will be heard the echoes of innocent laughter, and singing, and unbroken liberty bells ringing-in the total and final victory over evil.
.
And we will be forever young!
.
And no more will there be a place of suffering and torment!
.
And this Promised Land will continue on for ever, and ever…Amen!

With the addition of a single star, Theta Geminorum (the left hand of the Castor twin of Gemini)…
…the sickle inOrion, the Reaper’s hand (sketch to left), now extends the blade, thus transforming that sickle into the hook of a shepherd’s rod and staff.
And so now this little Gemini star becomes the tip of Orion’s Shepherd’s rod & staff.
Thus with this additional star, Orion the Reaper Constellation now becomes the 5th personality of Orion: The Good Shepherd (sketch below right).
Theta Geminorum is a class A3, 4th magnitude star, which means it is much fainter than either of the stars, Castor or Pollux.
But faint as This little star may be, it nevertheless presents a giant concept, turning Orion’s sickle into a shepherd’s rod.
.
And this is a very wonderful and beautiful Bible truth: namely, that Jesus is the Good Shepherd, as is written…
.
“As a shepherd seeketh out his flock
in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered;
so will I seek out My sheep,
and will deliver them out of all places
where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.”
Ezekiel 34:12
.
And so, God has placed this Starry Shepherd in the winter-night heavens to remind us of His great love for a planet which has wandered away: just like sheep that wandered to where the grass looked greener.
In His great mercy, the Lord raised up John the Baptist to warn His people to, “Flee from the wrath to come!” Matthew 3:7 & Luke 3:7
.
And so, John the Baptist came in the traditional style of the Old Testament prophets, issuing his fiery message to the curious onlookers, who came from all around to eagerly hear him.
“For though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ…”
1st Corinthians 4:15
.
From the hard-working little ants to the wild canine-scavengers, to the various vegetation, to the signs in the sun, moon, and stars: all of nature became John’s “ten thousand instructors”!
.
Everything in nature has the Gospel of Jesus Christ written into it: from the tiniest atom to the greatest galaxy, and beyond, the various aspects of the Gospel are inscribed in some way!
This most amazing phenomenon is seen throughout the winter.
.
Although it can be observed most of the winter, it is seen best when it is the western part of the sky, at winter’s end (The end of winter being the final scene of this heavenly Gospel story).
But the Wide Gate Stars are composed of the two brightest stars of the Auriga Constellation, known as the star, Capella, and the star, Menkalinan.
.
The two stars, Castor and Pollux, make up the concept of the Orion’s Narrow Gate Stars.
.
This can even be observed into June in the western sky (for a short time just after dark).
.
While a dark night is best for seeing the Woman Constellation, the 4 stars which comprise the Narrow Gate/Wide Gate Stars can be seen even under mediocre conditions.
.
It begins with the Fleeing Woman of Revelation 12 Constellation (AKA Ursa Major) going towards these two doors.
.
The sketch to left shows, the two doors are each composed of two bright stars.

The two bright stars that comprise the Narrow Gate are the two brightest stars of the Orion the Reaper’s sickle.

Yes, John the Baptist lived a life of self-denial.

His daily life was a combination of fasting and eating a simple diet (probably not exactly the diet [locusts & wild honey] that most of us in the western nations would choose.}
But the Wide Gate Stars are composed of the two brightest stars of the Auriga Constellation, known as the star, Capella, and the star, Menkalinan.

Is it not true, that we all admire John the Baptist for his disregard for all the creature-comforts which we take for granted, today?
.
Nevertheless, most of us are not able to emulate the life of John, if for no other reason than it’s mostly against the law to merely live out on the desert or in the wilderness.
.
And let’s face it! Not too many of us could live on a diet of locusts and wild honey, either!
But also, like John, we must separate ourselves, as far as possible from beholding the corrupting influences of this sinful world.
.
But even though we might not be able to live in the wilderness, we can do much to shelter ourselves (and our children) from the corruptions of Satan’s Kingdom, this world!
.
2nd Corinthians 15:33 tells us, that…“Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.”
SEPARATE FROM CORRUPTIONS VIA T.V., INTERNET, ETC…
.
And so, the very first thing the Christian would want to do, would be to prayerfully consider ceasing from watching television, and any other corrupting influence or device or association!
.
And many Christian women have fallen into an adulterous relationship, merely because those Christian women have daily partaken of sensual music and television and reading materials!
.
And conversely, many husbands who have indulged themselves with sensual reading, sensual music-listening, have ended up in a similar situation!
.
.

.
“HIDE THYSELF!”
.
Isaiah 26:20 tells us…
…”Come, My people,
enter thou into thy chambers,
and shut thy doors about thee:
hide thyself as it were for a little moment,
until the indignation be overpast.”
.
Yes, God is now pouring out His wrath on a disobedient Church, by allowing Satan to flood us with sights and sounds especially designed to overwhelm us to the point of destroying our souls!
.
And the very best place we can hide from the overwhelming tide of evil is to take refuge in the hiding place, the secret pavilion of prayer and Bible contemplation!
.

“FLEE FROM THE WRATH TO COME!”
Matthew 3:7

And like never before, it is time for God’s people to “flee from the wrath to come”, and to flee to the fortress strong-holds of the spiritual mountains of God!
.
And though we may not be able to fully imitate John’s lifestyle, we can nevertheless go a long way toward finding that same safe-haven.
.
In other words, we cannot now come all the way out of the world.
.
But we sure can come a good way out, if we so-choose!
.
And by showing God that we mean business in our endeavors to, “come out from among them, and be ye separate”, perhaps the Lord will take pity on us and leave behind a blessing in our pathway!
.

HOW THE GATES RELATE TO ORION & DRAGON

This sketch below is when these constellations are in the eastern sky in early winter (However, this constellation group can even be seen as early as July, in the pre-dawn hours).

In the eastern sky, it’s not so easily seen which gate the Revelation 12 Woman will enter.
Satan spews out the deadly water of his false worldly ideologies…

…which many of these ideologies have a form of godliness, but in some way are not in harmony…
.
…or perhaps these worldly ideologies add to the Bible, which is strictly forbidden (see Deuteronomy 4:2).

One of the most interesting of all Bible heroes was John the Baptist.

Jesus Himself made the following comment about John…
…”Verily I say unto you,
Among them that are born of women
there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist:”
Matthew 11:11
.
Away from society in the desert, living an extremely self-denying lifestyle, John the Baptist was a standing rebuke to the licentious/selfish lifestyles of God’s professed people of that day.
And isn’t it true, that we all admire John the Baptist for his abject disregard for all the creature-comforts which we mostly take for granted, today?
.
Nevertheless most of us are not able to emulate the life of John, if for no other reason than it is now against the law to merely live out on the desert in most places.
.
And let’s face it! Not too many of us could live on a diet of locusts and wild honey!
(He most likely ate other things as well, but “locusts and wild honey” were mentioned because they symbolized “the prophets and the law, which was John’s daily spiritual diet)
And so, in the interest of overcoming the world, the flesh, and the Devil, let’s take a moment to examine the life of John.

Yes, it might be profitable to see if we can’t implement some of John’s trade-secrets, in hopes of our own selves winning the final victory over sin and selfishness.
Now the very first thing that John did was to remove himself completely from city life, to live out in nature’s sanctuary.
.
Yes, it would only seem logical that the closer we can come to God’s original plan, the more conducive it will be for health, not only of the body, but also for our spirituality!
.
To behold nature is what God designed for Mankind in the original Garden.
.
And to tend the garden and to keep and dress the Garden was Man’s original occupation.
.
The fresh air, the pure water, the abundant sunshine, and the daily exercise only strengthened John, no doubt contributing to his strength of body, mind, and character.
.
And though we may not be able to live out in the wilderness as did John, we might be able to have a little garden in our yard!
But before we explore these questions, let’s take a look at why these two sets of stars represent these two biblical gates.

Here above, Paul is exhorting Believers to not complicate their lives by accumulating an abundance of earthly Mammon (riches & possessions).

And Paul was a sterling example of what he himself preached.
.
Like John the Baptist, Paul likewise had forsaken earthly possessions, except for the clothes on his back, and perhaps a few tent-making tools-of-his-trade.
Now this website is not recommending that anyone goes to the same extreme as Paul and John the Baptist, or even the Apostle, John.

And yet, those of us in this over-complicated and materialistic society might find that by simplifying our lives will be a great blessing in a number of ways.
First, it might free us up from our many earthly commitments which crowd our minds with worldly thoughts and cares, and instead, fill our minds with the Words of Life, the Bible.
“Dear Lord, Help me to simplify my life as far as possible. But let me not force the consciences of my family members who may not agree with what I want to do…

Now, the reason for focusing on this subject today, is to shine a spotlight on the long-held church-doctrine, “Eternal Torment”.

Yes, for many centuries, the Church has clung tenaciously to this supposed doctrine.
.
And today, the apostate portion of God’s house stills clings to this heresy, not realizing the proper hermeneutics for discovering Bible truth.
.

.
EVERY VERSE MUST BE WEIGHED
.
So, just where does the church-apostate go astray concerning the nature of Hell?
.
The correct Bible hermeneutic (method of interpretation), is that every Bible student must compare spiritual things with spiritual, in order to, “rightly divide the Word of Truth”.
.
In other words, you cannot take one or two or even three Bible passages and make those passages the sum-total of truth.
.
And there are hundreds of passages concerning death and the grave.
.
Most of which are ignored.
.
.
.
.
.
PASSAGES TAKEN OUT OF CONTEXT
.
For example, if all we had was “The Parable of The Rich Man & Lazarus”,then yes, we might conclude that Hell will be a place of continual fiery torment of Lost Souls throughout eternity.
.
Especially when we combine this parable with Revelation 14:11…
…”And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever:
and they have no rest day nor night,
who worship the beast and his image,
and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.”
.
The problem is, these are not the only Bible passages dealing with the nature of Hell!
.
(And smoke rising up for ever can also be a snare for those who do not carefully compare scripture with scripture to find a correct understanding.)
.

QUIET IN THE GRAVE
.
For merely one example of bad theology, is that the architects of this church-doctrine of “Eternal Torment” forgot to consider the following passage found in Job which says…
…”Why died I not from the womb?
why did I not give up the ghost when I came out of the belly?…
For now should I have lain still and been quiet,
I should have slept: then had I been at rest…
There the wicked cease from troubling;
and there the weary be at rest.
There the prisoners rest together;
they hear not the voice of the oppressor.
The small and great are there;
and the servant is free from his master.”
Job 3:11, 13, 17-19
.
You see, this and many other similar passages speak of Hell as the grave; as a place of rest and sleep, and peace.

The “spirit of error” and the “Spirit of Truth”
1st John 4:6

But those who are of the “spirit of error” cannot accept these passages which correct their misunderstanding of the nature of Hell. (see 1st John 4:6 concerning the “spirit of error” and the “Spirit of Truth”)

These deluded ones, whether preacher or parishioner, either try to twist this above passage (Job 3:11, 13, 17-19″) or say that it is merely the ramblings of a discouraged man (Job), or these erring ones simply ignore Job’s words altogether.

LOPSIDED INDOCTRINATION

And so, whenever a brand-new church-member is going through an indoctrination class, such passages as Job 3, are probably not going to be even mentioned!

And so, this church-doctrine continues to be one of the “cherished doctrines” of the apostate portion of the Church.

“Eternal Torment” became a great big billy-club to club frightened unbelievers into submission.
And yet, through the long centuries and even still today, our atheistic society mostly just scoffs that such a cruel-tyrant-God actually exists in Heaven!
.
After all, for preachers to preach that “God is love”, and then threaten unbelievers that He will torture them throughout eternity if they don’t accept Him!

But the Good News is, those who are willing to forsake this present selfish world, to follow Jesus, if they continue in the Word of Christ, they will eventually know the truth.

And the truth shall make them free of these erroneous and abominable church-doctrines which are nothing less than heresies!
“In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword
shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent,
even leviathan that crooked serpent;
and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.”
Isaiah 27:1

So, it says here that those who, “are without”,cannot understand or even discern the many parables, allegories, types, and shadows found throughout the Bible.
The Good News is, that God has allowed enough time for us to begin pleading for spiritual eyesight, that we may begin to discern those parables and spiritual concepts which are veiled within the Scriptures.

And so, we have the privilege of crying out to the Lord, along with the Psalmist…
“Open Thou mine eyes,
that I may behold wondrous things out of Thy law.”
Psalm 119:18
.
Yes, the Bible is filled with wondrous things.
.
But to behold these wondrous things requires the grace of God!
.
And yet, the Bible promises us that…
…”Then shall ye call upon Me,
and ye shall go and pray unto Me,
and I will hearken unto you.
And ye shall seek Me, and find Me,
when ye shall search for Me with all your heart.”
Jeremiah 29:12, 13

As this above passage reveals, we must seek the Lord with ALL our heart, if we expect to truly find Him!

“And when He (Jesus) was demanded of the Pharisees,
when the Kingdom of God should come,
He answered them and said,
The Kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there!
for, behold, the Kingdom of God is within you.”
Luke 17:20, 21

There is a movement afoot to limit the above passage from Luke, which states…“for, behold, the Kingdom of God is within you.” Luke 17:21
.
In other words, there are currently theologians who now attempt to say that Jesus was not saying that the Kingdom of God is within the heart of a Believer.
.
And instead, they say that Jesus was telling those Pharisees that, “the Kingdom of God is in your midst”, since Jesus was standing right there in their midst.
So just what can be done about this frightful situation in today’s church-world?
.
God is now calling His people to begin to make an end-time exodus out of the apostate churches and denominations which are abandoning the great truths they once cherished.
.
And today’s devotional is highlighting just one more reason to, “Come out of her, My people, lest ye be partakes of her sins, and receive of her plagues!”
And so, O Stranger & Pilgrim of the Cross, we must begin to make that departure away from the Babylonish confusion which now pervades today’s church-world.

But the Good News is, that our heavenly bread and our living waters will be abundantly provided on those high hills and mountains in the very day when the towers are fallen, even as it is written…
…”And there shall be upon every high mountain,
and upon every high hill,
rivers and streams of waters in the day of the great slaughter,
“Dear Lord, Take me away from the Babylonish confusion which is the current condition of the church-world, and let me engage in personal study that I may know what the Word of Truth actually says…
Instead of arguing about the technical issues in the debate between Evolution and Creation, there are at least four powerful witnesses which testify of a divine Creator.
.
And so, in Part 1 (click here to read), it was put forth that in all of nature, there are four witnesses, who all testify in behalf of the Creator!
.
Beauty, Poetry, Wisdom, and Laws, all stand up and speak so eloquently in defense of nature’s God!
.
And it would seem, that any doubter or skeptic, who would open his or her mind to carefully consider the testimony of these four very persuasive witnesses, would eventually come to the same conclusion: there has to be a Creator, who is filled with these same qualities:
But since the writing of that first devotional (click here), yet another witness found in nature has risen up in defense of the Creator: a powerful witness that defies and even decimates the supposed logic of the so-called “Theory of Evolution”!

And so, in Part 2 (click here to read), we saw that there are not four, but at the very least, five witnesses found in nature, which all testify of God’s Creation!

And just what is that 5th witness?
.
LOVE!

Yes, love is the 5th witness found throughout nature!
Now, in yesterday’s devotional (click here to read), the law & Order of the universe was touched upon. But today, another witness found in nature will also be focused on: The Poetry of Nature.
.
Yes, all of nature has been designed to be poetic. In other words, all of nature contains various metaphors, which teach us lessons concerning life…
Or the spider is the perfect metaphor for the various traps which are found in the world.
.
For instance, the little bug getting caught in a spider’s web might apply to those who become slaves to drugs or alcohol, or a thousand other soul-enslaving habits in the world.
Well, mankind has filled its libraries with poetry and literature which use the various metaphors found in nature, in attempt to produce a clever and artistic way of presenting truisms about life.
.
Of course, there is no other literature that uses metaphors more than does the Bible! The Bible is literally teeming with metaphors!
.
From trees, to mountains, to clouds, to animals, to ships, to waves, to rivers, to people, to kings, to flowers, to grass, to rocks, and to a thousand other earthly objects, both animate and inanimate, the Bible uses all these to paint countless portraits of heavenly truths.
.
Even the very Cross of Christ became a visual tableau of the love and mercy of God!
Now when Jesus came to this earth, He began to speak in metaphoric terms.
.
And one of the ways He connected with the common people was to present to them parables, little stories which painted little pictures of giant concepts.
.
For instance, Jesus said…“Consider the lilies of the field,
how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
And yet I say unto you,
That even Solomon in all his glory
was not arrayed like one of these!
Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field,
which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven,
shall He not much more clothe you,
O ye of little faith?”
Matthew 6:28-30
.
It is such little poetic statements like this one about lilies and grass, that Christ was able to redirect the minds of humans to behold the things of earth in the light of Heavenly truths!
Well, this is just one more witness of the true origin of the universe.
.
Yes, the poetic, metaphoric nature of this universe is a great testimony that life is not some cosmic accident, but rather the Creation of an all-wise and all-wonderful Creator!

When God created the Moon and the stars, He ordained them to “rule the night” (Gen. 1:16). The Moon, especially when it is full, can light your pathway through the night, as it reflects the light of the Sun.

So too, the Christian is to be a light to the world: to this sin-darkened world. But as the Moon must reflect the light of the Sun, in order to be a light to the world…
.
…so also must the Christian reflect the light of Jesus, to be a spiritual light to this planet in rebellion. Listen…

that they may see your good works,
and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”

However, during an eclipse, the Earth passes directly between the Sun and the Moon, preventing that sunlight from shining on the Moon’s face.

This is an incredible object-lesson about when the child of God allows the world to come between him and his Lord.

Like the eclipse, that person no longer reflects the light of Jesus, because his or her love of this dark world of sin has eclipsed the light from the“Sun of Righteousness” (see Malachi 4:2).

And so, this is just one of the many poetic truths seen in the Moon. (For more on this subject of an eclipse, you may link to the article… “Lunar Eclipse & Spiritual Eclipse”)
Now, there are those who will ask the question…“Well, if God’s people are to hide themselves during the time of Jacob’s Trouble (the Great Tribulation), then just what is the purpose for them to go through this period?”
.
Well, listen to the prophet, Zephaniah…
…”Seek ye the LORD, all ye meek of the earth,
which have wrought His judgment;
seek righteousness, seek meekness:
it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the LORD’S anger.”
.
Here is a very revealing verse which calls on those meek ones, who have already been doing the will of God, to seek even more meekness, and to pursue even more righteousness!
And then it continues to say,“It may be, ye shall be hid in the Day of the Lord’s anger!”
.
Notice it says here, “It MAY BE ye shall be hid in the Day of the Lord’s anger.”
.
So, there is no guarantee that we shall be hid in the Day of the Lord’s anger; but there is a possibility, as it says in the above verse.
.
And so, those who are wise will not wait until the Time of Trouble, to purify their hearts; but will seek God early, for repentance and for Christlike transformation!
Now, why in the world does it say…“wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?”
.
You see, this coming tribulation is a time specifically designed for God’s individual people to bring forth Christ!
.
Listen to Paul…“My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,” Galatians 4:19
.
Yes, this coming tribulation will cause God’s people to give birth to Christ, in their individual heart, as well as in their collective lives as His true Church!
Just as Jacob wrestled with the Angel of the Lord through the night, so too, God’s people will have a one-on-one wrestling match with God, during this “time of Jacob’s trouble”.
.
And because God’s people do not give up, during this great tribulation period, they too, like Jacob, will prevail with God!
.
Yes, the great tribulation before us is specifically designed as a training ground, and a proving ground for God’s people, to be brought to perfection!
.
And so, we may give thanks, even for the coming Time of Trouble, knowing that it is exactly the experience God’s people need, to bring our spiritual fruit to perfection!
This page however just deals with the Woman travailing in child-birth.

When she is in labor, she appears to reach out her hand southward to grasp a The Cross/Scepter, which is coming from the South, out of an ark-like box.
.
There also is a Crown of 12 Stars (13 counting a star in the center).
This reminds us of that well-known passage in Philippians which states…
…”Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended:
but this one thing I do,
forgetting those things which are behind,
and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
I press toward the mark for the prize
of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 3:13, 14

And also another verse of the apostle Paul…
“Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness,
which the Lord, the righteous Judge,
shall give me at that day:
and not to me only,
but unto all them also that love His appearing.”
2nd Timothy 4:8.

So this woman with child is grasping, either for that Cross/Scepter, or perhaps that crown, or both.

This is such an incredible scenario in the heavens!
But this is a very complex concept.

Because this headless woman-with-child, which turns upside down in winter to become the “Fleeing Woman of Revelation 12″…

…and combine this with that Crown and that Cross/Scepter, of which she appears to be grasping for in summer, and these various aspects present a great portion of what the Bible is about.

But the sinfulness and hatred and violence and perverted lusts, as well as the lawless disregard of Mankind has been adequately inscribed on earthly scrolls!

Yes, as one worldly songster sang…“The words of the (worldly) prophets are written on the subway walls, and tenement halls!”
.
That’s right! People down here have spent inordinate hours transcribing the sentiments on various, “subway walls, and tenement halls”, and we might also include, “on restroom stalls!”
Everywhere we go it seems, we encounter what has been coined as “graffiti”.
.
And this modern-day phenomenon has become an earthly testament of the sinfulness of people, predominantly the younger generation as they mostly inscribe vulgarities, lewd images, and false ideologies.
And try as they will, the authorities are mostly helpless to stop this illegal inscribing of words and images on public property!
.
And while many young minds think this stuff is “pretty cool”, many more mature minds think it’s pretty destructive.
.
But after all, we’re living in a society which has rejected the Ten Commandments, the Bible, and has replaced them with an atheistic paganism which promotes this kind of lawless behavior!
.
And so, we’re merely getting what we deserve!

THE SIGNS OF HEAVEN: GOD’S GRAFFITI

But did you know that our great God has inscribed His own graffiti?

That’s right! God, long ago has written His own version of graffiti on the ceiling which covers this world, the night sky…

This above verse has not been properly understood until now.

You see, God is now revealing His own graffiti which has been inscribed via the Sun, Moon, and stars.

Of course, this is totally legal, since God is the Creator and Owner of all things.

Now, God is not content to inscribe this heavenly graffiti on the heavenly scroll.

No, God loves to write graffiti!

In fact, He can hardly stop Himself from inscribing more and more graffiti: that is, He loves to write His own version of heavenly graffiti upon the walls of the human heart!

That’s right! God is in the business of writing His heavenly love story upon the walls of the hearts of each and every Christian.

REPLACING EARTHLY GRAFFITI WITH HEAVENLY
.
But we must cooperate with this Divine Graffiti Master Artist, known as Jehovah God!
.
And just how do we cooperate?
.
Simple!
.
We must understand that we have allowed God’s arch-enemy, Lucifer, to write his own graffiti on the walls of our heart, all through our short lives.
.
Yes, now given the title, “Satan”, this “god of this world” has been busily exposing us to as much sin and selfishness and worldly wisdom, with the intent of filling our heart and mind with the graffiti of sin!
.
But now, God is wanting us to scrub away all those vile images and cheap commonness and ugly vulgarities which have been filling our hearts, all through our lives!
And by separating ourselves from as much earthly filth as possible…
.
…and by constantly and prayerfully contemplating His wonderful Word through our day…
.
…our hearts can be gradually transformed into a beautiful Most Holy Temple, in which Christ can joyfully minister within us!
.
And the wonderful thing is, that He has invited us to be co-priests with Him, as we likewise offer ceaseless prayers and praises throughout our each and every day, while we go about our daily business!
.
And as we hide His precious “words of life” in our hearts, our Most Holy Place of the heart will shine with the golden words which grace our hearts like “apples of gold (faith & love) in pictures of silver (purity)”. (see Proverbs 25:11)

“Dear Lord, Give me the grace to see this heavenly graffiti, written in the sun, moon, and stars!
But every time I must behold Man’s graffiti, let it always remind me of Your commission for me to write Your words of life & love upon the walls of my heart…

STRETCHED FROM SKY TO SKY

In 2012, this constellation was revealed.

It is comprised of all the other constellations on this website, as they appear in the night-sky.

The only way to really see this constellation, is to become very familiar with this website.

This is because this incredible constellation spans both the summer and winter skies.
.
This constellation is actually in a semi-circle, as it appears in the night-sky.
.
These pictures, however, show it as it would appear straightened out.
.
There is an old song which goes…

But the last verse of this song says…

Now what makes all this so extremely interesting, is that this verse was found scribbled on the wall of a deceased “insane” person’s cell in a psychiatric sanitarium, upon removing his corpse.

And little did this “insane” man realize, that God had actually written His love and inscribed that love on the scroll (of the sky).
.
And God had actually stretched that picture of love from sky to sky, just as the song-verse said.
.
And now God has revealed this heavenly portrait of the Son of Man, writhing in pain for a planet who cares very little for Him. (These constellations span both summer and winter sky, and this constellation in this picture to the right actually appears much more curved in the sky.)
“And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude…
saying, Alleluia…Let us be glad and rejoice,
and give honour to Him:
for the marriage of the Lamb is come,
and His wife hath made herself ready.
And to her was granted
that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white:
for the fine linen is the Righteousness of saints”

The Marriage of the Lamb is at hand! And it is time for the Bride of Christ to prepare to meet the Bridegroom!

And so, the Bible calls to the Bride to array herself in “fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.”. Revelation 19:8
Now, one area in which God’s people must clean up, is in the area of our music.
.
The sad truth is, Lucifer, that master-musician who once filled the courts of Heaven with his incredible music and voice, eventually became self-exalting.
.
And his music began to reflect that desire for self-promotion.
.
His selfless loyalty to God, which was originally reflected in his viols, pipes, and tabrets, most likely began to gradually become sensual and earthy.
.
Yes, Lucifer’s secret desire for self-exaltation no doubt began to manifest itself in his music.
But now, God is getting ready to bring a new company of redeemed ones into the courts of Heaven.
.
Sadly, all those fallen angels who sinned will be forever absent from those heavenly courts.
.
But those new citizens of Heaven will never ever be tempted to go astray, as Lucifer and his fellow rebels did!
.
And so, as God’s people get themselves ready to enter into Heaven, they must now begin to purify themselves from the earthy, sensual music which the Church has been embracing for many long decades.
.
There is a need to get back to the music of the early Church…
Just what does the Bible have to say about all singing?
.
Certainly, as one reads the Gospels, the few times music was mentioned, it was very simple, in which the disciples merely sang hymns together.
.
Listen… “And when they (Jesus & disciples) had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.” Matthew 26:30
.
Very simple and spontaneous was the music in the early Church.
.
There was none of the elaborate musical filigree which we hear in today’s music!
.
No attempts were made to tickle the ears of double-minded churchgoers with flesh-pleasing orchestrating, and sensual, dreamy-eyed singers attempting to bedazzle their hearers by their great vocal abilities!
.
No, there was only the trembling, faithful voices of pilgrims, joined together as one, lifting their hearts up to Heaven in joy and thankfulness to their Creator/Redeemer!
However, back in the mid-twentieth-century, certain very worldly-minded musicians decided that it was time to get rid of the sacred music in the churches and give the church-world a musical make-over!
.
And it wasn’t long until Hollywood jumped onto the bandwagon, producing movies which promoted the same idea that the Church must become up-to-date and relevant in today’s pop culture.
.
And so, these worldly-minded, “movers-and-shakers”, together with Hollywood’s influence, completely updated the worship services in most every denomination.
Perhaps the best innovation which came out of the Twentieth Century were those simple “Scripture Songs”, which were nothing more than a scripture verse or two, set to a simple melody.
.
Yes, most of those little songs were composed in simplicity and without any sensuality or pride.
.
And they were a great way for children and adults to memorize Scripture, as they were sung collectively during the worship hour, or individually, amidst one’s daily duties!
.
Yes, those little songs were the closest thing to the Psalms of David (which we find in the center of our Bibles.)
“Sing unto Him, sing psalms unto Him: talk ye of all His wondrous works.” Psalm 105:2
.
Now that the Church-Elect is preparing to meet the Bridegroom, it is perhaps a good time to begin learning Scripture Songs.
.
And the days may soon come in which God’s people will walk along lonely pathways, under the dark and starry canopy of Heaven above them, with no earthly companions to comfort them.
.
This will be a wonderful opportunity to sing such little Scripture Songs (or even to compose them) as they sojourn up those narrow Heavenward pathways.
You would be facing east and looking very high up almost to mid-sky to see this constellation group this way.
.
The altar is farther south but still in the eastern sky.
.
This altar itself is commonly known as “Leo Major“, with the smoke rising being “Leo Minor“.
.
A little farther down this page is the sketch of this same constellation in the latter part of winter, when you look at them facing westward.
.
You will notice that what looked like Gospel seed being cast from her left hand and left foot (see “Woman of Revelation 12-The Fleeing Woman” article for explanation of casting “Gospel Seed”) now appears like smoke or incense rising from the altar.
.
It is not clear why the altar is sideways in back of the Woman.
.
It would make more sense if it were directly under the Woman.
.
However, the Lord must have some spiritual truth to convey concerning this odd positioning of the Altar.
The 7 Stars (Big Dipper) is easy to see with its very bright 7 stars.
.
But the Revelation 12 Woman (Ursa Major) must be seen on a dark starry night, away from city lights.
Well, there is no shortage of Bible passages which speak of the day of the Lord as a time to flee; a time to be hidden; a time to, “cease ye from Man”!
.
Listen to this next passage…
“And the LORD answered me, and said,
Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables,
that he may run that readeth it.
For the vision is yet for an appointed time,
but at the end it shall speak, and not lie:
though it tarry, wait for it;
because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”
Habakkuk 2:2, 3

Here is a very striking prophecy regarding this very time in history when God’s people are commanded to flee from the overwhelming influence of unbelievers who are surrounding God’s people, both in the world, and in the apostate churches.
But even if time would have permitted such a thorough explanation, the fact is, there are many who adamantly refuse to understand this message.
.
They simply love going to church each week.
.
And because they are usually very outgoing and friendly, they love all the social aspects connected with churchgoing, with its many social events and parties.
.
Oh no, they don’t necessarily love to talk about salvational issues.
.
No, but rather, after church, they mostly talk about their job, their cars, their home, their favorite team, their up-coming vacations, their kids, their hobbies, etc…. Jesus is not their “first love”. Revelation 2:4
.
In other words, for them, church is mostly a weekly fraternal/social get-together, covered with a thin veneer of religiosity.

Notice how the right front hoof is trampling on the tail of the Dragon.

Also notice his eye is a star.

It’s best seen when in the western half of the sky.

It is found in mid-sky traveling from east to west.

In January, it is in the west after midnight.

As winter progresses, it can be seen earlier and earlier in the evening. a dark sky with good star-visibility is best, but not absolutely necessary to see this constellation.

It is found on the opposite side of the Dragon Constellation from Orion.
.
And as already stated, this Goodly Horse Constellation can be seen best in mid-winter when it is in the western side of the sky, and you are looking at it while you are facing west.
for either he will hate the one, and love the other;

And He sees right through our façade of “good works” and “good words”!

LIVING IN A CORNUCOPIA WORLD

Where many Christians get tripped up is, because we must live and eat and work in this world, that this seemingly gives license to pursue this cornucopian world with great gusto.

And because everyone else all around us appears to be enthusiastically pursuing the things of this world…
.
…this wrong example becomes a snare to the soul for those who are attempting to walk that upward pathway…
…and various stars from the Andromeda Constellation (valley) Pegasus (Mount of Cursing (middle mount) & Destroying Mount (right)), and Pisces (Broad Way to Hell).
.
The galaxy which appears to be climbing the Mountain of Blessing is the Andromeda Galaxy.
.

Actually, these Valley of Decision Constellations appear in early summer in the pre-dawn hours.
Now when the congregation comes together to partake of the solemn weekly feast of meeting together, quite often, the gossip-grapevine will be in full bloom!

Yes, the stinky gossip just might be flying back-and-forth at these solemn assemblies…
“Did you hear about Deacon Jones?”

“Isn’t there something a little odd about So-And-So?”

“Did you smell tobacco on Sister Smith’s breath?”

“Did you hear what happened last week, when Elder James was out of town?”

Yes, we humans love to smell the dirty laundry of others!

Our ears are always itching for more “juicy” gossip!
No, it was that original Whisperer who spread a vicious rumor about God into the itching ears of Eve…
…”Yea, hath God said,
Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?…
For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof,
then your eyes shall be opened,
and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”
Genesis 3:1, 5

Here was the first instance of vicious gossiping, which occurred way back in the Garden of Eden.

Satan accused God of being selfish.
.
And the woman listened to this vicious gossip, and this Whisperer has been whispering vicious accusations into Mankind’s itching ears ever since that fateful day!

THE GOOD NEWS!
.
Well, the Good News is that it is still the Day of Salvation!

And you and I can beg God, right this minute, to purge us from this pernicious and damning sin!

When God finally and fully removes this sin of criticizing and gossiping, the child of God will feel such a joy and freedom!

And there will be a restoration of God’s Free Spirit, causing us to sing “songs of deliverance!” Psalm 32:7

Counting the Sun as the 1st heavenly sphere, the Earth is the 4th heavenly sphere.
.
If we extend our theory (and it’s just a theory) that God created our solar system to correspond to the commandments, then planet Earth would correspond to the 4th Commandment.

And so, on the very planet that corresponds to the commandment that exalts the idea of “rest” and “peace”, there exists very little peace.

OUR HEAVENLY FATHER ALLOWED US TO “DO IT OURSELVES”

And all God originally wanted was for mankind to enjoy peace and rest and happiness, allowing Him to be their loving Lord.

But when mankind left God’s Rest and wanted to have a “We Can Do It!” world, God in His infinite wisdom decided to allow us to become that kind of a world!
Dear Lord, Help me to read and study Thy Word daily, that I may grow to trust in Thee, and no longer in my vain efforts. Give me a trust in Thy “precious promises”…
But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God…
…For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth…

FOURTH SOLAR SYSTEM MEMBER

Counting the Sun as the 1st heavenly sphere, the Earth is the 4th heavenly sphere.

If we extend our theory (and it’s just a theory) that God created our solar system to correspond to the commandments, then planet Earth would correspond to the 4th Commandment.

And so, on the very planet that corresponds to the commandment that exalts the idea of “rest” and “peace”, there exists very little peace.

There are many Christians who are confused about whether or not to have secular friendships.
.
After all, so many other fellow church-members have no problem maintaining secular friendships.
.
And even many pastors often encourage the parishioners to strike up friendships with unbelievers, with the hope of one day converting them to Christianity.
“Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?”
2nd Corinthians 6:14
.
Now some people imagine this verse to be merely speaking of some contractual relationship, such as marriage or a business partnership.
.
But notice it says, “What fellowship…and what communion…?”
.
Yes, God is asking us the question which so many of us tend to ignore…
.
…”What kind of fellowship,
and what kind of communion does righteousness and light have
with those who are still in their sins,
and still in spiritual darkness?”
.
And so, beside contractual relationships, this is also speaking of everyday friendships with unbelievers.
6:16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.”
.
Now here again, God refers to us as His spiritual Temple. And He refers to friendship with the world, as bringing idols into the temple of God! .

6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean [thing]; and I will receive you,
.
Now here is an even more startling revelation! Yes, God says here that He will receive us if we obey this command!
.
But will He receive us if we disobey this command?
And so, God is asking us these questions to stir up our thinking regarding our relationship to the world.
.
And the bottom line to this passage from 2nd Corinthians 6:14-18 is that there is a vast difference between the people of this world, and the children of Heaven!
.
We are living in two completely different universes, spiritually speaking.
But the Bible doesn’t require us to remain worldly.
.
Now, this doesn’t mean that we are to go around speaking in “Thee’s” and “Thou’s” or wearing a white robe and sandals.
.
No, but rather, we are to imitate Christ in the heavenly virtues of charity, patience, kindness, purity, holiness, faith, temperance, gentleness, goodness, etc…
.

A GODLY CONVERSATION
.
Listen to Peter…“If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God;”
.
As this above verse reveals, God is wanting us to be fit representatives of Heaven to a “world in rebellion against the government of Heaven”.
.
And while the worldly church-community encourages us to compromise our godly conversation, so as to become more like the world, this policy will never secure God’s blessings on our evangelistic efforts.
But before we explore these questions, let’s take a look at why these two sets of stars represent these two biblical gates.

HOW THE GATES RELATE TO ORION & DRAGON

In the eastern sky, it’s not so easily seen which gate the Revelation 12 Woman will enter.
Satan spews out the deadly water of his false worldly ideologies…

…which many of these ideologies have a form of godliness, but in some way are not in harmony…

…or perhaps these worldly ideologies add to the Bible, which is strictly forbidden (see Deuteronomy 4:2).

On the other hand, the Strait Gate (narrow gate) is composed of the two brightest stars of the Orion The Reaper’s sickle. The true Strait Gate represents Jesus, the Word of God.

The best thing that a true worshiper can do in this present-day situation, is to spend copious amounts of time each day, sitting at the feet of Jesus, hearing His Word, and learning new verses.

And the more that His Words of Life begin to fill the heart, the closer will the Christian, “walk, even as He (Jesus) walked” (see 1st John 2:7).
.
And the more one reflects the image of Christ, the greater will be their witness to this spiritually deaf world!
.
They may not hear your words, but they will read you like a book! This is because you will be more-and-more transformed into a walking/talking, “epistle (of Christ), known and read of all Mankind”! 2nd Corinthians 3:2

Notice how the right front hoof is trampling on the tail of the Dragon.

Also notice his eye is a star.

It’s best seen when in the western half of the sky.

It is found in mid-sky traveling from east to west.

In January, it is in the west after midnight.

As winter progresses, it can be seen earlier and earlier in the evening. a dark sky with good star-visibility is best, but not absolutely necessary to see this constellation.

It is found on the opposite side of the Dragon Constellation from Orion.
.
And as already stated, this Goodly Horse Constellation can be seen best in mid-winter when it is in the western side of the sky, and you are looking at it while you are facing west.
There are many Christians who are confused about whether or not to have secular friendships.

After all, so many other fellow church-members have no problem maintaining secular friendships.

And even the pastor encourages the parishioners to strike up “relationships” with unbelievers, with the hope of one day converting them to Christianity.
Well, in Part 1,this question was focused on. And various Bible verses were offered in support of avoiding secular friendships.

No, the Bible has some pretty strong warnings against making friends with unbelievers…
.
And the Reader is encouraged to read Part 1 (click here), to maybe get a better understanding of what the Bible has to say about having unbelieving friendships.
And so, just why does a Christian begin to have this fiery new desire for evangelism?
.
You see, when God puts His Holy Spirit within the heart of a true Believer, that person becomes a, “new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” 2nd Corinthians 5:17
.
Now, that new Christian no longer thinks like the world.
.
In other words, God has now “given to us the ministry of reconciliation;”Verse 18.
.
This simply means that our great desire has now become, to call all others to also begin to follow Jesus up that narrow pathway that leads Heavenward!
Here is something to consider. Do we ever read anything about secular relationships with our three greatest Christian role-models, Jesus, Paul & John?
.
No we don’t!
.
And yet they evangelized more successfully than any other persons on this planet!
.
These three role-models for the Church were so busy with their spiritual life (and daily duties), they had no time for secular entertainment, even had they wanted to!
.
And their only secular associations were with those who were seriously wanting to follow Jesus!
Listen to Paul… “For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.” Philippians 1:21.
.
Does this type of total devotion to Christ by Paul sound like something that would attract worldly friendships?
.
No, Paul’s only desire in life was to transform his own self into the exact image of Christ, so that his evangelism could be more perfect!
.
And for an abject unbeliever to hang out with Paul would become far too distasteful for that earthly-minded, world-loving soul!
.
Listen to Paul…“To the one (an unbeliever) we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other (a true worshiper), the savour of life unto life.” 2nd Corinthians 2:16
And so, no longer do we have any desire to carry on worldly fellowship.
.
But now, because of the Spirit which indwells our heart, the glorious Gospel of Christ is always on the tip of our tongue.
.
And we must oft-times restrain ourselves from speaking about Him when with unbelievers and even with worldly-minded churchgoers!
.
Yes, there must be a wise balance to maintain in our dealings with unbelievers, because, as the Wise Man counsels us, there is “a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;” Ecclesiastes 3:7
.
And just like Paul, we now have become “Ambassadors for Christ” to a world-in-rebellion against Heaven. (2nd Corinthians 5:20)
Well, the very Good News is, that there is still time to turn to God, and ask Him for this wonderful Spirit of evangelism.
.
There is still time to plead for a fiery new heart which burns with the desire to be an ambassador for Heaven!
.
And those who truly desire to become an evangelist, like Paul, should not cease crying out for such a wonderful gift until they actually do receive it!
.
And then, once that wonderful day arrives when we receive that same fervent Spirit that Paul had, all our questions will then be answered concerning whether or not we should maintain secular friendships.
.
And anyway, if God does actually bestow upon us the same fervent Holy Spirit that Paul had, the odds that any unbeliever would ever want to, “hang out” with us will be, at best, slim-to-none!
Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way,
which leadeth unto life,
and few there be that find it.”
Matthew 7:13-14

Listen…“there shall be false teachers among you,
who privily shall bring in damnable heresies…
And many shall follow their pernicious ways;”

One such damnable heresy has been dubbed by theologians as, the “Hermeneutic of Literalism”,or the “The Historical, Grammatical Method of Interpretation”.
.
What this means, is that a Bible student must only come up with a literal interpretation of any Bible passage, unless context absolutely demands an allegorical interpretation.
Oh yes, they will accept a few spiritual interpretations when context demands it.
.
But many radio teachers deride those who interpret the Bible spiritually as far as possible.
.
They actually make up derogatory names, such as, “Replacement Theologians”, to belittle those who interpret Scripture spiritually.
.
And with knowledge of these basic doctrines, these very convincing personalities continue to indoctrinate vast audiences with this anti-spiritual propaganda.
.
And as a result, at the mere mention of the unbiblical, derogatory name, “Replacement Theology”, their audiences often become hostile against anyone who dares to interpret the Bible spiritually.
Now a Bible student cannot just make “any ol’ spiritual interpretation” that he or she desires.
.
No, scripture must be prayerfully compared with all other similar scriptures, to discover what the Bible reveals to be the correct spiritual interpretation.
.
This can often be a painstaking process.
.
And yet, this is the false accusation used by many apostate theologians against spiritually-minded Bible students and teachers.
.
In other words, they often will accuse them of just dreaming up their own totally fabricated spiritual interpretation, saying, “They are just picking-n-choosing their spiritual interpretations out of thin air!”
Now those who have been seduced by this particular Hermeneutic of Literal Interpretation may not lose their Salvation over it, if they actually even have Salvation.
.
And yet, the mere fact that they have been deceived, just might be an indication that they have not yet become truly saved.
.
But one thing is for sure! By convincing the majority of Christians that they must follow this unbiblical hermeneutic, Satan has closed off a great portion of the Scriptures that God intended to be understood spiritually and allegorically.

MANY BIBLE STORIES ALLEGORICAL
.
Yes, many stories about Jesus are allegorical in nature.
.
And many other true, historical accounts, such as Samson, or Jonah, or Job, or Esther, or David, or any and every other historical accounts in Scripture, were orchestrated by God to be allegories concerning Jesus and His war against Satan!
.
These were all given by God to be prophetic in nature, as is written…“for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” Revelation 19:10

Vincent Van Gogh, one of the world’s most infamous artists, once cut off his ear (or part of his ear), to prove his love for a certain “women of ill repute”.

And so, his unsuccessful attempt to woo this adulterous women which he loved, left Van Gogh without his one ear (at least in part).
Now today’s society laughs at Van Gogh’s foolish “sacrifice of love”.

And yet, many Christians have cut off BOTH EARS for the sake of a certain harlot woman’s love!
.
Yes, many, or perhaps most of the professed people of God have made an even greater, “sacrifice of love” for a “woman of ill repute”, which is the Bible symbol for the apostate portion of the Church!
let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches…”
Revelation 2:7

This above statement is repeated 7 times in the Book of Revelation.

It is a very enlightening statement because it reveals that there are those in the churches they do not have spiritual ears to hear God’s criticisms of His people.
Now the very Good News is, that the doors of Salvation are still open!

And all who can hear these letters, can call out to God for forgiveness and repentance!

Listen… “As for me, I will call upon God;
and the LORD shall save me.
Evening, and morning, and at noon,
will I pray, and cry aloud:
and He shall hear my voice.”
Psalms 55:16, 17

We must never give up crying to the Lord for deliverance, even in seemingly impossible circumstances!

And only then, once we have received the Lord’s grace, it can be said of us…“As an earring of gold, and an ornament of fine gold, so is a wise reprover upon an obedient ear.” Proverbs 25:12

This newest Signs Of Heaven Constellation (Fall, 2013) is by far the faintest of constellations, but is a very incredible and awesome one in a number of ways (which this article will explain).

It is primarily comprised of the Camelopardalis Constellation (head and upper back)…
.
…plus about 5 stars from the Cassiopeia Constellation (his leg), plus some random stars.
.
It appears as an outline of a rider.
.
Only the back of his head is detailed.
.
And his back and the back of his legs are also detailed.
.
Both sides of his arm are visible, and his hand is gripping the horses mane, and that is detailed by three stars (which are also part of the horse’s mane).
.
The rider is in a position vaguely similar to a race-horse jockey.
.
The two brightest stars in this constellation, are from the Cassiopeia Constellation, and are part of his leg.
.
All the rest of the stars are very faint, and must be viewed on a very starry night.
And so, Satan comes along and leads us down, down, down the Highway to Hell, causing us to continue our “good works”, which are as counterfeit as the proverbial “three-dollar bill”!

RADIO & TV MINISTRIES DECEIVE THE NAIVE
.
Quite often, Satan will get unsuspecting and naïve ones to begin some humanitarian ministry.
.
Maybe some evangelistic crusade, or some food baskets to the hungry.
.
But the problem is, that Satan uses radio and television ministries to convince churchgoers that evangelism is the most important duty!
.
And so, such naïve and deceived listeners come away thinking that our Salvation is based on how many people we can save!
But the fact is, the purification of one’s own heart, to the conformity of the life into His likeness is infinitely more important than trying to save others!
.
Listen…
“Many will say to Me in that day,
‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Thy name?
and in Thy name have cast out devils?
and in Thy name done many wonderful works?’
And then will I profess unto them,
‘I never knew you:
depart from Me, ye that work iniquity.'”
Matthew 7:22, 23

Here is revealed that a vast throng on Judgment Day, who will be surprised!
“Dear Lord, Forgive me for thinking that my good works somehow make me righteous! Cause me to cease from these ungodly counterfeits and merely sit at Thy feet and learn of Thee…
This above command has always been a test for God’s people.

Even way back in the Garden, Satan caused Eve to add to God’s Word, adding, “Neither shall ye touch it”to God’s command, to not eat of that forbidden fruit!
.
And this addition contributed to the fall of Mankind! (see Genesis 3:3)

TOTALLY FABRICATED DOCTRINE
.
And in the Christian community, theologians have been guilty of adding doctrines which are not substantiated by “the Bible only”.
.
One such unsupported church doctrine which is that Mary and Joseph had a so-called “blended family”.
.
In other words, there are many who greatly desire to make Mary into a perpetual virgin.
.
But in order to do this, the idea was concocted that Joseph must have had other children from a previous wife!
.
And yet, the Bible never once gives the slightest intimation that any such prior relationship existed!
There is absolutely nothing in Scripture which demands or even suggests that Joseph had a previous family, prior to Mary and Jesus.
.
In other words, the integrity of the Bible is very much intact and preserved by Jesus having younger siblings, born of Mary.
.
There is no biblical necessity or rationale to insist on Mary and Joseph having two families.
.
.
.

.
.
END OF DISCUSSION
.
And there is absolutely no need to proceed with this debate, because there is nothing in the Bible that would lead us to any conclusion of Mary and Joseph having two families.
.
And any attempt to invent such a situation is adding to God’s Word, which is strictly forbidden by God!
“saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at My Word.” Isaiah 66:2
.
Listen, if only God’s people really trembled at the Word of God, like this above verse admonishes, there would be much less division and confusion in the body of Christ!

But throughout the past 2,000 years, churches and theologians have been responsible for many unscriptural additions and subtractions from God’s Word.
.
Thankfully, God has preserved his infallible Word, the Bible, so that we may correct our misunderstandings and false notions of the truth!
“Dear Lord, Help me to get rid of all the unscriptural ideas and man-contrived add-ons which I have accumulated over the years. Let me live by Thy Word and Thy Word only…
This page is about the Big Dipper, also called the Great Bear constellation (Ursa Major ).

However, the ancient pagan cultures did not see this constellation as God intended it to be seen.
.
It is actually a headless woman in childbirth.
.
This is seen in springtime, in the northern skies.
.
But as the seasons progress, this travailing woman flips upside down, now appearing as a woman with upraised arms like eagle wings who is running (eventually flying, as shown in sketch on right) into the wilderness (westward).
It is a truly tragic situation in the current-day church community!

God’s people should be watching and praying and hiding ourselves in “the clefts of …the ragged rocks, for fear of the Lord…when He ariseth to shake terribly the earth”

Many, or most of us are, instead, going headlong after the vain pleasures and ambitious pursuits of this world of selfish desires. (see Isaiah 2:19)

The problem is, God’s professed people have been blinded by “the god of this world” and cannot see nor comprehend that the battle is now raging all around us, right this very minute! (2nd Corinthians 4:4)

Oh yes, it’s always been the day of the Lord.

The invisible battle for the hearts and souls of humanity has always been raging!

But in the last decades, Satan has caused the church-going masses to drink the Mystery Babylon Harlot’s wine, saying, “to morrow shall be as this day, and much more abundant.” Isaiah 56:12
.
Consequently, the Church has a veil over our faces which prevents us from discerning the deeper truths of God’s Word.
And so, the bulk of professed believers do not realize that the prophecies of Revelation are being fulfilled right before our very eyes.

Only, we have been spiritually blinded and cannot see this battle!
.
“Oh, no no no!!!”, confidently say they, “Revelation is for the literal Jews at some future time! You’re not of the twelve tribes! And you won’t even be around when all that bad stuff begins!”
.

“And what I (Jesus) say unto you I say unto all, Watch.”

.
Well, the very Good News is that none of us need to be wearing that veil!
.
If only a Christian will fall to his or her spiritual knees and beg and plead for God to open our eyes that we may “behold wondrous things out of Thy Law”, God would take away the veil which prevents us from seeing the spiritual nature of Revelation. (Psalm 119:18)
.
And then, with eyes open and armor on, we can pierce through that veil and enter into the battle now raging all around us.
This “Man in the Moon” is a fitting symbol of the watchfulness that we must have in order to resist the sin and deception that assails God’s Church…from without and from within…
…“Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth;
keep the door of my lips.
Incline not my heart to any evil thing,
to practice wicked works with men that work iniquity:
and let me not eat of their dainties.”
Psalms 141:3, 4.

But this night watchman does not keep silent. No, he cries to the Lord over the atrocities he must witness each night…
…“I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem,
which shall never hold their peace day nor night:
ye that make mention of the LORD,
keep not silence.”
Isaiah 62:6.
.
So too, this 1st-face appears as if to, “sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof (of God’s City, Jerusalem).” Ezekiel 9:4
Just think about all the pleasures and pursuits that this modern-day world has to offer!
.
Just look at all the opportunities we have to carve out some little empire of our very own making!
.
Yes, in this present-day cornucopian super-society, any ambitious individual can start their own business, and eventually build their own little kingdom!
.
And it’s a type of frontier in which we can build a little empire of our very own making!
There are seemingly endless varieties of television shows and movies to be entertained by!
.
And with the aid of a remote-control device, I need only sit back and let “the god of this world” entertain me and my children with story after story!
.
Yes, one might call it, “Storybook-World”!
.

A “WANDERLAND”?
.
Or how about all the intriguing places to visit in this world?
.
There is an inexhaustible list of exotic cities and mysterious places to visit and aimlessly wander through!

You might want to call it, “WanderLand”!

Well, you get the idea. This current-day world has been especially re-designed to keep its inhabitants busy, busy, busy in an almost endless variety of people to see, places to go, and things to do!

There are clubs to join…
…restaurants to frequent…
…coffee-shops to relax in…
…sports and amusements to engage in…
…resorts to visit…
…recreational vehicles to purchase…
…houses and gardens and lands to obtain…
…endless music to listen to…
…plays and operas to dress up for…
…sensual pleasures to indulge in…
…books to read…
…curious sciences to dabble in…
…and on and on and on it goes!

It truly can be said that we’re now living in a Theme-park World today!
And so, as new Christians, we begin our journey out of this selfish world, and onward and upward on the pathway up to the Paradise of God!
.
But Satan attempts to lure us back into the world by one or more of his pleasures and pursuits!
.
And so, the danger is, that we simply become so busy pursuing the things of the world, that we have little time nor inclination to take our Salvation seriously!
“Dear Lord, Lead me to that water of life, and make me to drink freely! And then, help me to keep my eyes looking ever-upward, so that the things of earth will grow strangely dim…
Okay, so that’s a big and bold statement! But just look around at this world!
.
From cradle-to-grave, we are taught that we must depend upon our own strength to get things done!
.
And we are told we must depend upon our own intellect to solve our problems!
.
Yes, this is truly a Rosie-The-Riveter world in which the people attempt to live by their own strength and intellect, instead of trusting in God’s strength and His infinite intellect!
And an integral part of being a child of God, is to live by faith!
.
Yes, Christians have been called out of this faithless world, and given the commission to become “Ambassadors For Christ”, presenting to all onlookers, an example of Christlike love, purity, and FAITH. (see 2nd Corinthians 5:20)

WHAT IS FAITH?

But many new Christians today are asking the question…“Just what is biblical faith?
…And how do I live by biblical faith?…
…And where do I begin, to live by such a faith?”
.
Well, if a person would go to just about any pastor, and ask the question, “What is faith”, that pastor would direct him or her to Hebrews, Chapter 11.
.
That chapter has been aptly nick-named, “The Hall of Faith”, simply because it is filled with various examples of Bible characters who held on to faith, in spite of adverse circumstances.
And this “Hall-of-Faith”Chapter 11 begins by making the simple definition of faith…
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for,
the evidence of things not seen.”
Hebrews 11:1

Here is a concise, one-sentence definition of faith: to take hold of the things we know that God wants to give us, even before we actually receive them!
.
This is faith!
.
But the next 39 verses go on to mention the different individual acts of saving-faith which were exercised by some of the most notable characters found in Scripture: Abraham, Moses, Samson, as well as many others.
Now one of the great stumbling blocks that so often makes it difficult to live by faith, is that Satan has so completely immersed us in this faithless world to the point that our spiritual sensibilities have been greatly blunted!

Listen to Habakkuk’s description of our undone spiritual condition…
“Therefore the law is slacked,
and judgment doth never go forth:
for the wicked doth compass about the righteous;
therefore wrong judgment proceedeth.”

Here it is discovered that Satan greatly destroys our Christian virtues by merely encompassing us by unbelievers on every side.

Because he fully understands just what a powerful influence our daily associations can be!

Listen again…“Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.” 1st Corinthians 15:33

Here again, God reveals that by carelessness in associations, Christians can actually quench the Holy Fire that burns within the soul!

And before long they unknowingly begin to devolve down into the same faithless lifestyle of the world!
Perhaps at the end of each day, maybe while lying down in bed (and all through the day), we need to spend much time thinking back on just what “exceeding great and precious promises” might have been employed.

having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”

Constant learning and hiding of the many Bible promises into our hearts is a critically important part of our daily walk in the Lord!
