“Babylon is fallen, is fallen...Come out of her, My people…”, is the call which God is now trumpeting to the world.

Yes, God wants His people to begin a spiritual exodus out of the hopeless madness of this doomed planet, and begin their heavenward sojourn to “the Celestial City of God” (as John Bunyan’s Pilgrim’s Progress called it).
But today’s devotional will home-in on just one part of Babylon, the world: the public school system.
.
Oh yes, for many decades, Christian parents have been aghast over the antichrist curriculum of the public-school systems, in which atheist philosophies were daily force-fed to the children: atheism, socialism, evolution, etc..
Young schoolchildren have long been indoctrinated into atheism/Darwinism, thus entering into adulthood with no moral compass, and no divine purpose.

“Humans are an accident of nature” is a lie which many secular teachers are unknowingly (or knowingly) filling the minds of their pupils with.
.
And also, statistics are showing increasing numbers of suicides during each school season, when young people are made to suffer various forms of peer-pressure and even peer-oppression!
.
In other words, suicides occur less when school season is over.
But now! But NOW, if these aforementioned atrocities weren’t intolerable enough, a new threat has emerged!
.
Yes, who would have ever thought that the western societies could become so wicked that first graders, and on up, would become the victims of sexualization…
.
…and sexualization of the worst kinds of perversions, foisted on them by the very adults which we wrongfully imagined to be their moral guardians!
.
Yes, the devolution of society has gotten so bad that it might even make the citizens of ancient Sodom and Gomorrah blush!
And just look at what they’re now doing to history, as they are beginning to rewrite history books to malign the western cultures as being hopelessly racist!

Oh yes, racism and slavery were indeed, a dark, dark stain on the societies of the past (some evil nations still use slave labor).

But not being content with the subject of slavery already being taught in schools, they are now going to re-write, omit…
.
…and embellish history books until they exaggerate the whole foundation, sum and substance of America appear to be entirely about slavery and racism…
.
…ignoring that the vast majority of Americans of that era never even owned slaves, much less approved of it!
.
Certainly not true worshippers of God! Just the opposite! True Christians vocally opposed slavery, and called for its abolishment!
.
But now this society is even teaching school children to judge one-another, based, not on the content of character, but rather, on skin-color!
As if the insanity in schools hasn’t already peaked, the newest madness comes in the form of the elimination of advanced courses, to “level the playing field” for under-achievers.
.
In other words, because some students perform less than others, the schools are beginning to eliminate advanced courses so that “the under-achievers won’t feel inferior”.
And the Good News is, that God has promised a New Heaven and a New Earth in which all the redeemed ones will enjoy a world in which no sinful darkness will ever exist again.
.
It is a good land, a land flowing with “sincere milk of the Word”, and “honey out of the Rock”, in which we will never grow old, but be forever joyful, forever content, and forever young! (1st Peter 2:2 & Psalm 81:16)
The 7 Stars (Big Dipper) is easy to see with its very bright 7 stars. But the Revelation 12 Woman (Ursa Major) must be seen on a dark starry night, away from city lights.

Since the advent of the Internet and cell phones, the world has been increasingly exposed to all the predators, liars, tricksters, groomers, and scammers who attempt to steal whatever they can, via these devices.

Multiple times per day, some fraudster may call you and attempt to lure you into any one of a thousand different schemes! And the Internet is just as bad!

Needless to say, this flood of lies and deceptions has taken its toll on the human race.

Jaded and leery, the multitudes of humanity, especially the young, are drowning in a sea of despair over this increasingly hopeless world, which itself is likewise sinking into the bottomless pit of depravity and immorality!
“For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.”

Oh yes, it’s always been a dishonest world. And a good share of politicians have always been deceptive…all through time.

But never has this world’s dishonesty been exposed to the degree that it’s now being exposed to today’s onlooking, voyeuristic, media-obsessed public!
Just a few years ago, the public was so amazed to witness various governments so willing to make false claims about the Covid pandemic, along with the so-called “vaccines”, masks, statistics, and many other aspects concerning Covid.

And a great percentage of the populace became horrified at the dishonesty of the Internet goliaths in their banning, censoring of any websites which disagreed with the politically correct covid narrative put forth by the world government authorities.

And all this giant tsunami of dishonesty which flowed out of the extremely corrupt media, and the public’s willingness to be lied to, can be explained by today’s two signature Bible verses.

In short, this antichrist world-system is owned and operated by, “the god of this world”, Satan…

…whom Jesus called “The Father of Lies”, as Jesus likewise referred to the unsaved multitudes as Satan’s followers.

The Bible reveals that we are all indwelt with “the spirit of error”, prior to our personal Salvation! (2nd Corinthians 4:4 & 1st John 4:6)
But God has faithfully created this wave of water, in such a way, as to illustrate this same concept of the seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns.

Because this wave of water is basically comprised of ten stars.
.
The main body of the wave has seven stars (#’s 1 thru 7, in the sketch), and the tip of the crest of the wave has the other three stars, (#’s 8, 9, 10).

So in this wave, we see the same 7/10 numbering found in the Revelation description of the heads/horns/crowns of the Dragon.

And this gives us a great clue, as to where in the Bible we should look, to find out the riddle as to just what or who do these 7 heads, 10 crowns, and 7 horns represent.

Because, the Bible speaks very much about floods and waters as being associated with Satan (the Dragon).

Up until the mid-twentieth century, there was a steady and gradual downhill decline of morality and Christianity in the “western nations”: the very nations which once enthusiastically embraced the Christian Reformation.

But with the advent of modern media, the decline began to become a rapidly descending slope!
And concerning the spiritual decline of those nations, let it also be said that there are many who have sought to understand the Book of Habakkuk over the past centuries.

But this was not possible, because the vision of Habakkuk had not yet been revealed.
.
This is because Habakkuk was written especially for our day.
.
And now, the vision of Habakkuk is finally able to speak to our current situation in the world.
Well, let’s listen to Habakkuk’s complaint to the Lord…
“Therefore the law is slacked,
and judgment doth never go forth:
for the wicked doth compass about the righteous;
therefore wrong judgment proceedeth.”
Habakkuk 1:4

Here is seen that the prophet is perplexed and distraught concerning the overwhelming flood of unbelievers which cause God’s people to “err in vision, and stumble in judgment”. Isaiah 28:7
Now, today’s devotional is titled, “High-Tech: Swifter Than Leopards!”

So, just what has happened that causes this title to be fulfilled?

“For, lo, I (the Lord) raise up the Chaldeans,
that bitter and hasty nation,
which shall march through the breadth of the land,

Here is seen, howbeit in veiled allegorical language that in the last days, the Chaldeans (the unsaved multitudes of the world & worldly church) will come as swift as leopards to spoil God’s people!

And even in the third-world nations, television and Internet are now possible!
Yes, by means of the modern-day pied-pipers, called television, radio, and Internet, the entire world is now under the control of these swifter-than-leopards devices.

SATAN THE TRUE ENEMY

And even though TV has been mass-produced by humanity, nevertheless, mankind is not the true villain here.

No, the Bible tells us…
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood,
but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of this world,
against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God,
that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day,
and having done all, to stand!”
Ephesians 6:12, 13

Here is seen that it is not flesh-and-blood which is the enemy!

But it is the unseen spiritual forces of darkness which are orchestrating the events, the inventions, and the tides-of-change sweeping through the land, “swifter than leopards, and more fierce than the evening wolves”!
Satan now has the ability to control the world like never before in history, via these high-tech inventions!

And let’s not forget that the Bible calls him, “‘The Prince of the Power of the Air’, that spirit that now works in the children of disobedience!” Ephesians 2:2

And via these “power of the air” devices, he can now marshal the peoples of the world in unison against the armies of Heaven and against the chosen and elect remnant-people of God!
And so, just what is the solution to this seemingly impossible situation?

Well, the prophet Habakkuk says in Chapter 2…
“And the LORD answered me, and said,
Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables,
that he may run that readeth it.
For the vision is yet for an appointed time,
but at the end it shall speak, and not lie:
though it tarry, wait for it;
because it will surely come,
it will not tarry.”
Habakkuk 2:2, 3

Here we see that it is now time to “RUN!”
.
Here it is seen that it is no more time to be planting, building, buying, selling, marrying (and divorcing)!
.
No, it is time for God’s sorely tried people to run to the safety and refuge in the appointed hiding place in the heavenly “everlasting mountains” which surround the “Jerusalem now…in bondage to sin” (see Genesis 49:26 & Galatians 4:25)
Well, obviously, the very first place to run for safety is from the presence of these unwholesome influences.

But we are not to force others into submission to our will!
.
And so, in the secret pavilion of God, the Believer can pray for his or her family, that they too may eventually come along on this end-time exodus out of this world.

Yes, as Habakkuk encourages, “but the just shall live by his faith. ” Habakkuk 2:4

And our faith will continually grow as we exercise great patience in waiting for our family’s salvation without attempting to force them into submission!

Paul is scolding us, because we have been letting others do our Bible studying and even do our thinking for us, when instead, we ourselves should be teachers by now!
So in conclusion, each and every one of us needs to become so well-grounded in the Bible that, we each can… “sling stones at an hair breadth, and not miss.” (spiritually speaking, of course)! (Judges 20:16).

Yes, the verses of the Bible are those stones.

And we all need to be willing to deny ourselves every earthly pleasure, if it means spending more time in God’s Word.

And for Heaven’s sake! Let’s stop eating all that ABC gum, and all that ABC food, and start eating God’ Word instead!

Yes, it takes a lot of chewing. But it will be well worth the effort!

It seems as though, over the past decades, a number of novels/movies have had an uncanny accuracy in predicting a soon-coming dystopian hell-scape.
.
Such books and movies, as “Animal Farm”, “1984”, “Soylent Green”, “Brave New World”, all portrayed a futuristic nightmare in which oppressive global totalitarianism finally reigned supreme.
And even in Hollywood, a few movies have seemed to somewhat predict a future in which life had devolved in a man-made hellscape.
.
Two such movies painted a portrait of several cities given over to wanton greed, violence, lust, and lawlessness.
.
Oh yes, these movies were extremely exaggerated, and yet not too far off in predicting the lawless “Concrete Jungle” into which many cities are even now sinking!
.
Even a laboratory-created virus became part of the plot in one of those movies!
.
And 30/40 years after these movies, we now see many cities overrun with poverty, homelessness, murder, drugs, divorce, sex-slavery, sodomy, racism, theft, gambling, gang-violence, which are at an all-time high.
“And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.”
Matthew 24:12

But all these man-created literary and film productions only mirror what the Bible had already long-ago accurately foretold concerning these end-times.

Yes, even long ago, the Bible had likewise painted a bleak portrait of this very day in which we now find ourselves!

Listen…“And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.” Matthew 24:12

This verse alone has accurately predicted the future hellscape of these last days which we’re already beginning to see: a lawless and loveless planet!
…”This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, said to me (to Jeremiah):
‘Take from My hand this cup filled with the wine of My wrath
and make all the nations to whom I send you drink it.
When they drink it, they will stagger and go mad
because of the sword I will send among them.’

So, here is foretold of the Day in which the Lord will cause “ALL NATIONS ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH” to drink of the wine of His wrath which causes the world to go mad (some versions say “insane”)!

Well, these two movies were both about escaping from a futuristic hell-scape.

But the fact is, the problem goes far beyond merely escaping from those two major cities!

This is because the growing insanity we’re beginning to witness is a pandemic madness which knows no boundaries, nor any borderline!

It is a worldwide phenomenon and is even now being piped into our living-rooms, via television, radio, Internet, cellphones, etc….
In today’s Christian community, the general consensus is that the two beasts of Revelation 13 will be fulfilled in the near future after the Church has been Raptured out of this world.

In other words, today’s Bible teachers put forth the doctrine that these two beasts are merely two human individuals, who are empowered by Satan to deceive the world during the coming 7-year tribulation.
Now this website has many articles which teach that these two beasts of Revelation 13 (the Antichrist and the False Prophet) are actually the two great divisions of Satan’s warfare against Christians throughout the New Testament era.

And this division can be seen in the two ways in which Satan has attacked the Church over the past two thousand years.

ROME, THE 1ST BEAST

The first era was the persecution of the Church by pagan Rome and later by spiritual Rome.

This went on for a period of 1260 prophetic days (prophetically, 1260 years).

But after the 1st beast-power received a deadly wound by a sword (the sword of the Spirit, the Word of God), then arose the 2nd beast-power, the false Prophet.
This 2nd beast-power was Satan’s creation of a period of financial and material prosperity for the same nations which formerly embraced the Christian Reformation.

This Beast identified as arising out of the earth.

And isn’t it true that the last several hundred years has been a period of ever-increasing prosperity for these nations?

The earth and all that it yields, has been the great power-source of these last few centuries: the industrial revolution, followed by high-tech revolution.

Thus, it is the beast which arose “out of the earth”.

The great era of prosperity has been the means of this False Prophet to gain power over the people of the world.

And because of all the economic opportunities now available, this satanic entity, the false Prophet, has successfully diverted the church-world into going after the earthly Mammon, instead of whole-heartedly seeking after Salvation.

THE PROSPERITY-DRIVEN GOSPELS
.
Now, having said all this, there is another aspect to this second beast, the False prophet which needs to be clarified.
.
It needs to be understood that every false prophet teaches truth mingled with lies.
.
That’s how false prophets deceive people!
.
And of course, the greatest deception in the church-world are the prosperity gospels now being taught and accepted in most every church and denomination.
.
These gospels are given such tags as the “Name-It-And-Claim-It Gospel”…
.
…or in the more conservative churches, “The Entrepreneurial Spirit”…
.
…or even, perhaps, “The American Dream”.
.
(Oh yes, these prosperity ideologies may be fine for the people of the world to pursue, but the Christian’s great focus and chief desire is now to be Heavenward, not on the world, seeking to be transformed into the image of Christ.)
Either way, these false gospels have successfully poisoned the purity of Christ’s true Gospel.
.
In other words, most every Bible teacher mingles much truth with their false ideas.
.
And the prosperity-driven gospels have many other false teachings as well.
.
And this website has many devotionals which enumerate the various false teachings now being thrust on the deceived parishioners in today’s churches and denominations.
But the great point of today’s devotional is that the False Prophet of Revelation 13 is comprised of all the seemingly countless false teachers found in today’s Christianity: radio preachers, TV preachers, Internet preachers, and pastors and local Bible teachers.
.
These all mostly read one-another’s books and so there seems to be a general consensus among them as to what constitutes truth.
.
And so, by means of these thousands of false teachers and theologians, the entire church-world has become a Babylon of confusion!
.
Oh yes, they all teach a certain amount of truth, but also enough lies to derail the parishioners, poisoning whatever truth might otherwise be learned by their hearers.
.
And hopefully, there are many other, true pastors, who are presently deceived, yet will eventually come out of the Babylonish confusion and deception which now pervades the organized churches.
But God is now calling His people to come out of the City of Confusion, and flee to the safety of the spiritual mountains surrounding spiritual Jerusalem (the churches and denominations).

It is a spiritual end-time exodus, spoken of in Psalm 125:1, 2…
“They that trust in the LORD shall be as (heavenly) mount Zion,
which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever.
As the mountains are round about Jerusalem,
so, the LORD is round about His people from henceforth even for ever.”

Yes, God is now calling His people to flee to the safety of the spiritual mountains surrounding spiritual Jerusalem (the churches and denominations).

In Revelation, the Dragon of Revelation 12 is described as having seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns.

However, the Dragon Constellation up in the night sky does not.
.
But God has faithfully created the wave of water, in such a way, as to illustrate this same concept of the seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns.
.
Because this wave of water is basically composed of ten stars.
.
The main body of the wave has seven stars (#‘s, 1 thru 7).
.
And the tip of the crest of the wave has the other three stars (#’s, 8, 9 & 10).
.
So we have this 7 and 10 numbering.
.
And this gives us a great clue, as to where in the Bible we should look, to find out the riddle as to just what or who do these 7 heads, 10 crowns, and 7 horns represent.

Because, the Bible speaks very much about floods and waters as being associated with Satan (the Dragon).

There’s a whole lot of finger-pointing going on these days, wouldn’t you agree?

Millions of Internet users can now gleefully enjoy the destruction of the lives of others, all the while maintaining their own anonymity.
.
Yes, by simply pointing the accusing finger at someone, and using such smears, will ‘fire up’ the hateful attacks by the Internet mobs to point, that another life is destroyed!
Now, some of the current name-calling sounds like this…
…”They’re a bunch of Nazi Fascists!”
.
…”They’re all racists!”
.
…”He’s a modern-day Hitler!”
.
…”They’re a bunch of ‘such-&-such-Phobes’!”
.
For those who watch the daily news shows, these smears are commonly heard, and oft repeated!
.
And because the citizens of western societies absolutely cower in fear over being labeled by such smears, this becomes a powerful weapon from the tongues of hate-filled men and women!
Joseph Goebbels, Propaganda Minister for Adolph Hitler said,“If you repeat a lie often enough, people will believe it. If you repeat a lie often enough, it becomes the truth.”
.
And using the major media as willing accomplices, the public now hears these derogatory names being repeatedly chanted on a 24/7/365 basis.

So then, could it be said, that the very ones currently following the same philosophical views of that notorious Nazi leader, Joseph Goebbels, are actually the true Nazi’s?…
Well, today’s devotional is still attempting to further bring out this concept that at whatever point we judge another, we are guilty of the same.

Yes, the Bible forewarns us that when we point the accusing finger at someone else, there are three fingers pointing back at us: THREE FINGERS FROM HEAVEN!
As a matter of fact, certain political factions who daily accuse their political foes of being “fascists” are they themselves now beginning to call for suppression of free speech, sometimes even to the point of physical violence.
.
And the group which points and calls “racists” are quite often the exact same group which hates another color-group, simply because of the color of their skin!
.
In other words, are not the finger-pointers at others actually, they themselves, behaving just like totalitarian fascists, or like racists of the past had always behaved?
.
It’s a good question to ask ourselves.
.
The Bible clearly teaches…“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?” Jeremiah 17:9
.
As this above verse reveals, humans just do not know how much wickedness is bound up in our own heart!
One great problem with listening to Satan’s whisperings, is that this is how this “Accuser of the Brethren” gains access into our hearts and minds.

And once we allow him access, he often begins to torment us with all sorts of “evil surmisings” about the motives of the hearts of others. (1st Timothy 6:4)
.
We must remember the Wise Man’s advice…
“Keep thy heart with all diligence;
for out of it are the issues of life.
Put away from thee a froward mouth,
and perverse lips put far from thee…”

Yes, to guard the avenues to the soul, not allowing Satan any access, is our first and foremost duty!

Well, time will tell just where all this venomous hatred between the political groups will end up.

The only hope for any of us, is to turn to the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind and strength!

You see, the Pharisees were extremely moral, wealthy, full of good works, and looked down on others whom they deemed less than themselves in those same areas of behavior.

In other words, they judged others by their own personal standards.

And in today’s world, we tend to judge those who are “the dregs of society” as deserving of their unfortunate circumstances because they are just a product of a lifetime of making bad choices.
“Dear Lord, Help me to fully understand the truth about these matters. Take away the judgmental Pharisee (the “Old Man”) which still dwells in my heart…
And the Bible has much to say about wolves, and foxes, and dogs.

And this wolf-face inscribed in the Moon has much to tell us about ourselves.

And all the world is under obligation to keep that day holy…
“Now we know that what things soever the law saith,
it saith to them who are under the law:
that every mouth may be stopped,
and all the world may become guilty before God.”

Oh yes, the Sabbath was to be a sign between the Lord and His people (see Exodus 31:13). But this verse from Romans 3:19 declares that the whole world is also under the Law of God!
“Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind”
.
Now this devotional is not going to debate whether Friday night to Saturday night must be observed by the letter.
.
As the Bible says concerning those observing one day, or those who consider all days are alike, “let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.” Romans 14:5
Listen again…“Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against Thee.” Psalm 119:11
.
Okay! So, to sit at the feet of Jesus and hear His Word, and allow His Word to fill our hearts and minds: this is the answer to our dilemma!
.
And as we grow in grace and in the knowledge of the Lord, God will work in us to purify our hearts and burn away the rubbish that once cluttered the halls of our hearts!
And speaking of glittering diamonds, just go outside on any clear and dark night and behold the glittering diamonds of the Signs Of Heaven!
.
Yes, like precious jewels, these heavenly signs sparkle brightly as they proclaim the precious truths of God’s Word.
.
And those who are willing to devote themselves to unceasing prayer and constant meditation of God’s Word, will begin to locate these heavenly messengers!
.
So why not put away our vain search for earthly treasures and begin to search for the everlasting riches found throughout the Bible…

…and now to also seek after those precious gemstones that God is revealing in the heavens…

There are two main political powers in this and also in other western nations: “The Right”, and “The Left”: “Conservatives” & “Liberals”: “Capitalists” & “Socialists”.

Now, to understand these two groups, we need to read Revelation, Chapter 13:11…
…”And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth;
and he had two horns like a lamb,
and he spoke as a dragon.”

This chapter describes a spiritual entity, empowered by Satan, which arises out of the earth, and causes the whole world to bow down to the first Beast of Revelation 13 (Satan’s Antichrist world-system).

And so, God has given this second beast, a counterfeit of the Lamb of God, the title, “The False Prophet” having “two horns like a Lamb, and speaking as a Dragon (Satan)”.

In simpler terms, we see the political “Left horn” attempting to perform various acts of mercy/compassion…

…while the political “Right horn” attempts to perform various acts of justice/morality.
.
And yet, without God’s indwelling Spirit of Holiness, both of these two political powers are making a mockery of true compassion and true justice.

They simply cannot do things correctly, being void of the Holy Spirit!

As Jesus says, “For without Me, ye can do nothing!” John 15:5.

Yes, without Jesus residing in my heart, I may have “a form of godliness”, but it will merely be a satanic counterfeit!

The first Beast (Satan’s reign over Europe causing Church & State oppression) did “rise up out of the sea”. Revelation 13:1(The sea of nations).

But this second beast, the False Prophet, (Satan’s reign over America), is spoken of as “coming up out of the earth” Revelation 13:11
.
Yes, Satan’s empowering of America came largely from the natural resources of the earth.

And this earthy second beast-power was empowered to bring from the earth, the “industrial/technology” age…
.
…in which mass-manufacturing of goods and innovations of nearly every type enriched this and even other nations.
“And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, AND HE SPOKE AS A DRAGON.”
Revelation 13:11

In former decades, it was not nearly so obvious that America spoke as a dragon.
.
However, for decades now, Satan has been speaking through television, radio, Internet, public schools, and the printed page.
.
And by these communication devices, the great Deceiver promoted sexual immorality, selfishness, unbridled hedonism, narcissism, racism, etc., cleverly masking them under the cloak of “a form of godliness”. 2nd Timothy 3:5
.
Through lies, distortion of truth, using even various TV/Internet shows and movies, this False Prophet Beast has promoted a false narrative to cause “the love of many to wax cold” Matthew 24:12.
For example, the political “Left horn” of this 2nd Beast, False Prophet, continually tramples on the rights and freedoms of various “unprotected” groups…

…while supposing to help other “politically correct” groups which they favor.
.
On the other hand, the political “Right horn” often goes too far in promoting causes which the Bible forbids.
.
In other words, they often encourage “human effort” instead of encouraging humanity to place implicit trust in the “exceeding great and precious promises” found throughout Scripture. (2nd Peter 1:4)

And so, these are merely two examples of how the False Prophet Beast of Revelation 13 is a poor counterfeit of the true Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Dear Lord, Give me an understanding of all these things. Make me to be wise as a serpent, but harmless as a dove in this dangerous and deceptive world…

7 HEADS, 10 HORNS, & 7 CROWNS OF THE DRAGON

“And there appeared another wonder in heaven;
and behold a great red dragon,

In Revelation, the Dragon of Revelation 12 is described as having seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns.

However, the Dragon Constellation up in the night sky does not.
.
But God has faithfully created the wave of water, in such a way, as to illustrate this same concept of the seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns.

Because this wave of water is basically composed of ten stars.
.
The main body of the wave has seven stars (#‘s, 1 thru 7).

And the tip of the crest of the wave has the other three stars (#’s, 8, 9 & 10).

So, we have this 7/10 numbering.

And this gives us a great clue, as to where in the Bible we should look, to find out the riddle as to just what or who do these 7 heads, 10 crowns, and 7 horns represent.

Because, the Bible speaks very much about floods and waters as being associated with Satan (the Dragon).

Yes, when the persecution of God’s faithful remnant ceased after the Dark Ages, Satan instead began to embrace the Church…

Are you old enough to remember that startling movie, “Dawn of the Dead”?

Being one of the first of its kind, it had a stunning effect on 1970’s moviegoers.

That is, to see dead people slowly sleep-walking through a giant shopping mall, surrealistically going through the motions of shopping…
.
…and all this while silky violin strains of “elevator music” echoed through that post-apocalyptic mall, was a giant shock to movie audiences back in those days!
Now this devotional is not promoting the idea that we should be watching movies.

No, but the intent is rather to provide an earthly analogy for biblical ideas!

And of course, the Bible declares our pre-Salvation condition in the following manner…
…”And YOU hath He quickened (made alive),
WHO WERE DEAD in trespasses and sins:
Wherein in time past YE WALKED
according to the course of this world,
according to the prince of the power of the air,
the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:”
Ephesians 2:11, 12

Yes, the Bible repeatedly pronounces our condition as being walking-dead souls, prior to Salvation!

That is, without the life-giving Holy Spirit indwelling our hearts, we are merely enjoying the selfish pleasures of this world: Satan’s Dark Kingdom of the Living-Dead lost souls!
Well, just as the walking dead were trying to eat up the earth’s remaining humans…
.
…so too, in these last days, the unsaved people of the world and in the apostate church-world will attempt to eat up God’s remnant people, even as it is written…
“Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge?
who eat up My people as they eat bread:
they have not called upon God.”
Psalm 53:4

Here we have a prophecy which will see its final fulfillment in the coming days.

Whether speaking literally or just spiritually, God’s people will be devoured, even as written…
“Be sober, be vigilant;
because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion,
walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:”
1st Peter 5:8
Oh yes, it’s true, that God’s people have suffered under the cruel hand of Satan for many long centuries.
.
In one way or another, the persecution of Christians has never ceased.
.
By feast or famine, Satan has attacked God’s people over the centuries!
.
But there is coming a grand finale, in which God’s people will suffer one last time.
Now, even though these verses will have a spiritual fulfillment, it may be true that we will begin to see a literal fulfillment as well…
“The hands of the pitiful women have sodden their own children:
they were their meat in the destruction of the daughter of My people.”
Lamentations 4:10

Yes, there was literal cannibalism during the Siege of Jerusalem in 70 AD.
.
But we may see an even greater fulfillment in these last days, as the restraining power of God is finally removed from the unsaved multitudes of the earth!
“They are terrible and dreadful…they shall fly as the eagle that hasteth to eat. They shall come all for violence:”

Even right now, societies are devolving at a rapid pace, we are stunned and amazed at the animalistic behavior of violent mobs!

Hatred is growing at an exponential rate.

And if things continue to worsen, the unsaved world may become so wicked, that Christians may eventually find themselves fleeing from insane mobs, in a scenario similar to one of those apocalyptic Zombie movies!
But the Good News is that God will only allow that which He deems necessary for the purification of His people.

Yes, just as those three Hebrew boys walked about in the midst of the fires of the King of Babylon…
.
…so too will God’s people soon walk through the fiery tribulation now prepared by Lucifer, the true King of this Babylonish world!
.
And when Christ can see His reflection in His vessels of gold and silver, the persecution will cease.

And so, let’s take heart that the coming days, weeks, and months will be for our eternal glory, though the fires of tribulation will be heated 7-times hotter (“7” being God’s perfect number)!

When God created the Moon and the stars, He ordained them to “rule the night” (Gen. 1:16).

The Moon, especially when it is full, can light your pathway through the night, as it reflects the light of the Sun.
.
So too, the Christian is to be a light to the world: to this sin-darkened world.
.
But as the Moon must reflect the light of the Sun, in order to be a light to the world, so also must the Christian reflect the light of Jesus, to be a spiritual light to this planet in rebellion. Listen…

and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”

However, during an eclipse, the Earth passes directly between the Sun and the Moon, preventing that sunlight from shining on the Moon’s face.

This is an incredible object-lesson about when the child of God allows the world to come between him and his Lord.

Like the eclipse, that person no longer reflects the light of Jesus, because his or her love of this dark world of sin has eclipsed the light from the“Sun of Righteousness” (see Malachi 4:2).

But in today’s western societies, there is now occurring a dumbing down of the culture!

Oh yes, there continues to be many scientific and technological discoveries. That aspect of knowledge still grows.

But higher thought is rapidly devolving.

In the music world, the entertainment world, as well as general wisdom, the general populace is no longer excelling, but rather becoming increasingly base and crude, with each passing year.
But even American history is no longer required in school, especially since it involves the Church coming here to escape the tyranny by the church-state beast-system of Europe during the Reformation years.

And of course, because the founding fathers of this nation were Bible-based, today’s atheistic school-systems are totally averse to teaching any such “dangerous” events.

And so, just ask almost any young person the most basic questions concerning history, and most of time, chances are, they don’t know what you are speaking of!
The great literary works of yesteryear have greatly been replaced by TV dramas which often capitalize on pride, murder, revenge, lust, greed, hate, and other animal-like behaviors.

And Internet is even worse, pushing the lowest, crudest, lewdest, and vilest videos, etc., steering young people away from anything elevating and ennobling.

One religious commentator recently made the comment that he views public schools as being spiritual death-camps!

No, this is actually the evil workings of “the god of this world”, Lucifer, who controls, to a great extent, what the societies of the world do and don’t do.

And let’s face it, young people who have been dumbed-down in their knowledge of history are very pliable and much easier to manipulate in any direction which his Satanic-Majesty wishes to lead them…“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge”, says the Lord!Hosea 4:6

Yes, as this above verse reveals, a lack of knowledge is a very dangerous thing!
Yes, the call to come out of our ignorance goes out to any and all men, women, and children who desire to escape from this floating Devil’s Island prison-house, Planet Earth!
And every wise parent should take time to read to their children from such great history books of the Church, as Ellen White’s, “The Great Controversy”, which explains in simple language, the basic history of the Church for the past 2,000 years and onward till the Return of Christ in the clouds of glory.

This kind of daily enlightenment will prepare children for their eternal future, as well as giving them knowledge, wisdom, and understanding for the present-day.
And those who desire with all their hearts to renounce this present world, and begin to live for the Promised Land, which is soon to come, will want to remember this closing “exceeding great and precious promise”…
“And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.” Revelation 12:3

In Revelation, the Dragon of Revelation 12 is described as having seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns. However, the Dragon Constellation up in the night sky does not.

But God has faithfully created the wave of water, in such a way, as to illustrate this same concept of the seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns. Because this wave of water is basically composed of ten stars.

The main body of the wave has seven stars (#‘s, 1 thru 7).
.
And the tip of the crest of the wave has the other three stars (#’s, 8, 9 & 10).

So we have this 7 and 10 numbering.

And this gives us a great clue, as to where in the Bible we should look, to find out the riddle as to just what or who do these 7 heads, 10 crowns, and 7 horns represent.

Because, the Bible speaks very much about floods and waters as being associated with Satan (the Dragon).

For those who have finally arrived at the stark realization that God isn’t going to Rapture the Church out of the world, just prior to all Hell breaking loose in the final conflict, the following question must be answered: “How can I be hidden from the wrath to come?”
.
Yes, there are many sincere Christians who are now coming to the realization that they had been deceived by their teachers into believing that God’s people would be literally removed from the earth, just prior to the Book of Revelation being fulfilled.
.
And now that “all Hell is breaking loose”, right before our very eyes, it is becoming increasingly difficult to cling to this phantom church-doctrine, based upon the non-existent, non-biblical title, “The Pre-Tribulation Rapture”!

“These (Bereans) were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the Word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so”
Acts 17:11

Now this website has numerous articles which reveal the true interpretation of Revelation, and the two beasts which arrive on the world stage. And those “Noble Bereans” who wish to search these things out are invited to begin such a quest for truth.
“When righteous men do rejoice, there is great glory: but when the wicked rise, a man is hidden.”
Proverbs 28:12

But this particular article is dedicated to those who are striving to be hidden in the day of God’s anger. And by carefully reading this article, one can learn just how and just where to build the perfect shelter from the approaching storm.
.
The people of the world, who call themselves “Preppers”, know how to build bunkers. They know how to supply their food water, air, money, ammunition, self-defense, etc., so as to be safe during the soon-coming storm.
.
And it might be wise to observe what these “Preppers” do and apply it spiritually for the benefit of all of God’s people who happen to be, “Spiritual Preppers”.
Now, the first step in becoming safe and well-hidden during the approaching crisis is to choose the perfect location for one’s spiritual bunker. Location is of utmost importance! It cannot be stressed enough, just how critically important is the choosing of one’s bunker location for his or her safety and survival! And, many preppers opt for some mountainous hideaway.

Listen to Scripture’s advice…“Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?…He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure. Thine eyes shall see the King in His beauty: they shall behold the Land that is very far off. ” Isaiah 33:14, 16, 17
.
As you can see from this passage, just how important it is to choose a mountainous location, even one which has a view of “the Land that is very far off”! And the “munitions of rocks” (Bible verses) are also a must as a place of defense!
.
And listen to this next verse…“But they that escape of them shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them mourning, every one for his iniquity.” Ezekiel 7:16
.
This above passage from Ezekiel describes the very time we’re now entered into. It is a time of repentance and mourning for the past years of our foolish mingling with the world. And it speaks of fleeing to the mountains, just like the first three Gospels likewise speak of fleeing…“And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto.” Luke 21:20, 21
.
These two passages both say the same thing, howbeit, in spiritual allegorical language. God’s people realize that they and their children have been led astray by the secular world and by worldly Christians. But God now calls His true sheep to, “Come out of her, My people, that ye partake not of her sins, and receive not of her plagues” Revelation 18:4
.
And so, these verses (plus many more similar verses in Scripture) all tell us to, “escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed.” Genesis 19:17
.
And so, the absolute best possible location for God’s people is in mountainous strongholds!
.

WALKING THROUGH DANGEROUS MINE-FIELDS, ETC….

Every “Prepper” knows the importance of making a safe pathway to his or her mountainous stronghold. And also, a good map and trusty compass are essential items to carry on this uphill climb to safety.
.
And the spiritual prepper likewise knows that traveling during this time of trouble can be very dangerous. And so, a very critically important part of making it through to safety is to have a safe route, guide-map and compass for this uphill trek.
.
Listen…“Concerning the works of men, by the Word of Thy lips I have kept me from the paths of the destroyer.” Psalm 17:4
.
Here is the map and compass which the spiritual prepper needs to safely journey through the many obstacles which undoubtedly will be encountered!
.
Listen again…“Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” 2nd Peter 1:4
.
Again, it is through the many “exceeding great and precious promises” found in God’s Word, that the spiritual prepper can safely navigate through the pitfalls, evil beasts, and other such lurking dangers along this upward path.

BUILDING THE BUNKER
.
Now, once we establish our mountainous location, comes the rather laborious process of building our shelter, our bunker. And most preppers will spend much time and energy building their bunker.
.
Of course, the King James Bible does not use the name, “bunker”. Instead, we read of “chambers”. Listen…“Come, My people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.” Isaiah 26:20
.
Here is a warning from God to enter into our chambers till the “indignation” is passed over. Sounds like a storm shelter, doesn’t it?
.
Well, in a very real sense, it is a shelter from the storm…“Behold, a King shall reign in righteousness…And a Man shall be as an hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.” Isaiah 32:1, 2
.
Here is established the necessity for a bunker, that is, a shelter from the approaching time of trouble.
Now, when building our bunker, our shelter, three things are necessary: food, water, and air. Every wise prepper understands the necessity of these existential elements.
.
So let’s explore just what must be done to supply an abundance of fresh air…“The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.” John 3:8.
.
So here is where our supply of fresh air comes from, just as it is written…“And when He [Jesus] had said this, He breathed on them, and said unto them, Receive ye the Holy Spirit’” (John 20:22).
.
Here is the very best and purest air supply one can obtain for this coming tribulation!
The next step in construction of our bunker, is to have an abundant supply of pure water…
“He that believeth on Me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.” John 7:38
Here is the best possible means of having fresh, clean, and pure water.

Here is a fantastic way to get all the water you could ever wish for…“But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.” John 4:14
.
And of course, we can’t forget that wonderful promise from Isaiah 33:16…“He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.“
.
And so, these passages assure us that water should not be a problem at all!
There are numerous companies advertising emergency-food-supply-kits for those “Preppers” who see the importance of being prepared for whatever crisis comes their way. And the “Spiritual Prepper” must likewise imitate those preppers of the world, who prepare themselves for emergencies.
.
And so, every wise prepper must have an abundant supply of food to make it through the approaching crisis: such foods as “the bread of life”, “the fruit of the Spirit”, and “the milk of the Word”, as well as “the meat of the Word”. (John 6:48, Galatians 5:22, 1st Peter 2:2, Hebrews 5:13, 14)
Every wise Prepper knows the importance of being well-armed. A large cache of weapons such as rifles, knives, hand-guns should be properly stored to defend against whatever enemy comes against them. But the Spiritual Prepper fully understands that, “The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.” 2nd Corinthians 10:4
.
Yes, the Spiritual Prepper should have “two swords” (i.e., The Old & New Testaments…Luke 22:38).
.
Ephesians 6 likewise refers to them as “the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God”. But the Prepper also needs, “the shield of faith in which to extinguish the fiery darts of the wicked one”. Along with the “breastplate of righteousness, and the helmet of Salvation”, that Spiritual Prepper should be prepared for any attack from the enemy! (see Ephesians 6 for these verses)
No wise Prepper would neglect to have a supply of silver and gold on hand, and the Spiritual Prepper should likewise have his or her own supply of spendable riches…

Listen…“Acquaint now thyself with Him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee. Receive, I pray thee, the law from His mouth, and lay up His words in thine heart….Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks. Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver.” Job 22:21-25
.
Here is all the gold and silver you will need through the coming crisis! The Word of God!
Today’s Preppers know the importance of self-defense. And as the crisis worsens they realize that hand-to-hand combat may become their only means of survival. Taekwondo, Karate, fisticuffs, kick-boxing, are just a few of the ways in which Preppers prepare for the coming crisis.

And those who are Spiritual Preppers understand that the art of wrestling will definitely be required in the coming days and months…“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12
.
Yes, our skill and perseverance in the art of wrestling will become a necessity in the near future. Even one of our spiritual fathers, Jacob, “wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day.” Genesis 32:24And God used Jacob as a picture of our soon-coming engagement! (read the article, Today’s Devotional – July 13th (Time of Jacob’s Trouble, Part 1: “Alone With God!”))

Yes, the Spiritual Prepper must learn to perseveringly wrestle in the prayer, faith, and patience, which will all be required to make it through the long night ahead!
.
The Enemy will attempt to discourage the Spiritual Prepper to the point of giving up. And so, it will be necessary to wrestle with the Angel of the Lord for blessing and strength to persevere until the Dawning of the Day!
“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith”
1st John 5:4

Now this little exercise in spiritualizing the things of the world, converting them into Heavenly truths, gives us a wise plan for the coming conflict. And yet, we have a precious promise for our assured victory…“Being confident of this very thing, that He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:” Philippians 1:6

Yes, our victory is sure, because that victory was won on our behalf on the hill called Calvary!
“And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her (Babylon), My people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:4

God has a people in Babylon. Yes, Mystery Babylon is the Mother of Harlots. The sketch to the left shows her riding this beast with 7 heads and 10 horns.

But in that spiritual city, there are those who still love God to a certain degree. And before the final plagues are poured out upon her, God has been and will continue to call His people out of her… “And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her (Babylon), my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:4

And so in addition to The Pleiades appearing as the Harlot Mother, we also see this second depiction of The Pleiades as an angel, which symbolizes God’s people, walking the downward pathway to destruction. They must be called out of Babylon before it’s too late!
One Spirit is ruled from Heaven, while the other is ruled from Hell.
(“Hell” being the spiritual darkness of this world “Tartaroo”, and yes, Hell is also the grave, “Sheol”).

And so, either you are indwelt by one spirit or the other.

There’s no third alternative!

There’s no neutral ground in this world!

FLAT-EARTHERS!?

One area exists in which mankind’s self-deception really shows up in various conspiracy-theories.

For example, there is a large group of people who actually claim to believe the earth to be flat.
.
By taking several Bible verses out of context and ignoring the scientific realities, this self-deceived confederacy of “Flat-Earth Truthers” have actually convinced themselves that the earth is flat!
.
Yes, this and many other similar and ridiculous conspiracy-theories, only reveal just how incredibly self-deceived that we humans can become!
.
Listen to Scripture…“But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.” 2nd Timothy 3:13
.
And this above verse reveals that in this very day, men’s own evil hearts will deceive themselves.
.
And to believe such utter nonsense (which many conspiracy-theories are), shows just how demonically possessed the human mind can become, when NOT under the protective power of the Holy Spirit of Truth!

But it’s not just flat-earthers who are believing crazy things!

No, all through society, multitudes are likewise giving heed to ridiculous ideas…

…ideas such as, that males can become females, and visa-versa…

…or the idea that little children can choose to have life-altering, mutilating procedures performed on them to change their biology…

…or that allowing biological men to compete against female athletes is a good and fair matchup…
.
…or that criminals don’t need punishment and/or incarceration…
.
…or that making street-drugs lawful, abundant, and easily attainable can solve the drug-addiction crisis…
.
…or thinking that shutting down much of the world’s economy during a flu-like epidemic to keep sick people at home was a good idea…
.
…or that this beautiful and amazing creation came about by an explosion…chaos into order…
.
…or that a gullible public believing politicians and media sources spreading obvious falsehoods simply because it bolsters their particular political beliefs…
.
…or that the government can endlessly go into greater and greater debt and not eventually suffer devastating consequences…
.
Yes, we live in a world in which its lost souls are easily fooled by that Master-Deceiver, “the god of this world”, Satan! 2nd Corinthians 4:4

TO CREATE ANIMOSITY: animosity of one group against the other group!

TO DISCOURAGE: When many children who grow up in “cultish” false gospel communes, finally decide to reject and separate from their parent’s, zealous fanaticism.
But amidst this very bad report, there nevertheless is some extremely Good News!

Yes, even though the hour is late, God has graciously allowed us deceived ones the time to come out of the City of Confusion, Babylon (Babylon the world, and Babylon the apostate church-world!)
.
And so, we must get down on our spiritual knees and plead with God to deliver us from the evil lies of Satan, as we humbly begin to search the Scriptures daily, for the truth which will by-and-by set us free!
.
And then we can confidently exclaim…
.
“…by the word of Thy lips
I have kept me from the paths of the destroyer….
O God…deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man…
A certain movie producer/director was once approached by a very apologetic actor whose costly mistakes caused a certain scene to require numerous re-shoots.
.
Well, this very famous producer/director obviously knew how much these mistakes were costing.
.
Nevertheless, in his usual low-key, super-dry, dead-panned wit, the director responded to the clumsy, yet apologetic actor, “It’s only a movie”.
Of course, that statement, “It’s only a movie” is a reference to what parents often tell their crying children to comfort them when some horrible movie scene frightens them.
.
But if you really ponder it, that statement, “It’s only a movie”, has an eerie parallel to this world with all its horrific events.
.
Yes, the world has its own wisdom, which can so often be translated into spiritual analogies.
.
.

.
.
“…Cause all the nations…to drink it (God’s cup of fury). And they shall drink, and be moved, and be mad (insane)”
Jeremiah 25:15, 16 (condensed)

And as the world sits back in its recliner and watches all the present-day pandemic mayhem and madness, it no doubt makes them nervous and frightened… “What in the world is going on here?”, it silently screams to itself.

Yes, this current-day situation is getting so absolutely upside-down-crazy, that it’s hard to believe that all this world-wide insanity is really happening!
.
But to us, His frightened children, our God says…“It’s only a movie”.
.
.

.
.
“Be not troubled”
.
Oh no, God obviously doesn’t say those exact words, “It’s only a movie”.
.
But He does say such things as…
…”And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars:
see that ye be not troubled:
for all these things must come to pass,
but the end is not yet.”
Matthew 24:6
.
Notice that it says here that “such things must come to pass”.
.
Yes, God is in full control of world events.
.
And these events have all been allowed to happen by the God of infinite foreknowledge, and pre-determined purpose, according to His infinite wisdom.
Nevertheless, as we behold the daily tragedies around the world, it rightfully causes us to mourn for those suffering ones.
.
And the suffering in this world is very real, very great, and very painful!
.
And it certainly makes God weep!
.
But alas, God must allow us to see all these sad events, or we will never understand the true nature of our rebellion against Heaven, and the tragic results from turning our backs on Heaven!
Listen again to what Daniel 4:35 says about God’s divine providence…
“and He (God) doeth according to His will in the army of Heaven,
and among the inhabitants of the earth:
and none can stay His hand,
or say unto Him, ‘What are You doing?!'”

Here is one of the most revealing verses in the Bible!

And coupled with so many similar verses along with, “great and precious promises”, the Christian can take great comfort in knowing that all things are going as planned…“for that that is determined shall be done.” Daniel 11:36
And the “programming” has all been pre-determined long ago.

God knows what’s in the heart of Man.

And He has allowed television, radio, magazines, Internet, etc., for the purpose of showing us how terrible this selfish world really is.

Oh yes, Satan, the great False Prophet has his spokespeople on the media telling how wonderful our lives can be.

And he produces many movies and TV shows and even TV advertisements which portray this world as a “great place” to pursue one’s dreams and aspirations.

But then, we simply turn the channel to the horrific news reports, and get a good dose of the reality of what this sad world is truly all about.
Well, the Good News is, that we can each choose whichever ending we desire to this grand movie!

A happy ending is offered to every one of us!

It just remains for you to choose, and for me to choose!
.
And of that happy ending it is prophesied…
…”And an highway shall be there, and a way,
and it shall be called The way of holiness…
the redeemed shall walk there…
and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads:
they shall obtain joy and gladness,
and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.”

A certain Christian radio talk-show was focused on all the mass shootings which are occurring so regularly these days.

And the host was concerned about having more security measures, more well-trained and weaponized professionals, more background checks, as well as further safety checks in the future.

Of course, all these preventative measures might be necessary.
But even with all these seemingly good and necessary safeguards in place, the deep underlying cause for all the killings and crime sprees has not been properly addressed.

And while they may stop the bleeding for a while, they do not get to the root of the problem.
The problem is, we just don’t fully realize the depths of what 2nd chronicles 7:14 is really saying.

Most faithful churchgoers look at this verse and merely think of it only in terms of morality and outward behavior.
.
But what most of us just don’t fully comprehend is, that the Christian life is a moment-by-moment faith-walk, as the Spirit of God leads us onward and upward along the pathway of Bible truth.

Here is the essence of true Christianity. To keep our eyes fixed on Jesus.

That is what is meant when 2nd Chronicles 7:14 commands us “to seek My face”.

Oh yes, God fully assists us in this process.

He works with us every moment of the day, even though we’re not aware of it.

And yes, God often gives us times of rest, and refreshment, and joy during our daily faith-walk.

But in addition to spending our day meditating on His Word, it is also the many trials, both big and small which are God-ordained to purify us from the nagging sins which seemingly refuse to let go of us.
But while both the secular world and nominal Christians vainly attempt to solve society’s problems in superficial ways…

…those who are truly called by God’s name must cast away all our earthly idols, both big and small, just as Isaiah, Chapter 2:20, 21 says…

and his idols of gold,
which they made each one for himself to worship,
to the moles and to the bats;
To go into the clefts of the ragged rocks,
for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of His majesty,

Yes, God has arisen, and He is beginning to shake the earth terribly.

And so, it is high time for His people to cast away our many idols, and begin to fully devote ourselves to our God-given commission to overcome the world, the flesh, and the Devil.

Okay, so those in Berea were more noble, because they:

1. “Received the Word with all readiness of mind.”
.
2.“And searched the Scriptures daily, whether those things were so.”
.
And so, the Bereans were ready to receive new teachings, which no doubt, conflicted with the supposed, “orthodox” teachings of that day.
.
Thus there was an open-mindedness which permeated their hearts, and a willingness to search the Scriptures daily, in hopes that these seemingly new teachings were indeed true!
This Revelation 12 Dragon “cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.” Revelation 12:15
.
And this amazing constellation is comprised of various stars from several different well-known constellations.
.
And this Dragon was created by God to reveal and confirm a great Bible truth regarding Satan and his war against Heaven.

And the wave of water coming forth out of the Dragon’s mouth is spoken of in more veiled terms in such places as Psalm 22:5, 6…
…”When the waves of death compassed me,
the floods of ungodly men made me afraid;
The sorrows of Hell compassed me about;
the snares of death prevented me;”

So here we see that the Dragon’s wave of water is actually symbolic of Satan’s army of willing humans…

…who oppress the Church through means of false doctrines, oppressive dogma, and mind-indoctrination via various ungodly influences.
In Ellen White’s book, “The Great Controversy Between Christ and Satan”, she addresses this issue of liberty of conscience, and the future persecution against the faithful remnant people of God.

Now, when reading this fine book, Great Controversy, it is also an uncanny look forward in time, to our day, and speaks of things only realized in these last few decades.

And yet, because it was written in the late 1800’s, it doesn’t fully explain things from today’s vantage point.
.
In other words, we have a much greater advantage today, because we can more clearly and more fully see the reality of the current world situation.
.
Yes, we now have the great advantage of living in this day when prophecy is being fulfilled right before our very eyes!
.
Nevertheless, Ellen White was given great insight into Bible prophecy, and by reading The Great Controversy, it is a tremendous witness that God was indeed working mightily through her!
But in this fearful time we are now living, we realize that Satan’s oppressive warfare against God’s people is of a much wider scope than merely from the papal church-system.
.
And perhaps this chapter does not bring this aspect out as clearly as it should.
.
Nevertheless, we can now see things in much clearer light, and understand that liberty of conscience is in much greater peril because of the totalitarian nature of the current-day oppression!
Yes, with the advent of such things as television, radio, and Internet, Satan is now using virtually all of society to control the hearts and minds of God’s remnant people.
.
And all this mind control goes far beyond the Church, as he works through these various means to indoctrinate all of society, yea even all the world!
.
Even the educational institutions are currently being used in his battle to control the hearts and minds of the people!
.
Oh yes, there are no doubt, many fine and dedicated employees within these institutions.
.
But just like the apostate churches and denominations, these honest-hearted people would be mortified and appalled to realize that Satan is using them as pawns to further his oppressive warfare against the entire world, and especially against God’s faithful ones!

Yes, the Lord will see us through the “troublous times” ahead!

And as good and noble Bereans, we must with open minds and truth-seeking hearts, prayerfully study all these things to see if they are indeed so!

But sadly, the focus was on the ways that humans can solve our own problems, by our own strength, and with our own intellect: more security, more laws, more restrictions, more money, etc…
But if only we would stop and listen to the Voice which rules over the whole universe, we might discover the only true Way of forever solving our increasing lawlessness in the land, and around the world!

The Bible reveals that Mankind’s problems are not due to humans.

No, instead the Bible reveals the following…
…”For we wrestle not against flesh and blood,
but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of this world,
against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
Ephesians 6:12
.
Here is revealed the true source of the problems which are currently plaguing Mankind: the “rulers of the darkness of this world…spiritual wickedness in high places”.
“The wicked shall be turned into Hell, and all the nations that forget God”
Psalm 9:17
.
The Bible is replete with true historical accounts regarding God’s protection of those societies which obeyed Him, and His lack of protection for the societies which went headlong after wickedness.
.
And let’s face it! The western societies, which once enthusiastically embraced the Christian Reformation, have long ago distanced themselves from the Gospel.
.
And these societies are now suffering the recompense from their turning away from God. God is allowing these nations to fight their own battles, because they refuse to call on Him for help.
“How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning!…that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms…that opened not the house of his prisoners?”
Isaiah 14:12, 17

It’s not more guns, or less guns, or more police, or more soldiers, or more money, or more locks, or more walls, or more laws, or less laws, or more education, or whatever else we think we need to protect ourselves from our enemies.

The Bible reveals that Satan has now been given the title, “the god of this world” (2nd Corinthians 4:4).
.
And as such, his spirit resides in the lives of the children of men, causing them to do his bidding.
.
Fallen humanity have become the prisoners of Satan.
But in spite of this, we often read in Scripture of how God came to the rescue of any society, when that society truly turned back in genuine sorrow for sin.
.
The tiny Book of Jonah is just one example of the Lord’s mercy on a heathen nation which truly repented and sought the Lord’s mercy.
Well, the Good News is, that God will protect any individual who truly becomes a follower of Jesus.
.
Oh yes, many true Christians became martyrs, in centuries past, and even today in other nations which are hostile to the Bible.
.
But God’s protection and His blessings are poured out on each one of His genuine followers with every new day, until the day arrives in which God removes them into His everlasting Promised Land, the Paradise to come!

As the popular saying goes, “All roads lead to Rome”.

Yes, we live in a world in which the City of Rome has been more or less, the centerpiece of western civilization.
.
But what about the word “romance”?
.
Are we to assume that Romeo’s & Juliet’s all-consuming passion has some connection with Rome?
.
.
.
.
.
.
ROMANCE CAN TURN RATIONAL PEOPLE INTO ABSOLUTE FOOLS!
.
Well, regardless of the etymology of the word, “romance”, the real question is, “just what is the source of the overwhelming amorous passion which consumes two people who ‘fall in love’?”
.
After all, many people have personally experienced the rapturous euphoria which so often accompanies a new relationship.
.
And most people will cringe over their memory of some past moment when they made an absolute fool of themselves, because of getting hopelessly caught up in a romantic state of mind.
.
And let’s face it! Romance quite often causes really bad decision-making.
.
And many terrible and critical mistakes have been made, by reason of the blinders which lovers so often wear because of their new romance.
The Bible is not completely silent about the superficiality of romantic feelings. The story of how “Amnon was so vexed, that he fell sick for his (half) sister Tamar.” 2nd Samuel 13:2
.
Yes, King David’s son was “head-over-heals” for Tamar, a beautiful young virgin, also the daughter of David (from another wife).
.
But after Amnon finally forced her to lose her virginity…
…”Then Amnon hated her exceedingly;
so that the hatred wherewith he hated her
was greater than the love wherewith he had loved her.”
2nd Samuel 13:15
.
So here is an incredible account of how fleeting and superficial that romantic feelings can be.
.
Amnon’s love instantly turned to hatred as soon as he got what he wanted.
.
His burning passion turned to utter disdain for that lovely girl!
.
And sadly, many a young and naive schoolgirl must learn this same tragic lesson!”
Now of course, many Bible students will make the argument…“But the Book, Song of Solomon is all about the passion of romance!”
.
But with a prayerful study of “Song of Solomon”, “comparing spiritual things with spiritual”, the true meaning of that little book can be discovered: God’s love for His bride, the Church!
.
And all those seemingly “gushy” descriptions are actually metaphors for spiritual truths.
.
For example, when God speaks of “breasts”, He is actually referring to “the milk of the Word” which gives spiritual life and growth to new Christians. (1st Peter 2:2)
“The spirit that now works in the children of disobedience”
.
Now, what almost everyone forgets or never even knew, is that Satan is the one whom 2nd Corinthians 4:4 names, “the god of this world”.
.
And as such, the inhabitants of the world are indwelt by “the prince of the power of the air, that spirit that now works in the children of disobedience”. Ephesians 2:2
.
And because the world’s populace is void of the Holy Spirit, the “prince of this world” can bring on any type of lust and idolatry he wishes.
.
And let’s face it. So often, romance is nothing more than lust and idolatry.
But the Good News is, that any man, woman, or child can begin to reach out to the Lord, and seek after the knowledge of His Word.
.
And by receiving His Holy Spirit, that true Believer can experience genuine agape love: a godly love and kindness and understanding for others.
.
And then, should that Believer decide to seek after a spouse, there will be a calm and rational and self-controlled attraction to his or her spouse-to-be, which will not be a passionate lust or idol-worship.
.
But rather, it will be a tri-fold union with Him whose great agape love for His Church is shared between those two Believers who desire to join in holy matrimony.
In Revelation, the Dragon of Revelation 12 is described as having seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns.
.
However, the Dragon Constellation up in the night sky does not.
.
But God has faithfully created the wave of water, in such a way, as to illustrate this same concept of the seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns.
.
Because this wave of water is basically composed of ten stars.
.
The main body of the wave has seven stars (#‘s, 1 thru 7).
.
And the tip of the crest of the wave has the other three stars (#’s, 8, 9 & 10).
.
So, we have this 7/10 numbering.
.
And this gives us a great clue, as to where in the Bible we should look, to find out the riddle as to just what or who do these 7 heads, 10 crowns, and 7 horns represent.
.
Because, the Bible speaks very much about floods and waters as being associated with Satan (the Dragon).

BREEZING THROUGH THE TIME OF TROUBLE

But today’s devotional will highlight one of those three admonitions which will guide us, and breeze us through that soon-coming tempest.

Listen…“…Pray without ceasing…” 1st Thessalonians 5:16-18
.
Here is a very important ingredient to living victoriously through the coming storm, just ahead!
“…that without ceasing I (Paul) have remembrance of thee in my prayers night and day”
2nd Timothy 1:3
.
This above verse from 2nd Timothy gives great insight into Paul’s prayer-life. His spiritual son, Timothy was continually remembered by Paul, in his daily prayers, both day and night.
.
This means that Paul was constantly in prayer throughout his each and every day…and night!

REJOICE, PRAY, AND GIVE THANKS!

“And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.” Revelation 15:2
.
Oh yes, it will be a massive and terrible storm! But if the Believer wishes to stand on that sea of glass, and have that harp of David’s Psalms, then these “How To Breeze Through The Time of Trouble” articles are extremely critical to read and to put into action!
.
And these three admonitions, to “Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you”, are every bit as important as all the other ingredients, in enabling Christians to breeze through this time of trouble coming soon upon the earth!
“I MADE HASTE, AND DELAYED NOT TO KEEP THY COMMANDMENTS”
Psalm 119:60
.
And so, O–sorely-tried-child-of-faith, it is critically important to begin putting these three admonitions into action right now! Don’t wait until the soon-coming storm begins to rage!
.
In other words, when each daily trial and tribulation arises, we must begin right now to, “rejoice evermore, pray without ceasing, and in every thing give thanks”.
.
And by so-doing, our great distress and consternation over our supposed troubles will evaporate like the morning dew on a sunny day!
And let’s not forget what the Apostle, Paul said concerning his own trials and troubles…“And He (God) said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for My strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.” 2nd Corinthians 12:9, 10

Yes, the very same faith which Paul had, can also be ours if we want it!
Here in this sketch is when these constellations are in the eastern sky in early winter. Satan spews out his false worldly ideologies, which many of these ideologies have a form of godliness. On the other hand, the Strait Gate (Narrow Gate) is composed of the two brightest stars of the Orion The Reaper’s sickle. God’s Word, the Bible is that sickle. The true Strait Gate is God’s Word, the Bible. As a sickle harvests the wheat, so God’s Word will gather precious souls to Him.

Perhaps at the end of each day (and all during the day), maybe while lying down in bed, I need to spend much time thinking back on how I might have overcome this or that big or little attack by the Devil.

Yes, just what “exceeding great and precious promises” could have been employed, which would have given me the victory over the temptations which assailed today?

Are you old enough to remember that startling movie, “Dawn of the Dead”?

Being one of the first of its kind, it had a stunning effect on movie-goers.

That is, to see dead people slowly sleep-walking through a giant shopping mall, surrealistically going through the motions of shopping…

…and all this while silky violin strains of “elevator music” echoed through the post-apocalyptic shopping center, was a giant shock to movie audiences back in those days!
But, since the Bible is a spiritual book, there likewise is a spiritual application that also must be addressed.

Yes, right this very moment, many Christian parents are cannibalizing their very own children!

“How could this be!?”, we exclaim.

Well, just listen to this…“Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up My people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.” Psalm 14:4

Well, this can’t be speaking of God’s people cannibalizing!

This is speaking of non-Christians eating God’s people “as they eat bread”.

Well, maybe “Yes”, or maybe “No”.

But the fact is, when parents allow their children to sit in front of the TV, they are allowing Satan to groom their children for a future of secularism, atheism, sexualizing, violence, and a host of similar satanic behaviors.

THE FATHER: PRIEST OF THE HOME!

And this heinous crime of spiritual murder (and spiritual cannibalizing) is exactly what is going on today.

Parents are so often absorbed in their ambitious pursuits, that they have little time nor the necessary energy to take their children by the hand and lead them in the morning and evening worship.

The father is often so wrapped up in his career that he has lost all Spirit-filled desire to be the holy priest of the home.
“And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord”
Ephesians 6:4

One very powerful means of counteracting the evil which is prevalent in the world is to make sure we live with our family in such a way as to show them that Heaven is a place of joy!

And the parents need to show much heavenly love for their children.
.
Whether engaging them in their little games and sports, or hugging them often, or just making life in the home nice and breezy.
.
This is an integral part of what it means to “bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord”

The Christian parents must, kindly, patiently, and gently, guide your children through their childhood in such a way which will cause them to desire, yes, even yearn, to walk side-by-side with you along the joy-filled highways and byways of eternity!

Back in the 1970’s, a certain saying was popularized…“The Devil made me do it! The Devil made me do it!”
.
And this was merely mocking Christians, who were seemingly obsessed with pointing the finger at the Devil.
.
Then the world could all joke and mock “the silly and absurd notion” that Satan is a very active and powerful force controlling the peoples of this world, by laughingly saying…“The Devil made me do it! The Devil made me do it!“
But the horrifying fact is, the Devil does indeed cause the vast percentage of the world’s inhabitants to do a great amount of things!
.
After all, Ephesians, Chapter 2 reveals a truth that practically nobody realizes or accepts! It is perhaps the most egregious truth in all of the Bible!
.
And this verse is, “…the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:”
.
And let’s face it! The idea that the entire world’s inhabitants are filled with this evil spirit is more than anybody is willing to accept, much less even admit!
One afternoon at high-school, a very foolish and clueless student mocks the odd way a crippled girl walks, thinking to get a laugh from those watching.
.
Across the school, a group of athletes mercilessly mock a fellow student for his odd way of dressing and mannerisms.
.
Well, here are just two examples of bullying which have been commonly occurring for decades, even centuries
.
But there has been a big push in the last decades to stop bullying in the public schools against those who would tease and torment others who cannot defend themselves.
And the Bible also reveals that God also hates bullying! From those who bully some “odd” kid in school, to those who bully others who are smaller or physically weaker than the bully!
.
Yes, the Bible gives us many examples of bullies, and how severely He dealt with them.
.
Take for example, that giant of a bully, Goliath, who bullied the citizens of Israel! Everyone, even the very tall King Saul was afraid to go up against that mighty warrior-bully giant, Goliath!
.
But God sent His own representative, the small shepherd boy, David, who fearlessly slew this 11-foot tall (approx.) giant with only a sling and five smooth stones!
Just look at the bullying that went on for centuries against certain races and skin colors! In America alone, it took many decades to vanquish the bullying and oppression against those of darker skin-tones.
.
And even today, ironically, a type of bullying is now rising up against those of lighter skin-tone.
.
Yes, it’s now becoming clearly evident that racism is now (and has always been) an equal-opportunity hater.
And just look at all the bullying occurring on social-media platforms!
.
Oh yes, countless Internet users bully others, hiding behind the cloak of their high-tech anonymity, as they mock, taunt, defame, slander and cancel-out others whom they dislike.
And believe it or not, there are even modern-day Goliaths in the land!
.
That’s right! These current-day Goliaths come in the form of the major tech-giants.
.
Yes, once the government allowed them to become, pretty-much, a powerful monopoly, these high-tech giants decided to use their unbridled, and unrivaled power to begin bullying all those who presented ideas contrary to their own “politically-correct” biases! And as a result, countless Christian and other morality-based websites are bullied to either cease from presenting their views or face the wrath of these tyrannical cancel-culture bullies!
And what about the political and religious intolerance which occurs around the world. Yes, Socialism/Communism has always behaved like a bully against the common people! More and more, those who speak out in opposition to these totalitarian ideologies are being targeted by the media giants as well as by the so-called, “social-justice” politicians whom these high-tech giants support. Demonization of their supposed enemies has now become a daily occurrence.

And let’s face it, Demonizing people, businesses, and institutions because they have a different ideology is also a very powerful form of bullying!
PANDEMIC BULLYING: “Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?”

The entire world has been shocked to behold how the various nations are aligning together as the begin to force the populace into submission to the oppressive laws concerning the latest pandemic. It’s nothing short of amazing to see how well-orchestrated those various governmental agencies are, along with private organizations as they join forces to bully the public into strict laws and ordinances concerning supposed “Safety measures”.

This may well be the beginning prelude or preview of what the Bible prophesied concerning these last hours of earth’s history…“And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” Revelation 13:17
.
Yes, it’s shocking to the multitudes as they witness the various nations so rapidly establishing a lock-tight system which permits or forbids people from “buying and selling”!
And just look at the various religions which have bullied their detractors throughout history, even from the days when the Patriarch, Isaac, was forced to abandon his water-wells which he had just dug with his own hands! Even some pseudo-Christian denominations have bullied true Christians, especially during the European Dark Ages.

And even today, some very popular radio and TV ministries like to bully listeners to conform to their pet church-doctrines, by making the listeners afraid to hold any contrary views. These Bible-bullies often mock and belittle any who hold to some doctrinal difference as a means of destroying any opposition to their own cherished/pet church-doctrines.
And what about the scientific community. Those who do not agree with the government’s environmental dogma, such as climatologists, but also creationists, quite often automatically lose their government jobs and/or government funding for speaking up in opposition to various lies which they encounter.

This too, is a form of bullying!

RACIST BULLIES

The secularists have gained tremendous power in western cultures, along with their partnership with the various corporate media and Internet giants. And they have discovered that by demonizing their political opponents, accusing them of being “systemically racist”, they can easily bully them into submission, as well as prejudice the general public against them. Yes, these two giants (political/social secularists & corporate media), have become modern-day Goliaths, preying upon and stigmatizing their political opponents in the eyes of the general populace!
TELEVISION BULLIES: “And he (the False Prophet) had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed”

Television and other high-tech devices have become increasingly oppressive, as they now use peer-pressure to bully the onlooking multitudes into submission.

Even in the area of comedy, many television comedians, who ruthlessly mock, via their satirical jests and taunting mockeries, are very effective verbal bullies, often destroying those who lose favor with the public.
.
This too is a form of bullying!
.
But all this was prophesied long ago, when the Bible foretold of a beast which would force the entire world into submission to the dogmas and maxims of this antichrist world!
A new form of bullying has emerged, in which secularists are bullying businesses and corporations into joining the growing throngs which now call for the cancelling out of any person, ideology, organization, political party, or religious group which the mainstream media and political leaders see as a threat.

This too is another form of bullying. Corporations being bullied into becoming bullies themselves!
Well, let’s not imagine that all this bullying is merely the product of humans!

No, bullying has been a pandemic ever since the days in which Lucifer began his bullying of this fallen world. Yes, Lucifer, now called Satan, and The Devil, is the true “Bully-in-Chief” of this sorrowful planet.

Oh yes, he works under-cover in the shadows. But he and his myriad of unseen evil angels are truly in charge of all the bullying going on daily!

As a matter of fact, oppression and deception are the very two pillars of Satan’s kingdom, which this sin-laden world is!

And just look at this current state-of-affairs in today’s political realm. What do we see going on today? Lots of bullying and lots of deception and lies, via politicians, propagated and empowered by the major mass-media sources! They actually are unknowingly relying on the very pillars and foundation of Satan’s Antichrist Kingdom to govern and maintain power: Force & Falsehood!

And truth-be-told, all this bullying and cancelling-out going on today is merely the prelude to, and foretaste of Bible prophecy concerning Earth’s “grand finale”!

Yes, the Bible foretells of the day in which…“And he (The False Prophet Beast) causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” Revelation 13:16, 17

Here we see that the day is coming (and even now already is beginning) when the powers that be will exercise complete economic control against anyone who doesn’t bow down to the maxims and dogmas of this antichrist world-system.

This will be the ultimate form of bullying in a world full of bullies!
But this little article only presents a mere smattering of all the bullying going on in this world! If we would just analyze the various forms of bullying going on in the world, we would truly be amazed! In every corner of society, people are being coerced (bullied) in one form or another, from the way we dress, to how we conform!
The very Good News is that we are still living in the day when any man, woman, or child can cry out for mercy and deliverance from the death sentence hanging over this Luciferion antichrist world-system!

And God is eagerly calling us to make our end-time exodus out of this violent world to live forever in the beautiful Promised Land where this world will be created anew! In that happy place, the redeemed ones will live in a beautiful world where love and peace and gentleness will reign supreme. It is a land where time never ends, and we will be young, forevermore!
This page is concerned with the Glorious Crown (a.k.a.Corona Borealis Constellation), as is written…“And there appeared a great wonder (sign) in heaven; a woman…and upon her head a crown of twelve stars.” Revelation 12:1.

This rather dim constellation follows behind that bright and beautiful star, Arcturus , as Arcturus leads a heavenly ambassage through the heavens each night in summer.

many crowns happen to be studded with precious jewels. Well this heavenly crown is no exception! And though these “jewels” are stars, they represent the precious jewels spoken of throughout Scripture, when speaking about God’s people.
.
But this constellation is not nearly as high-profile as, say, the 7 Stars Constellation(a.k.a.,The Big Dipper). It is relatively dim, compared to those two bright constellations.
This constellation begins to appear in late December (just before dawn), but is best seen, mid-sky when this group of constellations can be seen when facing west. In March-April, very late in the pre-dawn hours, this Summer Constellation group begins to be seen when facing west, and continues to be seen in the west until fall.

The Crown follows almost directly behind that great star, Arcturus, as you can see in the sketch.

Repeat: it is somewhat easier to study the 12 stars of this constellation when it is in western half of night-sky (when you have to see it as you face westward). So when these Summer Constellations are in the western half of the sky, simply follow the handle of the Big Dipper till you locate Arcturus. Then the Crown is following Arcturus. You will only see the wreath-like 7 stars plus 1 star (in middle) until you get away from all city lights. Then you can make out the other 5 stars, which makes it appear like a full crown.

COMBINATION OF BOTH CORONA BOREALIS & BOOTES

This constellation is a combination of both Corona Borealis plus several stars from the Bootes Constellation.

The stars, Alkalyroos-Bootis and the Delta-Bootis Star are both combined with the other stars from the Corona Borealis community, to make this 12-star (plus 13th star in middle).

LUCIFER: “THE GOD OF THIS WORLD”

And yet, while perhaps as much as 90% of this world’s inhabitants totally disbelieve in a personal and literal devil, the Bible reveals him to be, “the god of this world”. 2nd Corinthians 4:4

And the Bible gives account after account of various demon-possessed individuals whom Jesus set free during His earthly ministry.

For example, one of these shows has a host that addresses some emotional problem and need of the weekly guest.

But they attempt to solve that “psychological” issue according to how the world tries to solve such matters.
Nevertheless, there is Good News, believe it or not!

Yes, God is revealing to us our undone condition (and this includes this “undone editor”) in a time when He may be found.
.
And so, let us each cast away our earthly idols, and flee to the spiritual mountains of refuge.
.
Let’s continue pleading for God to mercifully and graciously open our ears and eyes that we truly hear the words of life, and truly see the upward, heavenward pathway.
